तीन भाइयों पर धारदार हथियारों से हमला,एक की मौत,दो गंभीर घायल
राजस्थान के उदयपुर में बेकरिया थाना क्षेत्र में रक्षाबंधन के दिन दुकान पर खरीदारी करने एवं बीच बचाव करने आए तीन सगे भाइयों पर बदमाशों ने घात लगाकर धारदार हथियारों छुरी, कुल्हाड़ी, सरियों से ताबड़तोड़ वार किए। हमले में एक भाई की इलाज के दौरान मौत हो गई, वहीं गंभीर रूप से घायल दो भाइयों का उदयपुर हॉस्पिटल में उपचार चल रहा है।
रास्ता रोककर किया हमला
रक्षाबंधन के दिन रात करीब 8.00 बजे रतनाराम पुत्र नंदा गरासिया निवासी पांडीबोर घर से बाइक पर सवार होकर साथी वागाराम और दायला राम के साथ किराणा का सामान खरीदने दुकान पर जा रहा था। राजकीय उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालय गोगरुद के निकट मुख्य बदमाश हितेश और उसके करीबन 25 अन्य साथियों ने रतनाराम, वागाराम और दायला राम पर छुरी, कुल्हाड़ी जैसे धारदार हथियारों से हमला कर दिया। हमले में दायलाराम गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गया। इस दौरान दायला की जेब में पड़े तीन हजार रुपए भी बदमाशों ने छीन लिए। घायलों को बेकरिया हॉस्पिटल ले जा रहे टेंपो चालक अमृत गरासिया पर भी बदमाशों ने छुरी से हमला कर गंभीर रूप से घायल कर दिया।
वहीं बीच बचाव करने पहुंचे मुकेश पर भी बदमाशों जितेंद्र, हितेश, स्वर्ण ने छुरे और कुल्हाड़ी से हमला किया, जिससे मुकेश के दांत व जबडा टूट गया। मारपीट के दौरान मुकेश बेहोश हो गया। उसे मरा हुआ समझ कर बदमाश मोबाइल लेकर फरार हो गए। राहगीरों की मदद से सभी घायलों को बेकरिया सीएचसी ले जाया गया, जहां प्राथमिक उपचार के बाद उदयपुर हॉस्पिटल रेफर कर दिया गया, जहां उपचार के दौरान पांडीबोर निवासी मुकेश (18) पुत्र नंदा गरासिया ने शुक्रवार को दम तोड़ दिया। वहीं हमले में गंभीर रूप से घायल अमृत (23) पुत्र नंदा और दायला (25) पुत्र नंदा दोनों सगे भाइयों का उदयपुर हॉस्पिटल में इलाज चल रहा है।
मुख्य आरोपी सहित अन्य बदमाशों के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज
प्रार्थी रतना पुत्र नंदा जाति गरासिया निवासी पांडिबोर ने हमले के मुख्य आरोपी हितेश पुत्र चुन्नाराम निवासी पांडिबोर सहित मदन पुत्र चुन्नाराम, श्रवण पुत्र चुन्नाराम, चुन्नाराम पुत्र माला, रेशमा पुत्र जोता, कालू पुत्र रेशमा, शैतान पुत्र जोता, जितेंद्र पुत्र माना के अलावा दर्जन भर से ज्यादा बदमाशों के खिलाफ थाने में नामजद रिपोर्ट दर्ज करवाई है।

On the day of Rakshabandhan, at around 8.00 pm, Ratnaram's son Nanda Garasia resident Pandibor was going to the shop to buy grocery items along with his companions Vagaram and Dayla Ram, riding a bike from home. Hitesh and about 25 other accomplices attacked Ratnaram, Vagaram and Dayla Ram with sharp weapons like knife, axe, near Government Higher Secondary School, Gogrud. Dayalaram was seriously injured in the attack. During this, the miscreants also snatched three thousand rupees lying in Dayla's pocket. Tempo driver Amrit Garasia, who was taking the injured to Bakeria Hospital, was also seriously injured by a knife attack by the miscreants.
On the other hand, Mukesh, who came to rescue, was also attacked by miscreants Jitendra, Hitesh, Swarna with knife and axe, due to which Mukesh's teeth and jaw were broken. Mukesh became unconscious during the fight. Thinking him dead, the miscreants ran away with the mobile. With the help of passers-by, all the injured were taken to Bakeria CHC, where after first aid, they were referred to Udaipur Hospital, where Pandibor resident Mukesh (18) son Nanda Gracia died on Friday. On the other hand, Amrit (23) son Nanda and Dayla (25) son Nanda, both seriously injured in the attack, are undergoing treatment at Udaipur Hospital.
Case registered against main accused and other miscreants
The applicant Ratna s/o Nanda, caste Garasia resident Pandibor, along with the main accused Hitesh s/o Chunnaram resident of Pandibor, Madan s/o Chunnaram, Shravan s/o Chunnaram, Chunnaram s/o Mala, Reshma s/o Jota, Kalu s/o Reshma, Shaitan s/o Jota, Jitendra s/o Mana, along with dozen other accused in the attack Nominated reports have been lodged in the police station against more than 20 miscreants.
