कांग्रेस के दो मुस्लिम विधायक, दोनों ने हिन्दू लड़कियों से किया निकाह, चुनावी माहौल में अब लग रहे आरोप
विधानसभा चुनाव के दौरान प्रत्याशियों की ओर से दिए जाने वाले शपथ पत्र (एफिडेविट) से कई तरह के खुलासे हो रहे हैं। पिछले दिनों प्रदेश के उपमुख्यमंत्री रहे सचिन पायलट का सारा से तलाक का खुलासा चुनावी शपथ पत्र से हुआ था। अब कांग्रेस के दो और विधायकों के बारे में बड़ा खुलासा हुआ है। जयपुर के मुस्लिम विधायकों की ओर से हिन्दू लड़कियों के साथ शादी करने की बात सामने आई है। ये दोनों विधायक हैं अमीन कागजी और रफीक खान। इन दोनों कांग्रेसी विधायकों की ओर से हिन्दू लड़कियों से शादी किए जाने की जानकारी सामने आने के बाद सनातन अधिवक्ता मंच ने रफीक खान और अमीन कागजी की ओर से हिन्दू लड़कियों से किए गए विवाह को गैरकानूनी बताया है।
अमीन कागजी ने हिन्दू लड़की से की दूसरी शादी
किशनपोल विधानसभा क्षेत्र से मौजूदा विधायक और वर्तमान में कांग्रेस प्रत्याशी अमीन कागजी के एफिडेविट से पता चला है कि उनकी दो पत्नियां हैं। पहली पत्नी से तलाक लिए बिना ही कागजी ने दूसरा निकाह किया है। अमीन कागजी की पहली पत्नी का नाम रेशमा है जबकि दूसरी पत्नी का नाम मोनिका शर्मा है। उनके चार बच्चे हैं जिनमें दो लड़के और दो लड़कियां हैं। पिछले चुनाव (वर्ष 2018) के दौरान अमीन कागजी ने एक ही पत्नी होने की जानकारी दी थी जबकि अब दो पत्नियां होने की जानकारी दी है। दूसरी शादी कब की, इसका पता नहीं चला है।
रफीक खान ने भी की हिन्दू लड़की से शादी
जयपुर के बनीपार्क के रहने वाले रफीक खान आदर्श नगर से मौजूदा विधायक हैं। कांग्रेस ने उन्हें आदर्श नगर विधानसभा सीट से दोबारा प्रत्याशी बनाते हुए चुनाव मैदान में उतारा है। नामांकन के साथ दिए गए शपथ पत्र से खुलासा हुआ है कि रफीक खान ने भी हिन्दू लड़की से शादी कर रखी है। रफीक खान ने अपनी पत्नी का नाम मंजू देवी लिखा है। खान ने अपने एफिडेविट में बच्चों के बारे में कोई जानकारी नहीं दी।
दोनों के विवाह को बताया गैर कानूनी
मुस्लिम विधायकों की ओर से हिन्दू लड़कियों से विवाह की जानकारी सामने आने के बाद सनातन अधिवक्ता मंच आगे आया है। मंच के प्रतिनिधियों ने इन दोनों के विवाह को अनैतिक और दबाव देकर विवाह करने का आरोप लगाया है। अधिवक्ता मंच के पदाधिकारियों ने कहा है कि दोनों हिन्दू युवतियों को सामने आना चाहिए। अगर उनका शोषण हुआ है तो मंच उन्हें न्याय दिलाने का काम करेगा। साथ ही यह भी सवाल उठाया गया है कि यह धर्म परिवर्तन और लव जिहाद का मामला हो सकता है। ऐसे में यह भी बताना चाहिए कि हिन्दू लड़कियों से विवाह करने से पहले उनके माता-पिता से अनुमति ली थी या नहीं। मंच ने चुनाव आयोग से मांग की गई है कि अगर इस संबंध में कोई मामला दर्ज है तो जांच कराई जाए। रिपोर्ट - रामस्वरूप लामरोड़

Amin Kaggi married a Hindu girl for the second time
The affidavit of Amin Kagzi, the sitting MLA from Kishanpole assembly constituency and currently Congress candidate, has revealed that he has two wives. Kaggi has married for the second time without divorcing his first wife. The name of Amin Kaggi's first wife is Reshma while the name of his second wife is Monica Sharma. They have four children, two boys and two girls. During the last elections (year 2018), Amin Kagzi had informed about having only one wife, whereas now he has informed about having two wives. It is not known when the second marriage took place.
Rafiq Khan also married a Hindu girl
Rafiq Khan, resident of Banipark, Jaipur, is the current MLA from Adarsh Nagar. Congress has again fielded him from the Adarsh Nagar assembly seat. The affidavit given along with the nomination has revealed that Rafiq Khan is also married to a Hindu girl. Rafiq Khan has written his wife's name as Manju Devi. Khan did not give any information about the children in his affidavit.
The marriage of both was declared illegal
Sanatan Advocate Manch has come forward after the information about Muslim MLAs marrying Hindu girls came to light. The representatives of the forum have accused these two of being unethical and forced to marry. Officials of Advocate Forum have said that both the Hindu girls should come forward. If they have been exploited then the platform will work to get them justice. The question has also been raised that this could be a case of religious conversion and love jihad. In such a situation, it should also be told whether permission was taken from the parents of Hindu girls before marrying them or not.
