बीकानेर: दीपावली पर 125 से अधिक मरीज़ पटाखों से जलकर अस्पताल पहुंचे, बच्चों की संख्या ज्यादा, कई को जयपुर रेफ़र

दीपावली के पर्व में, जहाँ लोग अपने घरों आदि स्थानों पर खुशियाँ मना रहे थे, उसी समय दूसरी तरफ समाजसेवी असहाय सेवा संस्थान के सेवादारों ने पीबीएम अस्पताल, बीकानेर ट्रोमा सेंटर सहित अन्य अस्पतालों में लगातार सेवाएँ प्रदान कर रहे थे। इस दीपावली पर 125 से अधिक मरीज़ पटाखों से जलने से अस्पताल पहुँचे, जिनमें से कई को जयपुर रेफ़र किया गया। पटाखों से जलने वालों में इस बार अधिकांश बच्चे थे जिन्हें चपेट में लाना पड़ा। संस्थान के ताहिर हुसैन ने बताया कि पटाखों से आँखें, अंगुलियां, हाथ, जाँघ, चेहरा, मुँह, सिर, पैर, पेट, गला, छाती आदि स्थान से जल गए थें। जिनमें से कुछ को हायर सेंटर व जयपुर अस्पताल भी रेफ़र होना पड़ा।

संस्थान के राजकुमार खड़गावत ने संबंधित विभागीय सरकार से अपील की है कि दुर्घटना का सबसे बड़ा कारण रहा है फटाका जिसे पोटाश कहा जा रहा है। इस पर पूर्ण प्रतिबंध लगाया जाए। पोटाश का चलन पिछले कुछ वर्षों से ही हूवा है। इससे बॉम्ब ब्लास्ट की तरह शरीर के अंगों के चीथड़े तक उड़ जाते हैं और इंसान विकलांग तक हो जाता है।

सरकार को इस प्रकार के पोटाश जिसे बारूद भी कहा जा सकता है के विनिर्माण या इसके किसी भी तरीके से इस्तेमाल करने के उपकरण व प्रकार तथा इसकी ख़रीद और बिक्री पर पूर्ण रूप से बंदिश लगा देनी चाहिए। समय पर प्रतिबंध नहीं लगने पर इसका विस्तार भयानक रूप में हो सकता है। बच्चों और युवा पीढ़ियों को नुक़सानदायक होता नज़र आ रहा है।

During the festival of Diwali, while people were celebrating at their homes etc., on the other hand, the sevadars of social worker Asahaya Seva Sansthan were continuously providing services in PBM Hospital, Bikaner Trauma Center and other hospitals. This Diwali, more than 125 patients reached the hospital with burn injuries caused by firecrackers, many of whom were referred to Jaipur. This time, most of the people who got burnt by firecrackers were children and had to be rescued. Tahir Hussain of the institute said that due to the firecrackers, eyes, fingers, hands, thighs, face, mouth, head, legs, stomach, throat, chest etc. were burnt at various places. Some of whom had to be referred to Higher Center and Jaipur Hospital.

Rajkumar Khadgawat of the institute has appealed to the concerned departmental government that the biggest cause of the accident was firecracker which is being called potash. There should be a complete ban on this. Potash has been in use for the last few years only. Due to this, like a bomb blast, body parts are blown to pieces and the person even becomes disabled.

The government should completely ban the manufacturing of this type of potash, which can also be called gunpowder, or the equipment and types of its use in any way, and its purchase and sale. If there is no timely ban, its expansion can be catastrophic. It seems to be harmful to children and younger generations.
