बीकानेर ।विद्यार्थी की नैसर्गिक प्रतिभा को तरस कर उसके भावी जीवन का विकास की ओर ले जाने का कार्य शिक्षक ही कर सकता है यह उदगार जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी माध्यमिक शिक्षा बीकानेर मुख्यालय सुरेंद्र सिंह भाटी ने शुक्रवार को शुभम गार्डन बीकानेर में राजस्थान शिक्षक संघ राष्ट्रीय के शैक्षिक अधिवेशन में मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में शिक्षकों को संबोधित करते हुए कहे ।
भार्टी ने कहा कि विद्यार्थी को नवीन ज्ञान प्राप्ति की ओर अग्रसर करने उसे अपनी विशेषता को पहचानने के अवसर प्रदान करने, सामाजिक समस्याओं एवं आवश्यकताओं के प्रति संवेदनशील और जागरूक बनाना शिक्षक का मूल दायित्व है।
सम्मेलन की अध्यक्षता करते हुए संगठन के पर्यवेक्षक एवं संभाग संगठन मंत्री अविनाश शर्मा ने कहा कि प्राथमिक शिक्षा ही बालक के भावी जीवन के लिए आधारशिला का कार्य करती है तथा निरंतर नवीन कार्यकर्ताओं का निर्माण होने से ही संगठन का विस्तार संभव है इसलिए संगठन में निरंतर नए कार्यकर्ताओं को आगे लाने का प्रयास करते रहना चाहिए ।
विशिष्ट अतिथि एवं मुख्य वक्ता प्रदेश के अतिरिक्त महामंत्री रवि आचार्य ने कहा कि शिक्षकों को संकल्पित भाव से संगठन के प्रति विश्वास बनाए रखने के साथ-साथ समय-समय पर आहुति के लिए तैयार रहना होगा तभी शिक्षकों के अधिकारों की रक्षा हो सकेगी।
विशिष्ट अतिथि ओमप्रकाश रोड़ा ने हमारा विद्यालय हमारा तीर्थ पर चर्चा करते हुए शिक्षकों से संवाद किया तथा कहा कि शिक्षकों को पूर्ण तैयारी के साथ कक्षा कक्ष में जाने से विद्यार्थियों को अधिक अधिक सीखने को मिलेगा। अध्यक्षता करते हुए डॉक्टर सीमा शर्मा शिक्षाविद ने कहा कि शैक्षिक क्षेत्र में उन्नयन का कार्य करने के लिए और अधिक सक्रियता एवं मनोयोग से कार्य करने की आवश्यकता शिक्षकों से है जिस पर चिंतन एवं मंथन होना चाहिए ताकि बालक का सर्वांगीण विकास हो सके ।
प्रदेश उपाध्यक्ष ओमप्रकाश विश्नोई ने कहा कि संगठन कार्यकर्ताओं की भूमिका आपसी समन्वय के साथ मिलकर कार्य करने की होनी चाहिए जिससे ही संगठन का विस्तार होगा ।
जिला मंत्री नरेंद्र आचार्य ने कहा कि सुबह के सत्र में हमारा विद्यालय हमारा तीर्थ द्वितीय सत्र में उद्घाटन तथा तृतीय सत्र में नवीन शिक्षा नीति तथा चतुर सत्र में शिक्षा क्षेत्र में आ रहे अनावश्यक कार्यों से किस प्रकार से शिक्षकों को रोका जा सकता है इस पर चिंतन और मनन किया गया।

This statement was made by District Education Officer, Secondary Education, Bikaner Headquarters, Surendra Singh Bhati on Friday at the Shubham Garden, Bikaner in the Rajasthan Teachers Association National Educational Addressing the teachers as the chief guest in the convention, he said.
Bharti said that it is the basic responsibility of the teacher to lead the student towards acquiring new knowledge, to provide him opportunities to recognize his specialties and to make him sensitive and aware of social problems and needs.
While presiding over the conference, supervisor of the organization and divisional organization minister, Avinash Sharma said that primary education acts as the foundation stone for the future life of the child and the expansion of the organization is possible only by continuously creating new workers, hence there are continuous recruitment of new workers in the organization. Efforts should be made to bring the workers forward.
Special guest and keynote speaker, Additional General Secretary of the state Ravi Acharya said that teachers will have to maintain faith in the organization with a determined spirit and also be ready to make sacrifices from time to time, only then the rights of teachers can be protected.
Special guest Omprakash Roda while discussing 'Hamara Vidyalaya Hamara Teerth' interacted with the teachers and said that if the teachers go to the class room with full preparation, the students will learn more. While presiding, Dr. Seema Sharma, educationist, said that in order to do the work of upgradation in the educational field, there is a need for teachers to work more actively and diligently, on which there should be reflection and brainstorming so that the all-round development of the child can take place.
State Vice President Omprakash Vishnoi said that the role of organization workers should be to work together with mutual coordination, only then the organization will expand.
District Minister Narendra Acharya said that in the morning session, our school, our pilgrimage, inauguration in the second session and new education policy in the third session and reflection on how teachers can be prevented from unnecessary work coming in the education sector in the smart session. And meditation was done.
