बीकानेर। शहर में छीना-झपटी करने वाले बाज नहीं आ रहे हैं। राहगीरों के मोबाइल, पर्स व गले में पहले सोने की चेन तोड़ ले जाने के मामले अक्सर सामने आते रहते हैं।
आंबेडकर सर्किल पर दिल्ली पुलिस भर्ती की परीक्षा देने आए युवक का बाइक सवार तीन युवक मोबाइल छीन कर भाग गए। घटना सरेराह दिन-दहाड़े हुई। पीड़ित ने संबंधित थाने में शिकायत भी की है। जानकारी के अनुसार, रतनगढ़ निवासी श्याम सिंह पुत्र रमेन्द्र सिंह चारण छह बजे आंबेडकर सर्किल पर बस से उतरा था।
उन्होंन परिचित को फोन करने के लिए पैंट की जेब से जैसे ही मोबाइल निकाला, तभी एक बाइक पर तीन नकाबपोश युवक आए और झपट्टा मार कर मोबाइल छीन ले गए। वह कुछ समझ पाता, तब तक वे भीड़ में गायब हो गए। उसने किसी तरह बीकानेर में रहने वाले अपने परिचित को इस संबंध में सूचना दी।
बाद में संबंधित थाने में लिखित शिकायत करने भी गया, लेकिन पुलिस ने शिकायत दर्ज नहीं कर उसे टरका दिया। पीड़ित श्याम ने बताया कि गुरुवार को उसकी दिल्ली पुलिस भर्ती की परीक्षा थी। मोबाइल में उसके सभी जरूरी दस्तावेज थे।

Before he could understand anything, they disappeared into the crowd. He somehow informed his acquaintance living in Bikaner in this regard.
Later he went to the concerned police station to lodge a written complaint, but the police did not register the complaint and turned him away. The victim Shyam told that his Delhi Police recruitment exam was on Thursday. All his important documents were in the mobile.
