राजस्थान विधानसभा चुनाव: भाजपा के संकल्प पत्र में महिला सुरक्षा, युवा रोजगार, और किसानों के लिए होगा घोषणाएं

संकल्प पत्र में महिलाओं, युवाओं और किसानों पर फोकस किया जा रहा है। सबसे बड़ी बात यह है कि इस बार पार्टी संकल्प पत्र में वित्तीय प्रबंधन को भी शामिल करेगी। यानी योजना के लिए पैसा कहां से आएगा और किस तरह खर्च किया जाएगा। इसका भी उल्लेख किया जाएगा।

संकल्प पत्र के लिए बनी समिति ने पूरा काम कर लिया है। पत्र में कांग्रेस की सात गारंटियों का भी जवाब होगा। गौरतलब है कि पार्टी ने संकल्प पत्र निर्माण के लिए समिति का गठन किया है। इसमें केन्द्रीय मंत्री अर्जुनराम मेघवाल, सह-संयोजक राज्यसभा सांसद घनश्याम तिवाड़ी, किरोड़ीलाल मीणा, राष्ट्रीय मंत्री व पूर्व विधायक अलका सिंह गुर्जर, पूर्व विधानसभा उपाध्यक्ष राव राजेंद्र सिंह, पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री सुभाष महरिया, प्रभुलाल सैनी और राखी राठौड़ शामिल हैं।

महिला सुरक्षा के पुख्ता इंतजाम
महिला अपराधों को लेकर गहलोत सरकार पिछले पांच साल से कठघरे में हैं। महिलाओं के साथ बलात्कार, मारपीट सहित कई तरह के हजारों केस दर्ज हुए हैं। ऐसे में भाजपा के संकल्प पत्र में महिलाओं की सुरक्षा के पुख्ता इंतजाम के साथ ही अपराध मुक्त राजस्थान का भी विजन दिखाई देगा।

पेपर लीक रोकने पर भी फोकस
गहलोत सरकार में जिस तरह से पेपर लीक हुए हैं, उसे देखते हुए संकल्प पत्र में इसे रोकने पर भी पूरा फोकस होगा। साथ ही सामाजिक सुरक्षा के साथ ही युवाओं को रोजगार से जोड़ने का भी संकल्प लिया जाएगा। पांच साल में निकाली जाने वाली भर्तियों का भी इसमें उल्लेख किया जाएगा।

किसान कर्जमाफी भी होगी शामिल
गहलोत सरकार ने किसान कर्जमाफी की घोषणा की थी। मगर भाजपा आज तक आरोप लगाती है कि कर्जमाफ नहीं हुआ। ऐसे में पार्टी किसान कर्जमाफी को लेकर भी संकल्प पत्र में विशेष उल्लेख करेगी। इसके अलावा किसानों की उपज की खरीद और पूर्वी राजस्थान नहर परियोजना (ईआरसीपी) को लेकर भी विशेष घोषणा होगी।

The committee formed for the resolution letter has completed the entire work. The letter will also contain a reply to the seven guarantees of Congress. It is noteworthy that the party has formed a committee to prepare the resolution letter. This includes Union Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal, co-convenor Rajya Sabha MP Ghanshyam Tiwari, Kirodilal Meena, National Minister and former MLA Alka Singh Gurjar, former Assembly Deputy Speaker Rao Rajendra Singh, former Union Minister Subhash Mahariya, Prabhulal Saini and Rakhi Rathod.

Strong arrangements for women's safety
Gehlot government has been in the dock for the last five years regarding crimes against women. Thousands of cases have been registered against women including rape and assault. In such a situation, along with concrete arrangements for the safety of women, the vision of a crime-free Rajasthan will also be visible in the BJP's manifesto.

Focus also on stopping paper leaks
Considering the way papers have been leaked in the Gehlot government, there will be full focus on stopping it in the resolution letter. Along with social security, a resolution will also be taken to connect the youth with employment. The recruitments to be done in five years will also be mentioned in it.

Farmer loan waiver will also be included
Gehlot government had announced farmer loan waiver. But BJP still alleges that the loan was not waived off. In such a situation, the party will also make special mention in the resolution letter regarding farmer loan waiver. Apart from this, there will also be a special announcement regarding the purchase of farmers' produce and the Eastern Rajasthan Canal Project (ERCP).
