राजस्थान के सीकर में एक कॉलेज छात्रा से रेप का मामला सामने आया है। पूर्व छात्रसंघ अध्यक्ष ने बंदूक की नोक पर दुष्कर्म की वारदात को अंजाम दिया। आरोपी पूर्व छात्रसंघ अध्यक्ष ने युवती का अश्लील वीडियो भी बना लिया। आरोपी पूर्व छात्रसंघ अध्यक्ष ने घटना के बारे में किसी को बताने पर वीडियो वायरल करने की धमकी दी।
आरोपी ने अश्लील वीडियो को वायरल करने की धमकी देकर पीड़िता का देहशोषण करता रहा। पीड़िता के गर्भवती होने पर आरोपी ने उसका अबॉर्शन करवा दिया। परेशान होकर पीड़िता ने आरोपी पूर्व छात्रसंघ अध्यक्ष और अन्य दो लोगों के खिलाफ सीकर कोतवाली थाने में मुकदमा दर्ज करवाया है। पुलिस ने मामला दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है।
पुलिस ने बताया कि कोतवाली थाना क्षेत्र निवासी 23 वर्षीय एक युवती ने रिपोर्ट दर्ज करवाई है। युवती ने शिकायत में बताया कि साल-2021 में वह सीकर के लॉ कॉलेज की स्टूडेंट थी। दाखिला लेने के लिए उसकी मुलाकात पूर्व छात्रसंघ अध्यक्ष राकेश गढ़वाल से हुई। मार्च 2021 में राकेश गढ़वाल ने युवती से कहा कि उसकी क्लास की सभी छात्र-छात्राएं सीकर में होटल में है, जहां मीटिंग चल रही है। तुम भी मीटिंग में आ जाओ।
राकेश गढ़वाल के कहने पर पीड़िता होटल चली गई, जहां राकेश ने उसे एक कमरे में भेजा। इसके बाद राकेश गढ़वाल भी उस कमरे में आ गया। युवती का आरोप है कि राकेश गढ़वाल ने उसे बंदूक की नोक पर उसके साथ दुष्कर्म की वारदात को अंजाम दिया। आरोपी राकेश गढ़वाल ने युवती का अश्लील वीडियो भी बना लिया। युवती के विरोध करने पर आरोपी राकेश गढ़वाल ने वीडियो वायरल करने की धमकी देकर चुप करवा दिया।
आरोपी राकेश गढ़वाल ने युवती का अश्लील वीडियो वायरल करने की धमकी देकर देहशोषण करता रहा। बार-बार देहशोषण करने से युवती गर्भवती हुई तो आरोपी राकेश गढ़वाल ने खाली कागजों पर उसके साइन करवा लिए और फिर बेहोशी की दवा खिलाकर अपने भाई के परिचित के अस्पताल में ले जाकर उसका अबॉर्शन करवा दिया। आरोपी राकेश गढ़वाल ने वीडियो वायरल करने की धमकी देकर पीड़िता से करीब 4 लाख रुपए और 30 ग्राम सोने के गहने हड़प लिए।
बार-बार ब्लैकमेल से परेशान होकर पीड़िता ने आरोपी राकेश गढ़वाल के भाई और उसकी मां को इस बारे में बताया तो उन्होंने कहा कि हम जैसा कहते हैं, वैसा करो वरना तेरा वीडियो वायरल कर देंगे।
आरोपी राकेश गढ़वाल और उसका भाई पीड़िता व पीड़िता के भाई को मारने की धमकी दे रहे हैं। साथ ही वीडियो वायरल करने की धमकी देकर 5 लाख रुपए और मांग डिमांड की। परेशान होकर पीड़िता ने आरोपी राकेश गढ़वाल, उसका भाई और उसकी मां के खिलाफ कोतवाली पुलिस थाने में मुकदमा दर्ज करवाया है। पुलिस ने मामला दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है।
