पवित्र रिश्ता कलंकित: घर में अकेली बहन को देख बड़े भाई ने किया दुष्कर्म, तीन महीने बाद ऐसे चला पाप का पता

बुलंदशहर स्थित अहमदगढ़ थाना क्षेत्र के एक गांव में अपनी दादी व बड़े भाई के पास रहने के लिए आई किशोरी के साथ सगे बड़े भाई ने ही दुष्कर्म की वारदात को अंजाम दिया। पीड़िता के गर्भवती होने पर परिजनों को मामले की जानकारी हुई। वहीं अब थाना पुलिस ने पीड़िता के बयानों के आधार पर आरोपी भाई के खिलाफ रिपोर्ट दर्ज कर ली है। बताया गया कि आरोपी भाई भी नाबालिग है। पुलिस मामले की जांच कर रही है।

मूलरूप से अहमदगढ़ थाना क्षेत्र के एक गांव निवासी 16 वर्षीय किशोरी ने शुक्रवार को थाने पर परिजनों के साथ पहुंचकर बयान दिए। जिसमें उसने बताया कि वह अपने माता-पिता व एक छोटे भाई के साथ दिल्ली में रहती है। उसकी मां दिल्ली में ही मेड का काम करती है और पिता दिहाड़ी मजदूर हैं। गांव में उसकी दादी व 17 वर्षीय बड़ा भाई रहता है।

पीड़िता ने बताया कि जून 2023 में उसके पिता उसे गांव में दादी व बड़े भाई के पास छोड़कर चले गए थे। साथ में उसका छोटा भाई भी आया था। आरोप है कि उसी दौरान एक दिन पीड़िता अपने बड़े भाई के साथ गांव स्थित घर पर टीवी देख रही थी। जबकि, उसकी दादी व छोटा भाई मेला देखने के लिए गए हुए थे। तभी बड़े भाई ने उसके साथ दुष्कर्म की वारदात को अंजाम दिया।

पीड़िता ने बताया कि उसने इस बाबत विरोध नहीं किया था। कुछ दिन बाद वह अपने पिता के साथ वापस दिल्ली चली गई। लेकिन, दो माह तक उसे पेट में दर्द की शिकायत होने लगी। जिस पर गत 11 सितंबर को पीड़िता अपनी मां के साथ दिल्ली में ही एक अस्पताल गई। जहां, चेकअप के दौरान डॉक्टर ने उसके गर्भवती होने की जानकारी दी। इसके बाद पीड़िता ने अपने माता-पिता को पूरे घटनाक्रम की जानकारी दी।

थाना प्रभारी ने बताया कि मामले में पीड़िता के बयानों के आधार पर आरोपी नाबालिग भाई के खिलाफ रिपोर्ट दर्ज कर ली गई है। जांच की जा रही है, जिसके बाद अग्रिम कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

Sacred relationship tarnished: Elder brother raped his sister after seeing her alone at home, this is how his sin came to light after three months

In a village of Ahmedgarh police station area located in Bulandshahr, a teenage girl who had come to live with her grandmother and elder brother, was raped by her own elder brother. The family members came to know about the matter when the victim became pregnant. Now the police station has registered a report against the accused brother on the basis of the statements of the victim. It was told that the accused brother is also a minor. The police is investigating the matter

A 16-year-old girl, originally resident of a village in Ahmedgarh police station area, reached the police station with her family members on Friday and gave her statement. In which she told that she lives in Delhi with her parents and a younger brother. His mother works as a maid in Delhi and his father is a daily wage labourer. His grandmother and 17 year old elder brother live in the village.

The victim told that in June 2023, her father had left her in the village with her grandmother and elder brother. His younger brother also came along. It is alleged that during the same day, the victim was watching TV with her elder brother at their village house. Whereas, his grandmother and younger brother had gone to see the fair. Then the elder brother raped her.

The victim said that she had not protested in this regard. After a few days she went back to Delhi with her father. But, for two months he started complaining of stomach pain. On which on September 11, the victim went to a hospital in Delhi along with her mother. Where, during the checkup, the doctor informed that she was pregnant. After this the victim informed her parents about the entire incident.

The station in-charge said that based on the statements of the victim in the case, a report has been registered against the accused minor brother. Investigation is being done, after which further action will be taken.
