‘राजस्थान के हिस्से का एक बूंद पानी कम नहीं होने देंगे…चाहे खून-पसीना बहाना पड़े’ ERCP पर बोलीं वसुन्धरा राजे

जयपुर। राजस्थान में विधानसभा चुनावों का मौसम चढ़ते ही बीजेपी पूरी तरह से एक्टिव मोड में आ चुकी है जहां पार्टी ने अब गहलोत सरकार के खिलाफ ‘परिवर्तन’ का नारा बुलंद करते हुए परिवर्तन संकल्प यात्रा का सवाई माधोपुर से आगाज किया है. बीजेपी के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष जेपी नड्डा ने यात्रा को हरी झंडी दिखाकर रवाना किया. वहीं यात्रा को रवाना करने से पहले सवाई माधोपुर के दशहरा मैदान में एक जनसभा को संबोधित करते हुए नड्डा ने अशोक गहलोत सरकार को गृहलूट सरकार बताया.

वहीं पूर्व सीएम वसुंधरा राजे ने भी ईस्टर्न राजस्थान कैनाल प्रोजेक्ट को लेकर गहलोत सरकार पर जमकर हमला बोला. राजे ने कहा कि हम राजस्थान के हिस्से का एक बूंद भी पानी कम नहीं होने देंगे उसके लिए चाहे उन्हें कितना ही खून-पसीना बहाना पड़े.

पूर्व सीएम बोलीं जब हमारी दुबारा सरकार आई तो हमने ईआरसीपी को लेकर डीपीआर बनाकर इसका काम आगे बढ़ाया था लेकिन दुर्भाग्य से गहलोत सरकार के आने के बाद योजना को ठंडे बस्ते में डाल दिया गया.

‘2018 के बाद ERCP को ठंडे बस्ते में डाला’
राजे ने कहा कि बीजेपी सरकार ने 25 अगस्त, 2005 को मध्यप्रदेश के साथ नदियों के पानी के बंटवारे को लेकर समझौता किया था लेकिन गहलोत सरकार के वापस आने पर योजना का काम रुक गया. वसुंधरा ने कहा कि ERCP के लिए योजना को हमनें स्वीकृत करवाया जहां ईसरदा बांध लापरवाही के कारण अभी तक पूरा नहीं हुआ है.

पूर्व सीएम ने कहा कि ERCP को जानबूझकर विवादित बनाने का प्रयास भी किया गया है. उन्होंने कहा कि सीएम गहलोत तब भी सो रहे थे अब भी सो रहे हैं लेकिन हम ERCP को लेकर खून पसीना बहाकर इसे पूरा करेंगे. वहीं राजे ने गहलोत सरकार पर ईआरसीपी को ठंडे बस्ते में डालने का भी आरोप लगाया.

‘ERCP को हर हाल में पूरा करेंगे’
राजे ने बताया कि जब हमारी दुबारा सरकार आई तो हमने डीपीआर बना कर इस योजना का काम आगे बढ़ाया और साल 2017-18 व 2018-19 में बजट घोषणा कर नवनेरा बैराज व ईसरदा बांध का काम शुरू किया, लेकिन कांग्रेस सरकार ने ईआरसीपी को पूरा करने के लिये साढ़े 4 साल में कोई गंभीर प्रयास नहीं किया है जिसका नतीजा यह हुआ कि आज 13 जिलों की जनता प्यासी रह गई.

Jaipur. With the onset of assembly election season in Rajasthan, BJP has come into full active mode where the party has now started the Parivartan Sankalp Yatra from Sawai Madhopur, raising the slogan of 'Parivartan' against the Gehlot government. BJP national president JP Nadda flagged off the yatra. While addressing a public meeting at Dussehra ground in Sawai Madhopur before leaving the yatra, Nadda described the Ashok Gehlot government as a looting government.

Former CM Vasundhara Raje also fiercely attacked the Gehlot government regarding the Eastern Rajasthan Canal Project. Raje said that we will not let even a single drop of water from Rajasthan's share be reduced, no matter how much blood and sweat they have to shed for it.

Former CM said, when our government came again, we had taken forward the work by preparing DPR regarding ERCP, but unfortunately after the coming of Gehlot government, the plan was put on hold.

'ERCP put on the backburner after 2018'
Raje said that the BJP government had signed an agreement with Madhya Pradesh on August 25, 2005 for sharing of river water, but the work on the scheme stopped after the return of the Gehlot government. Vasundhara said that we got the plan approved for ERCP where Isarda Dam has not been completed yet due to negligence.

The former CM said that an attempt has been made deliberately to make ERCP controversial. He said that CM Gehlot was sleeping then and is sleeping now but we will complete it by shedding blood and sweat regarding ERCP. Raje also accused the Gehlot government of putting ERCP on hold.

'Will complete ERCP at any cost'
Raje said that when our government came again, we took the work of this scheme forward by preparing DPR and by announcing the budget in the year 2017-18 and 2018-19, we started the work of Navnera Barrage and Isarda Dam, but the Congress government did not complete the ERCP. No serious efforts have been made to do this in the last 4 and a half years, the result of which is that today the people of 13 districts are left thirsty.
