राजस्थान में 100 दिनों की कार्य योजना के तहत फूड यूनिट लगाने की तैयारी, सरकार दे रही है भविष्य के खाद्य उत्पादन को बढ़ावा
राजस्थान में अगर कोई कारोबारी फूड यूनिट लगाने की तैयारी करता है। सरकार उसे 10 लाख रुपए तक का अनुदान देगी और साथ में अगर उसे इसके अलावा भी रूपों की आवश्यकता होती है तो 90% तक लोन भी देगी वह भी कम ब्याज दरों पर।

मुख्यमंत्री भजनलाल ने पहली बार सीएम की कुर्सी संभाली है। पहली बार विधायक बने हैं और उसके बाद मुख्यमंत्री बनाए गए हैं। उन्होंने अप्रैल में दिए जाने वाले बजट से पहले राजस्थान के लिए 100 दिन की कार्य योजना बनाई है। हर सरकारी विभाग इसी कार्य योजना के अनुसार काम कर रहा है। इन्हीं में से एक योजना जो राजस्थान के लाखों कारोबारी को आकर्षित कर रही है, वह है फूड यूनिट लगाने की योजना।
ये यूनिट लगाने पर मिलेगा अनुदान
राजस्थान सरकार में प्रमुख शासन सचिव कृषि एवं उद्यानिकी वैभव गालरिया ने बताया कि प्रधानमंत्री सूक्ष्म खाद उन्नयन योजना के तहत राजस्थान सरकार भी इस तरह की योजनाओं को लागू करने की तैयारी कर रही है। राज्य के बड़े बैंकों के प्रतिनिधियों के साथ सरकार ने बैठक की है और उनसे कोटेशन लिए हैं। वैभव गालरिया ने कहा कि राजस्थान में कारोबारी सरकार के नियमों के अनुसार आटा, दाल, चावल, चीनी , दूध , मसाले, अचार, पापड़ या अन्य कोई खाद्य पदार्थ की मिल या फैक्ट्री लगता है तो सरकार उसे 10 लाख रुपए तक का अनुदान देगी। उसे बैंक से लोन की जरूरत पड़ती है तो 90फीसदी तक उसे लोन दिया जाएगा, वह भी बेहद कम ब्याज दरों पर । ब्याज दर उद्योग और जगह के हिसाब से तय की जाएगी।
35 फीसदी तक अनुदान की तैयारी
वैभव गालरिया ने कहा केंद्र और राज्य सरकार के द्वारा करीब 35 फ़ीसदी तक अनुदान देने की तैयारी है । यानी 35 फ़ीसदी या अधिकतम 10 लाख रुपए तक का अनुदान व्यापारी सरकार से ले सकते हैं । इस तरह की योजना से खाद्य पदार्थों को बढ़ावा मिलेगा। रोजगार डेवलप होंगे और खाने की क्वालिटी भी उत्तम होगी । सरकार की इस योजना के बारे में व्यापारियों ने जांच पड़ताल शुरू कर दी है।

Chief Minister Bhajan Lal has assumed the post of CM for the first time. He has become MLA for the first time and after that he has been made the Chief Minister. He has made a 100-day action plan for Rajasthan before the budget to be given in April. Every government department is working according to this action plan. One of these schemes which is attracting lakhs of businessmen of Rajasthan is the scheme of setting up food units.
Grant will be given on setting up this unit
Vaibhav Galaria, Principal Secretary, Agriculture and Horticulture, Rajasthan Government, said that the Rajasthan government is also preparing to implement such schemes under the Prime Minister Micro Fertilizer Upgradation Scheme. The government has held a meeting with representatives of big banks of the state and taken quotations from them. Vaibhav Galaria said that according to the rules of the government, if a businessman in Rajasthan sets up a mill or factory of flour, pulses, rice, sugar, milk, spices, pickles, papad or any other food item, then the government will give him a grant of up to Rs 10 lakh. If he needs a loan from the bank, he will be given a loan up to 90%, that too at very low interest rates. The interest rate will be decided according to the industry and location.
Preparation of grant up to 35 percent
Vaibhav Galaria said that the central and state governments are ready to provide grants up to 35 percent. That means, traders can take a grant of 35 percent or a maximum of Rs 10 lakh from the government. Such a scheme will promote food items. Employment will develop and the quality of food will also be good. Traders have started investigation regarding this scheme of the government.
