हनुमानगढ़ जंक्शन पुलिस ने सूरतगढ़ मार्ग पर स्थित एचके टावर की तीसरी मंजिल पर किराए के मकान में रहने वाले दो युवकों और उनके एक साथी के साथ मारपीट व फायरिंग की वारदात को अंजाम देने के मामले में गिरफ्तार चारों आरोपियों को सोमवार को न्यायालय में पेश किया। न्यायालय ने आरोपी सुधीर उर्फ धीरू बलिहारा निवासी सतीपुरा, हैप्पी दहिया निवासी चिश्तियां, दिनेश बाना निवासी किशनपुरा दिखनादा एवं रमेश शर्मा निवासी साधुवाली, श्रीगंगानगर का पीसी रिमांड मंजूर किया। रिमांड अवधि के दौरान पुलिस चारो से पूछताछ कर वारदात में संलिप्त अन्य आरोपियों के बारे में पूछताछ कर उनकी धर पकड़ के प्रयास कर रही है। अभी तक की पूछताछ में पुरानी रंजिश को लेकर मारपीट व फायरिंग करने की बात सामने आई है। देर रात्रि तक पुलिस ने तीन जनों को गिरफ्तार किया था उसके बाद पुलिस के हाथ इनका सहयोगी दिनेश बाना निवासी किशनपुरा दिखनादा भी चढ़ गया। पुलिस ने पूछताछ के बाद दिनेश को भी गिरफ्तार कर लिया। अब पुलिस चारो से कड़ी पूछताछ कर अन्यों की स्लिंप्ता का पता करेगी। पुलिस ने आरोपियों की निशानदेही पर दो कारें भी जब्त की हैं।
उन्होंने कहा कि आरोपियाें ने लाठी-डण्डों से उससे, समीर व प्रदीप के साथ मारपीट करनी शुरू कर दी। विरोध किया तो राज चौधरी ने उसकी तरफ पिस्टल से फायर किया। गोली उसके बाएं हाथ में लगी। दूसरे लडक़े ने समीर खान को जान से मारने के लिए पिस्टल से फायर किया जो समीर के पैरों में लगा। फायर सुनकर काफी लोग आ गए। तब हमलावर कार व मोटर साइकिलों पर सवार होकर भाग गए। फिर उसने हरप्रीत सिंह व गुरप्रीत सिंह को फोन पर सूचना दी। गुरप्रीत सिंह व हरप्रीत सिंह ने उन तीनों को राजकीय जिला चिकित्सालय में भर्ती करवाया। पुलिस ने रिपोर्ट के आधार पर हत्या प्रयास व आर्म्स एक्ट के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज कर जांच शुरू की।
Four accused arrested in mutual enmity firing case on remand, police engaged in nabbing other accused
The Hanumangarh Junction police presented the four accused arrested in connection with the incident of assault and firing on two youths and one of their accomplices living in a rented house on the third floor of HK Tower on Suratgarh Road, in the court on Monday. The court approved PC remand of accused Sudhir alias Dhiru Balihara resident of Satipura, Happy Dahiya resident of Chishtian, Dinesh Bana resident of Kishanpura Dikhnada and Ramesh Sharma resident of Sadhuwali, Sriganganagar. During the remand period, the police is interrogating the four and trying to nab the other accused involved in the incident. In the investigation so far, the matter of fighting and firing has come to light due to the old enmity. Police had arrested three people till late night, after that their associate Dinesh Bana resident of Kishanpura Dikhnada also got into the hands of the police. After interrogation, the police also arrested Dinesh. Now the police will inquire strictly from all four and find out the details of others. The police have also seized two cars at the instance of the accused.
He said that the accused started beating him, Sameer and Pradeep with sticks and rods. When protested, Raj Chaudhary fired towards him with a pistol. The bullet hit his left hand. The other boy fired a pistol to kill Sameer Khan, which hit Sameer's feet. Many people came after hearing the fire. Then the attackers fled in cars and motorcycles. Then he informed Harpreet Singh and Gurpreet Singh over phone. Gurpreet Singh and Harpreet Singh got all three of them admitted to the Government District Hospital. On the basis of the report, the police started investigation by registering a case under attempt to murder and Arms Act.
