राजीव गांधी युवा मित्र (इंटर्न) की तीन दिवसीय सम्भाग स्तरीय कार्यशाला प्रारम्भ
बीकानेर, । राजीव गांधी युवा मित्र इंटर्नशिप कार्यक्रम के तहत आर्थिक एवं सांख्यिकी विभाग की ओर से सम्भाग स्तरीय कार्यशाला का मंगलवार को रविन्द्र रंगमंच में शुभारम्भ हुआ।
उद्घाटन समारोह अतिरिक्त जिला कलेक्टर (शहर) जगदीश प्रसाद गौड़ , विशिष्ट अतिथि निदेशक (सांख्यिकी) इन्दीवर दुबे, सहित सीएमएचओ डॉ मोहम्मद अबरार पंवार, सीपीओ श्रवण लाल, बलविंदर तथा आर्थिक एवं सांख्यिकी विभाग बीकानेर के उपनिदेशक सुशील शर्मा के आतिथ्य में दीप प्रज्ज्वलित के साथ शुरू हुआ।
तीन दिवसीय इस प्रशिक्षण में नव चयनित राजीव गाँधी युवा मित्रों को विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारियों द्वारा विभागों से संबंधित जनकल्याणकारी एवं फ्लैगशिप योजनाओं की जानकारी दी जा रही है। साथ ही समस्त आरवाईएमपी फील्ड में जाकर आमजन को योजनाओं की जानकारी भी प्राप्त करेंगे। राज्य सरकार के इस महत्वपूर्ण कार्यक्रम के क्रियान्वयन से अन्तिम छोर तक के लाभार्थी को योजना का लाभ मिल सकेगा।
उपनिदेशक, आर्थिक एवं सांख्यिकी, सुशील कुमार शर्मा द्वारा कार्यक्रम में स्वागत उद्बोधन दिया गया तथा राजीव गांधी युवा मित्रों का परिचय कराते हुए प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम की विस्तार से जानकारी दी गई। उन्होंने बताया कि राज्य सरकार की फ़्लैगशिप एवं बजट घोषणाओं से सम्बन्धित योजनाओं का लाभ आमजन तक व्यापक रूप से पहुंचाने हेतु राजीव गांधी युवा मित्रों को लगाया गया है।
अतिरिक्त जिला कलेक्टर (शहर) जगदीश प्रसाद गौड़ ने नवचयनित युवा मित्रों को सरकार की योजनाओं को जरूरत मंदों तक पहुंचाने एवं सरकार व आमजन के बीच सेतु के रूप में भूमिका निभाने के लिए प्रेरित किया।
निदेशक (सांख्यिकी) ने शिक्षा विभाग से जुड़ी योजनाओं पर प्रकाश डाला।
सीएमएचओ डॉ मोहम्मद अबरार पंवार ने चिरंजीवी योजना, निशुल्क दवा एवं जांच योजनाओं सहित स्वास्थ्य विभाग की विभिन्न योजनाओं की जानकारी साझा की।
मुख्य आयोजना अधिकारी (CPO), श्रवण लाल रैगर ने आरवाईएम द्वारा किये जा रहे कार्यों की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि राजस्थान सरकार द्वारा चलाई जा रही सभी फ्लैगशिप योजनाओं को गांव-गांव ढाणी-ढाणी पहुंचाना है। सभी विभागों की फ्लैगशिप योजनाओं की विस्तार से जानकारी उपलब्ध करवाई। इसके साथ ही राजस्थान मिशन 2023, फेस टू फेस सर्वे के बारे में जानकारी दी।
कार्यक्रम में महावीर ओझा सांख्यिकी अधिकारी द्वारा युवा मित्रों के क्षेत्र भ्रमण के दौरान आमजन से चर्चा एवं विभिन्न प्रकार के संवादों और फलैगशिप योजना पर प्रस्तुतीकरण दिया गया। युवा मित्रों से क्षेत्र में कार्य करने के दौरान अनुभवों पर चर्चा की गई। वहीं सूचना सहायक नरेंद्र कुमार सुथार ने आरवाईएमपी ऐप , जनाधार सहित सोशल मीडिया के अलग-अलग प्लेटफार्म की जानकारी दी।
सांख्यिकी अधिकारी अंजय सिंह शेखावत ने परिवार संवाद, संस्थागत संवाद, समुह संवाद सहित विशेष संवाद करने के तथ्यात्मक जानकारी उपलब्ध करवाई।
सूचना सहायक नरेंद्र कुमार सुथार व सोशल मीडिया स्टेट टीम से सरजीत सिंह ने राजस्थान सरकार द्वारा चलाए जा रहे फेसबुक सहित इंस्टाग्राम के अकाउंट एवं विभिन्न प्रकार की योजनाओं के सोशल मीडिया पर प्रचार प्रसार के बारे में बताया।
राजीव गांधी युवा मित्र भीम सेन, श्रवण लाल भाटी ने वीडियो के माध्यम से परिवार संवाद के बारे में जानकारी दी।
मंच का संचालन महावीर कुमावत ने किया। कार्यक्रम में राजीव गांधी युवा मित्र प्रोग्राम टीम सहित सूचना सहायक टीम, तकनीकी सहयोगी, श्रीगंगानगर, हनुमानगढ़, चुरु सहित समस्त बीकानेर के ब्लांक सांख्यिकी अधिकारी एवं कर्मचारी उपस्थित रहे।
Three-day divisional level workshop of Rajiv Gandhi Yuva Mitra (Intern) started
Bikaner, . Under the Rajiv Gandhi Yuva Mitra Internship Programme, a divisional level workshop on behalf of the Department of Economics and Statistics was inaugurated at Ravindra Theater on Tuesday.
Inauguration ceremony with lighting of lamp in the hospitality of Additional District Collector (City) Jagdish Prasad Gaur, special guest Director (Statistics) Indivar Dubey, along with CMHO Dr Mohammad Abrar Panwar, CPO Shravan Lal, Balwinder and Deputy Director of Economics and Statistics Department Bikaner Sushil Sharma. started.
In this three-day training, the newly selected Rajiv Gandhi Yuva Mitras are being given information about public welfare and flagship schemes related to the departments by the officers of various departments. Besides, the general public will also go to all the RYMP fields and get information about the schemes. With the implementation of this important program of the state government, the last mile beneficiary will be able to get the benefits of the scheme.
Deputy Director, Economics and Statistics, Sushil Kumar Sharma gave welcome address in the program and while introducing Rajiv Gandhi Yuva Mitras, detailed information about the training program was given. He said that Rajiv Gandhi Yuva Mitras have been deployed to spread the benefits of schemes related to flagship and budget announcements of the state government widely to the common people.
Additional District Collector (City) Jagdish Prasad Gaur inspired the newly selected young friends to take the government schemes to the needy and play the role of a bridge between the government and the common people.
Director (Statistics) highlighted the schemes related to the Education Department.
CMHO Dr. Mohammad Abrar Panwar shared information about various schemes of the health department including Chiranjeevi Yojana, free medicine and testing schemes.
Chief Planning Officer (CPO), Shravan Lal Regar, while appreciating the work being done by RYM said that all the flagship schemes run by the Government of Rajasthan have to reach every village. Provided detailed information about the flagship schemes of all departments. Along with this, information was given about Rajasthan Mission 2023, Face to Face Survey.
In the program, Mahavir Ojha Statistics Officer discussed with the general public and various types of dialogues during the field visit of young friends and presentation was given on the Flagship Scheme. Experiences while working in the field were discussed with young friends. Meanwhile, Information Assistant Narendra Kumar Suthar gave information about different platforms of social media including RYMP App, Janadhar.
Statistics Officer Anjay Singh Shekhawat provided factual information about special communication including family dialogue, institutional dialogue, group dialogue.
Information Assistant Narendra Kumar Suthar and Sarjeet Singh from Social Media State Team told about the promotion of various types of schemes and various schemes on social media including Facebook and Instagram accounts run by Rajasthan Government.
Rajiv Gandhi Yuva Mitra Bhim Sen, Shravan Lal Bhati gave information about family dialogue through video.
Mahavir Kumawat conducted the stage. Rajiv Gandhi Yuva Mitra Program team along with information support team, technical assistants, block statistics officers and employees of all Bikaner including Sriganganagar, Hanumangarh, Churu were present in the program.
