राजस्थान में धार्मिक यात्रा पर पथराव: एक युवक की मौत के बाद कर्फ्यू के हालत...धारा-144 लागू

उत्तर प्रदेश में देर शाम दो बच्चों की हत्या कर देने वाले आरोपी का एनकाउंटर कर दिया गया। लेकिन इस घटना के बाद अब कानून बंदोबस्त को और ज्यादा सख्त कर दिया गया है ताकि माहौल खराब नहीं हो। लेकिन यूपी की घटना के कुछ देर बाद ही राजस्थान में भी बवाल हुआ है। राजस्थान के चित्तौडगढ़ जिले में मंगलवार रात धार्मिक जूलूस पर समाज विशेष के युवकों ने पथराव कर दिया। अचानक हुए पथराव और तोड़फोड़ की घटना के बाद एसपी तुरंत मौके पर पहुंचे। हालात काबू करने की कोशिश की। देर रात कई लोगों को हिरासत में लिया गया है। आज सवेरे हालात जैसे तैसे काबू किए गए लेकिन दोपहर से पहले इस मामले में एक युवक की मौत हो गई ।

इलाके में कर्फ्यू से हालात- 144 लगाई गई
मृतक के परिवार ने हत्या की धाराओं में केस दर्ज किया है । माहौल खराब नहीं हो इसलिए इलाके में कर्फ्यू से हालात हैं, और पूरे जिले में धारा 144 लागू कर दी गई है। जिन समाज विशेष के लोगों पर पथराव करने का आरोप लगाया गया है , उनकी तलाश की जा रही है। पूरा घटनाक्रम राशमी थाना इलाके का है। मौके पर कपासन एमएलए भी पहुंचे।

दूसरे समुदाय की महिलाएं धार्मिक जुलूस के आगे हो गईं खड़ी
पुलिस से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार हर दशमी को शहर से होकर एक धार्मिक जूलूस निकलता है, जिसे बेवाण कहा जाता है। यह ठीक उसी तरह से निकलता है जिस तरह से उज्जैन के महाकाल का जूलूस निकाला जाता है। कल रात भी इसी तरह से जूलूस निकाला जा रहा था। लेकिन राशमी थाना इलाके में एक गली में आकर जूलूस रोक दिया गया। समाज विशेष के महिलाओं ने जुलूस आगे नहीं बढ़ने दिया। उनमें से एक युवक ने विरोध किया तो उसे बुरी तरह पीटा और सिर फोड़ दिया। उसके बाद छतों पर जाकर जमकर पथराव कर ड़ाला। इस पथराव में दस से ज्यादा लोग घायल हैं।

पत्थरबाजी में युवक हो गई मौत
पत्थरबाजी में 50 साल के श्यामलाल छिपा के सिर में पत्थर लगा। वह बेहोश हो गए, परिवार के लोग घर लेकर पहुंचे । बाद में श्यामलाल को भीलवाड़ा में भर्ती कराया गया। लेकिन आज उनकी मौत हो गई। इस घटनाक्रम में पुलिस ने देर रात से आज दोपहर तक करीब 20 लोगों को हिरासत में लिया है।

मौके पर तैनात पूरे जिले की पुलिस
एसपी सुधीर जोशी ने बताया कि फिलहाल हालात काबू में हैं। कई लोगों को अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया है। कई थानों का पुलिस जाब्ता मौके पर तैनात है। इसके अलावा एसटीएसफ की एक टुकड़ी को जिला मुख्यालय से भी बुलाया गया है और यहां तैनात किया गया है। हालात फिलहाल काबू में कर लिए गए हैं। कुछ आरोपियों को हिरासत में लिया गया है। सीसीटीवी फुटेज और वीडियो कैमरों की फुटेज भी खंगाली जा रही है। पूरे जिले में धारा 144 लागू की गई है।

People from a particular community who have been accused of pelting stones are being searched. The entire incident took place in Rashmi police station area. Kapasan MLA also reached the spot.

Women from other communities stood in front of the religious procession
According to the information received from the police, every Dashami, a religious procession takes place through the city, which is called Bewan. It comes out in the same way as the Mahakal procession of Ujjain is taken out. Last night also a similar procession was being taken out. But the procession was stopped after reaching a street in Rashmi police station area. Women of a particular community did not allow the procession to proceed. When one of the youth protested, he was beaten badly and his head was broken. After that they went to the rooftops and pelted stones heavily. More than ten people are injured in this stone pelting.

Youth died in stone pelting
50 year old Shyamlal Chhipa was hit on the head by stone pelting. He became unconscious and was taken home by his family members. Later Shyamlal was admitted to Bhilwara. But today he died. In this incident, the police have detained about 20 people from late night till this afternoon.

Police from the entire district deployed on the spot
SP Sudhir Joshi said that at present the situation is under control. Many people have been admitted to the hospital. Police personnel from many police stations are deployed on the spot. Apart from this, a contingent of STSF has also been called from the district headquarters and deployed here. The situation is currently under control. Some accused have been detained. CCTV footage and video camera footage are also being scrutinized. Section 144 has been implemented in the entire district.
