अखिल भारतीय कांग्रेस कमेटी के महासचिव प्रभारी कम्यूनिकेशन और वरिष्ठ नेता, जयराम रमेश, 18 नवम्बर 2023 को बीकानेर आएंगे। राष्ट्रीय प्रवक्ता रितु चौधरी ने जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि वे यहां प्रेस वार्ता को संबोधित करते हुए भाजपा के कुप्रचार और कांग्रेस की लोकतांत्रिक भूमिका पर चर्चा करेंगे।
