नौकरी लगाने के नाम 3 करोड 75 लाख ठगी, SOG भी कर चुकी है गिरफ्तार,पुलिस के हत्थे चढा आरोपी

राजस्थान के अलवर में बेरोजगार युवाओं को नौकरी लगाने के नाम के मामले में एक पुलिसकर्मी को गिरफ्तार किया है। अलवर शहर कोतवाली थाना पुलिस बेरोजगारों से करीब 3 करोड 75 लाख रुपए की ठगी के मामले में राजस्थान के प्रतापगढ़ जिले की रेकी महाराणा प्रताप बटालियन के एक पुलिसकर्मी को गिरफ्तार किया है। जिसे अदालत में पेश कर 3 सितंबर तक पुलिस रिमांड पर भेज दिया गया।

आरएसी में नौकरी लगवाने का झांसा
अब आरोपी को 4 सितंबर को कोर्ट में पेश किया जाएगा। अलवर शहर कोतवाली थाना पुलिस के सहायक पुलिस उप निरीक्षक जितेंद्र कुमार ने बताया कि अलवर शहर के संजय नगर रेलवे स्टेशन निवासी राजेश सैनी ने अलवर शहर कोतवाली में मुकदमा दर्ज कराया की महाराणा प्रताप बटालियन में प्रतापगढ़ के अंदर आरएसी में नौकरी करने वाले झुंझुनूं जिले के आसनबास निवासी अनिल सिंह राजपूत ने मेरे दो पुत्रों तथा एक भतीजे को को नौकरी लगने के नाम पर 20 लाख 80 हजार रुपए हड़प लिए थे लेकिन नौकरी नहीं लगी।

नौकरी लगाने का देता था लालच
दो जनों से एलडीसी पद के लिए 12- 12लाख रुपए तथा एक से नीट के पेपर के लिए 24 लाख का सौदा तय हुआ था जिसके लिए 20.80 लाख दिए थे। पीड़ित ने अपनी शिकायत में बताया कि आरोपी अनिल सिंह अलग-अलग कोचिंगों में जाकर उनके परिचितों से मिलकर अलग-अलग विभागों में अलग-अलग पदों के लिए नौकरी का लालच देता था जिसकी इसने 12 लाख रुपए से लेकर 24 लाख रुपए तक की रकम तय कर रखी थी।

आधी रकम लेता था एडवांस
नौकरी लगाने के नाम पर पेपर होने से पहले आधी रकम एडवांस लेता था। अलवर के राजेश सैनी से भी इसने तीन जनों की नौकरी लगने के लिए जो 48 लाख रुपए में सौदा तय किया था और एडवांस के रूप में 20 लाख 80 हजार रुपए ले चुका था । जब तीनों बच्चों की नौकरी नहीं लगी तो इस संबंध में राजेश सैनी ने 7 मई 2023 को अलवर शहर कोतवाली में मुकदमा दर्ज कराया।

आरोपी दर्ज खिलाफ है सात मुकदमे
कोतवाली पुलिस आज आरोपी को अलवर सेंट्रल जेल से प्रोटेक्शन वारंट पर लेकर आई है । इस आरोपी के खिलाफ सात मुकदमे दर्ज हैं। सबसे पहले जनवरी 2023 में झुंझुनू में दो मुकदमे दर्ज हुए थे जिसकी जांच एसओजी जयपुर द्वारा की गई और एसओजी जयपुर द्वारा इसे गिरफ्तार भी किया गया था। इसके अलावा अलवर सदर ,अलवर अरावली विहार थाना पुलिस सहित हरियाणा के महेंद्रगढ़ जिले में कुल सात मुकदमे दर्ज हैं।

SOG भी कर चुकी है गिरफ्तार
इस आरोपी को अब तक एसओजी और सदर थाना पुलिस गिरफ्तार कर चुकी है और तभी से जेल में चल रहा है। केंद्रीय अलवर शहर कोतवाली पुलिस आरोपी को कोतवाली के मामले में केंद्रीय कारागृह से प्रोटेक्शन वारंट पर लेकर आई है। पुलिस ने बताया कि अब तक रिकॉर्ड प्राप्त के अनुसार यह बेरोजगारों से नौकरी लगने के नाम पर 2 करोड़ 75 लाख रुपए ले चुका है।

Jitendra Kumar, Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police of Alwar City Kotwali Police Station, said that Rajesh Saini, resident of Sanjay Nagar Railway Station of Alwar city, filed a case in Alwar city Kotwali against Asanbas of Jhunjhunu district, working in RAC inside Pratapgarh in Maharana Pratap Battalion. Resident Anil Singh Rajput had embezzled Rs 20 lakh 80 thousand from my two sons and a nephew in the name of getting jobs but they did not get jobs.

Used to lure me to get a job
A deal was made with two people for Rs 12 lakh each for LDC post and with one person for Rs 24 lakh for NEET paper, for which Rs 20.80 lakh was given. The victim said in his complaint that the accused Anil Singh used to go to different coaching centers and meet his acquaintances and lure them with the promise of jobs for different posts in different departments, for which he fixed an amount ranging from Rs 12 lakh to Rs 24 lakh. Used to take half the advance
In the name of employment, he used to take half the amount in advance before the papers were due. He had also made a deal with Rajesh Saini of Alwar for Rs 48 lakh to provide employment to three people and had taken Rs 20 lakh 80 thousand as advance. When the three children did not get jobs, Rajesh Saini filed a case in this regard at Alwar city police station on 7 May 2023.

Seven cases are registered against the accused
Kotwali police today brought the accused from Alwar Central Jail on protection warrant. Seven cases are registered against this accused. First of all, two cases were registered in Jhunjhunu in January 2023, which were investigated by SOG Jaipur and he was also arrested by SOG Jaipur. Apart from this, a total of seven cases are registered in Mahendragarh district of Haryana including Alwar Sadar, Alwar Aravali Vihar police station.

SOG has also arrested
This accused has been arrested by SOG and Sadar police station till now and since then he is in jail. Central Alwar city Kotwali police has brought the accused from the Central Jail on protection warrant in the Kotwali case. Police said that as per the records received till now, it has taken Rs 2 crore 75 lakh from the unemployed in the name of getting jobs.
