बंदूक की नोक पर युवती के साथ दुष्कर्म,अश्लील वीडियो बनाकर किया ब्लैकमेल,केस दर्ज

कुचामन मारोठ थाना अन्तर्गत श्यामगढ़ डीडवाना कुचामन हाल आबाद जयपुर रोड सीकर निवासी युवती के साथ दुष्कर्म का मामला सामने आया है. एक युवती ने सीकर लॉ कॉलेज के पूर्व छात्रसंघ अध्यक्ष के खिलाफ उद्योग नगर थाना में दुष्कर्म का मुकदमा दर्ज कराया है. उद्योग नगर सीकर के थानाधिकारी विक्रांत शर्मा ने बताया कि युवती की शिकायत पर धारा 376(2), 384, 323 और 506 में मामला दर्ज कर लिया गया है.

पुलिस के अनुसार युवती ने 2021 में लॉ कॉलेज में एडमिशन लिया. उस दौरान उसकी मुलाकात लॉ कॉलेज अध्यक्ष राकेश गढ़वाल के साथ हुई. मार्च 2021 में राकेश गढ़वाल ने फोन कर कहा कि सभी स्टूडेंट्स की एक होटल में मीटिंग है आप भी पहुंचना. जब वह होटल में पहुंची तो वहां राकेश ने उसे कमरे में बंद कर दिया और बंदूक की नोक पर उसके साथ दुष्कर्म किया.

वीडियो वायरल करने की धमकी देकर तीन साल तक युवती का शारीरिक शोषण करता रहा. इस बीच युवती गर्भवती भी हुई. उसने आरोप लगाया कि राकेश गढ़वाल ने भाई दिलसुख की मदद से शहर के निजी अस्पताल में उसका गर्भपात करवा दिया. साथ ही धमकी देकर राकेश ने 4 लाख रुपए और 30 ग्राम सोने के जेवरात भी हड़प लिए.

राकेश की मां को बताया तो उसने भी कहा कि जैसा कहते हैं वैसा करो, नहीं तो परिणाम ठीक नहीं होंगे. युवती ने आरोप लगाया कि राकेश गढ़वाल और उसका भाई दिलसुख उसे व उसके भाई को जान से मारने की धमकी दे रहे हैं. उद्योग नगर सीकर के थानाधिकारी विक्रांत शर्मा ने बताया कि युवती की शिकायत पर धारा 376 (2) 384 323 506 में मामला दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी गई है.
