बीकानेर में पुलिस हेड कॉन्स्टेबल से कार लूटने के मामले में फरार चल रहे दो युवकों को पुलिस ने एक माह बाद गिरफ्तार कर लिया। चार अक्टूबर को बीकानेर-देशनोक मार्ग पर ये घटना हुई थी

पुलिस लाइन में तैनात हेड कॉन्स्टेबल आरकेपुरम निवासी गजेंद्र सिंह थाने में रिपोर्ट दी, जिसमें बताया कि वह अपने दोस्त चन्दन सिंह की गाड़ी वेन्यू में देशनोक जा रहा था। जोधपुर बाईपास के पास रात करीब 9.30 से 10 बजे के बीच गोविन्द होटल से पहले 20 से 25 साल के दो लड़कों ने हमें रोका और कहा कि हमें बीकानेर बाईपास तक छोड़ दो। मैंने दोनों को गाड़ी में बैठा लिया उदयरासर बाईपास से थोड़ा आगे दो और लड़के खडे़ थे। जिन्होंने ईशारा किया, वो लड़के भी आ गए और मेरे साथ मारपीट की और कार लूट ले गए। मामले की जांच एएसआई महावीर प्रताप सिंह को सौंपी गई।

सीओ गंगाशहर मुकेश सोनी के नेतृत्व में डीएसटी व अन्य टीमों का गठन किया गया। कॉल डिटेल, आसपास के सीसीटीवी फुटेज सहित अनेक तकनीकी माध्यमों से जांच की। घटनास्थल के आस-पास लगे सीसीटीवी फुटेज देखे गए। करीब पचास सीसीटीवी फुटेज से कुछ स्थिति स्पष्ट हुई। पूर्व में लूट करने वालों पर भी नजर रखी गई। चार बदमाशों को जिला विशेष टीम के सहयोग से चिह्नित किया गया, जिसमें से दो की गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया।

ऐसे हुआ घटनाक्रम

बाईपास पर सुनसान इलाके में चारों बदमाश लूट की साजिश रच रहे थे। जयपुर-जोधपुर बाईपास पर रात होने पर गाड़ी आती दिखाई दी तो लिफ्ट मांग ली। धरनोक निवासी सुरेश बागूडा ने कार रुकवा ली और गाड़ी में बैठ गया। तीन और बदमाशों को बुला लिया। जिसमें दिनेश विश्नोई निवासी धरनोक व संदीप विश्नोई निवासी मोडायत जबरदस्ती बैठ गए। प्रकाश विश्नोई निवासी मोडायत अपनी बाईक लेकर रवाना हो गया। व गाड़ी में सवार बदमाशों ने हेड कॉन्स्टेबल के साथ मारपीट कर गाड़ी में पीछे बैठा लिया। मारपीट कर हाथ-पैर बांधने की कोशिश करने लगे तो उदयरामसर चौराहे पर गाड़ी से कूदकर अपनी जान बचा ली। बदमाश गाड़ी लेकर फरार हो गए। अब पुलिस ने इन लोगों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। दो और बदमाशों की तलाश की जा रही है। इनमें पुलिस ने प्रकाश बिश्नोई और दिनेश बिश्नोई को गिरफ्तार किया है। संदीप और सुरेश बागूडा अब तक फरार हैं।

After a month, two youths who were absconding in the case of robbing a car from a police head constable in Bikaner were arrested by the police. This incident happened on October 4 on Bikaner-Deshnok road.

Gajendra Singh, resident of RKpuram, head constable posted in the police line, reported at the police station, stating that he was going to Deshnok in his friend Chandan Singh's car Venue. Near Jodhpur Bypass, between 9.30 and 10 pm, before Govind Hotel, two boys of 20 to 25 years of age stopped us and asked us to drop them to Bikaner Bypass. I made both of them sit in the car. Two more boys were standing a little ahead of Udayarasar bypass. The boys who signaled me also came and beat me up and stole the car. The investigation of the case was handed over to ASI Mahavir Pratap Singh.

DST and other teams were formed under the leadership of CO Gangashahar Mukesh Soni. Investigation was done through various technical means including call details and surrounding CCTV footage. CCTV footage installed around the incident site was viewed. Some situation became clear from about fifty CCTV footage. Those who looted in the past were also kept under watch. Four miscreants were identified with the help of the District Special Team, out of which two were arrested.

This is how the incident happened

The four miscreants were planning a robbery in a deserted area on the bypass. When night fell on Jaipur-Jodhpur bypass, I saw a car coming and asked for a lift. Suresh Baguda, a resident of Dharnok, stopped the car and sat in the car. Three more miscreants were called. In which Dinesh Vishnoi resident of Dharnok and Sandeep Vishnoi resident of Modayat forcefully sat down. Prakash Vishnoi resident Modayat left with his bike. And the miscreants in the car beat up the head constable and made him sit in the back of the car. When they tried to beat him and tie his hands and legs, Udayaramsar saved his life by jumping from the car at the intersection. The miscreants fled with the car. Now the police have arrested these people. Two more miscreants are being searched. Among these, the police have arrested Prakash Bishnoi and Dinesh Bishnoi. Sandeep and Suresh Baguda are still absconding.
