बीकानेर: युवक को आत्महत्या के लिए उकसाने का मामला, भाई ने धमकी देने का लगाया आरोप, मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया
बीकानेर। युवक को आत्महत्या के लिए उकसाने का मामला सामने आया है। मामला श्रीडूंगरगढ़ थाना क्षेत्र का है। इस संबंध में ग्राम रिडी निवासी प्रेमनाथ पुत्र मांगीलाल जोगी ने कोर्ट इस्तगासे के जरिए एक व्यक्ति के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कराया है।
पुलिस के अनुसार परिवादी ने रिपोर्ट में बताया कि सरदारशहर मोटर मार्केट निवासी पवननाथ पुत्र मोतीनाथ जोगी ने उसके भाई को मोबाइल पर विवाह संबंधी बातों को लेकर धमकी दी। जिससे उसके भाई ने फांसी लगाकर आत्महत्या कर ली। पुलिस ने परिवादी की रिपोर्ट पर आरोपित के खिलाफ धारा 306 के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी।

Bikaner. A case of instigating a youth to commit suicide has come to light. The matter is of Sridungargarh police station area. In this regard, Premnath son of Mangilal Jogi, resident of village Ridi, has filed a case against a person through court investigation.
According to the police, the complainant told in the report that Pawanath son of Motinath Jogi, resident of Sardarshahar Motor Market, threatened her brother on mobile regarding marriage related matters. Due to which his brother committed suicide by hanging himself. Based on the report of the complainant, the police registered a case against the accused under section 306 and started investigation.
