बीकानेर: प्लॉट बेचने का सौदा कर साढ़े 13 लाख रुपए हड़पे

बीकानेर। प्लॉट बेचने का सौदा कर साढ़े 13 लाख रुपए हड़पने का मामला सामने आया है। इस संबंध में मुक्ताप्रसाद निवासी मनीष सोनी पुत्र रमेश कुमार सोनी ने दो नामजद व्यक्तियों के खिलाफ मुक्ताप्रसाद थाने में केस दर्ज करवाया है।

 पुलिस के अनुसार परिवादी मनीष सोनी का आरोप है कि गजनेर निवासी किशनलाल पुत्र हजारीराम कुम्हार व भीनासर कुम्हारों का मौहल्ला निवासी लेखराज पुत्र दमाराम कुम्हार ने एकराय होकर षड्यंत्रपूर्वक उससे प्लॉट बचने का सौदा कर 13,51,000 रुपए हड़प कर लिये एवं प्लॉट के दस्तावेज नहीं दिये और न ही रुपए वापस लौटाए। पुलिस ने परिवादी की रिपोर्ट पर आरोपितों के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी।

Bikaner. A case of embezzling Rs 13.5 lakh by making a deal to sell a plot has come to light. In this regard, Manish Soni, son of Ramesh Kumar Soni, resident of Muktaprasad, has registered a case against two named persons at Muktaprasad police station.

According to the police, the complainant Manish Soni alleges that Kishanlal son of Hazariram Kumhar, resident of Gajner and Lekhraj son of Damaram Kumhar, resident of Bhinasar Potters' Mohalla, conspired together and embezzled Rs 13,51,000 from him by making a deal to save the plot and did not give the documents of the plot. Nor did he return the money. Based on the report of the complainant, the police registered a case against the accused and started investigation.
