बीकानेर,विधानसभा चुनावों में इस बार सुपर हॉट बनी बीकानेर पश्चिम सीट पर कांग्रेस को शिकस्त देने के लिये भाजपा का हिन्दू बाहुल्य इलाकों में बंपर वोटिंग पर फोकस रहेगा। इसके लिये भाजपा के चुनावी रणनीतिकारों ने पिछले चुनावों की वोटिंग के बूथवाइज डेटा जुटाने के बाद यह रणनीति बनाई है। भाजपा से जुड़े सूत्रों की मानें तो पिछले चुनावों में बीकानेर पश्चिम के हिन्दू बाहुल्य इलाकों में कम वोटिंग के कारण पार्टी प्रत्याशी को हार का सामना करना पड़ा था।
इसी को ध्यान में रखते हुए इस बार हिन्दू इलाकों में बंपर वोटिंग कराने पर फोकस रहेगा। दरअसल,भाजपा ने बीकानेर पश्चिम में इस बार संघनिष्ठ जेठानंद व्यास को मैदान में उतार कर खुले तोर पर हिन्दू कार्ड खेला है। इतना ही नहीं पार्टी के पास प्रचार के लिए भी कोई बड़ा मुस्लिम चेहरा नहीं है जो मुस्लिम वोट लेने में पार्टी की मदद कर सके। ऐेसे में पार्टी अपने हिन्दू वोट बैंक पर फोकस करते हुए यह कोशिश कर रही है कि वो इनके क्षेत्रों में ज्यादा मतदान कराएं। इसके लिये पार्टी के मंडल और बूथ प्रमुखों के लिये बूथवार जिम्मेदारी तय कर दी गई है।
जातीय समीकरणों से बैठा रहे जीत का गणित
इधर,जातीय समीकरणों के लिहाज से आंकलन किया जाये तो पुष्करणा ब्राह्मण बाहुल्य इस सीट पर कांग्रेस के लिये मुस्लिम और भाजपा के लिये ओबीसी वोटर मजबूत वोट बैंक मानें जाते है। पुष्करणा वोटरों का धुव्रीकरण इस सीट पर उम्मीदवार की हार-जीत तय करता है। इसलिये दोनों ही पार्टियों ने पुष्करणा जाति के उम्मीदवार मैदान में उतारे है। इनमें कांग्रेस के डॉ.बीडी कल्ला लगातार दसवीं मैदान में उतरें है,वहीं भाजपा ने इस बार संघनिष्ठ जेठानंद व्यास को मैदान में उतारा है। ताजा चुनावी माहौल को देखते हुए दोनों की बीच कांटे की टक्कर है। दोनों ही पार्टियों के रणनीतिकार फिलहाल जातीय समीकरणों को साध कर जीत का गणित बैठाने में जुटे है।
