जयपुर। क्राइम ब्रांच ने सरस डेयरी के दूध संग्रहण केन्द्र से जब्त किया 1000 लीटर दूध सिंथेटिक निकला। क्राइम ब्रांच ने मिलावटी दूध होने की आशंका पर कार्रवाई कर मौके पर सरस व फूड डिपार्टमेंट के अधिकारियों को बुला लिया था। सरस डेयरी के अधिकारियों ने दूध के सैंपल लेकर उसे जांच के बाद शुद्ध बताया था, लेकिन फूड डिपार्टमेंट ने सोमवार रात को जारी की जांच रिपोर्ट में दूध को सिंथेटिक बताया है। यानी दूध जहरीला है।
इस दूध के सेवन से कैंसर सहित कई गंभीर बीमारी हो सकती हैं। पुलिस ने एफआईआर में सरस डेयरी के अध्यक्ष एमडी, क्वालिटी कन्ट्रोल ऑफिसर व समस्त बड़े अधिकारीगण व सतर्कता अधिकारियों के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया। सिंथेटिक दूध बेचने में इनकी भूमिका भी शामिल बताई। एफआईआर में बताया कि सरस डेयरी के अधिकारी ही आमजन को सिंथेटिक दूध सप्लाई कर रहे थे। गौरतलब है कि क्राइम ब्रांच ने कौथुन में गोविंद नारायण जाट नाम के व्यक्ति की बीएमसी 0958 पर छापा मार एक पिकअप में रखे ड्रम से 1000 लीटर दूध जब्त किया था।
सरस डेयरी में कैसे सिंथेटिक दूध जांच के बाद हो रहा पास
एडीजी एमएन ने बताया कि कौथुन में मिले मिलावटी दूध के संबंध में अब एसएचओ की ओर से आईपीसी की धारा 188, 272, 273, 328 में 120बी के अंतर्गत थाना चाकसू पर मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया है। मिली भगत के इस बड़े खेल में जयपुर डेयरी के अधिकारियों, बीएमसी और सिंथेटिक दूध के सप्लायरों के बीच गठजोड़ की भूमिका की जांच की जाएगी। सरस डेयरी प्रशासन के किस व्यक्ति की मिली भगत से नकली और सिंथेटिक दूध जांच में पास होकर आसानी से खप रहा है। इसमें बड़े गिरोह के होने की पूरी आशंका है। क्राइम ब्रांच जल्द ही इसका खुलासा करेगी।
1000 लीटर जब्त किया था दूध, मृत कीट मिले
एडीजी दिनेश एमएन ने बताया कि फूड डिपार्टमेंट की ओर से सेठी कॉलोनी जयपुर स्थित स्टेट सेंट्रल पब्लिक हेल्थ प्रयोगशाला से जांच करवाई गई। जांच रिपोर्ट के अनुसार सैंपल के लिए गए वनस्पति घी से तैयार दूध में मृत कीट और रेत व गंदगी के कण पाए गए। रिपोर्ट में दूध को अनसेफ बताया है। उन्होंने बताया कि कैथवाड़ा व दौसा में बरामद दूध और पनीर की भी जांच रिपोर्ट आ गई। यहां मिले दूध व पनीर को सिंथेटिक बताया है।
कैंसर सहित कई गंभीर बीमारी होने का खतरा
एमएन ने बताया कि सिंथेटिक दूध में विभिन्न केमिकल, तेल और यूरिया सहित कई हानिकारक चीजें इस्तेमाल की जा रहीं हैं। ऐसा दूध स्वास्थ्य के लिए धीमे जहर का काम करता है। सिंथेटिक दूध पीने से कैंसर सहित कई गंभीर बीमारी होने का खतरा रहता है। इससे किडनी, लीवर, फेफड़े और हृदय को नुकसान पहुंचता है।

His role was also said to be involved in selling synthetic milk. It was told in the FIR that the officials of Saras Dairy were supplying synthetic milk to the common people. It is noteworthy that the Crime Branch had raided the BMC 0958 of a person named Govind Narayan Jat in Kauthun and seized 1000 liters of milk from a drum kept in a pickup.
How synthetic milk is getting passed after testing in Saras Dairy
ADG MN said that in relation to the adulterated milk found in Kauthun, a case has now been registered by the SHO at Chaksu police station under sections 188, 272, 273, 328 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The role of the nexus between Jaipur Dairy officials, BMC and synthetic milk suppliers in this big game of collusion will be investigated. With the connivance of which person in the Saras Dairy Administration, fake and synthetic milk is being easily consumed after passing the tests. 1000 liters of milk was confiscated, dead insects were found
ADG Dinesh MN said that on behalf of the Food Department, the investigation was conducted from the State Central Public Health Laboratory located in Sethi Colony, Jaipur. According to the investigation report, dead insects and particles of sand and dirt were found in the milk prepared from vegetable ghee that was sampled. The report has declared milk unsafe. He told that the investigation report of milk and cheese recovered in Kaithwara and Dausa has also come. The milk and cheese found here has been described as synthetic.
Risk of many serious diseases including cancer
MN said that many harmful things are being used in synthetic milk including various chemicals, oil and urea. Such milk acts as a slow poison for health. Drinking synthetic milk increases the risk of many serious diseases including cancer. This causes damage to kidneys, liver, lungs and heart.
