राजस्थान:महिला थानेदार को कौन कर रहा परेशान, DGP से शिकायत के बाद IPS अफसर पर लगे आरोपों की जांच शुरू

जयपुर: राजस्थान के जयपुर पुलिस कमिश्नरेट में एक महिला इंस्पेक्टर और एक आईपीएस अफसर के बीच रार चल रही है। महिला इंस्पेक्टर से जुड़े कुछ मामलों की जांच डीसीपी अलग अलग अफसरों से करवा रहे हैं। उधर, महिला इंस्पेक्टर के मुताबिक उन्हें परेशान करने के लिए डीसीपी उनके खिलाफ षड्यंत्र पूर्वक जांच करवा रहे हैं। महिला इंस्पेक्टर और आईपीएस अफसर के बीच चल रही यह रार डीजीपी यूआर साहू तक पहुंच गई है। साहू ने पुलिस कमिश्नर बीजू जॉर्ज जोसफ को जांच के निर्देश दिए हैं।

महिला इंस्पेक्टर ने डीजीपी से मिलकर लिखित शिकायत की
जयपुर कमिश्नरेट के वेस्ट जिले में स्थित चित्रकूट थाने की एसएचओ कविता शर्मा पिछले सप्ताह पुलिस मुख्यालय जाकर कार्यवाहक डीजीपी यूआर साहू से मिली। इंस्पेक्टर कविता ने साहू को डीसीपी वेस्ट संजीव नैन के खिलाफ लिखित परिवाद भी दिया। मुलाकात के दौरान महिला इंस्पेक्टर कविता ने डीसीपी नैन पर परेशान करने का आरोप लगाया। परिवाद के मुताबिक उनके खिलाफ तीन अलग अलग मामलों की जांच करवाई जा रही है। यह जांच निष्पक्ष कराने के बजाय वे अपने हिसाब से करवा रहे हैं।

डीसीपी ने दी चार्जशीट, डीजीपी ने लगाई रोक
जानकारी के मुताबिक डीसीपी संजीव नैन ने इंस्पेक्टर कविता के खिलाफ करवाई गई जांच के बाद उन्हें दो चार्जशीट थमाई गई है। महिला इंस्पेक्टर के द्वारा डीजीपी को शिकायत करने और न्याय की गुहार करने के बाद डीजीपी यूआर साहू ने डीसीपी की ओर से दी गई चार्जशीट पर अग्रिम कार्रवाई पर रोक लगाई है। साहू ने महिला इंस्पेक्टर के परिवाद की जांच के लिए पुलिस कमिश्नर के पास रेफर किया है।

महिला इंस्पेक्टर छुट्टी पर, मोबाइल स्विच ऑफ
चित्रकूट थाने की एसएचओ कविता इन दिनों छुट्टी पर है। उनका मोबाइल भी स्विच ऑफ आ रहा है। इंस्पेक्टर कविता ने मीडिया के समक्ष अपना कोई पक्ष नहीं रखा है। उधर डीसीपी संजीव नैन का कहना है कि उन्हें किसी परिवाद के बारे में जानकारी नहीं है। अगर कोई परिवाद दिया गया है तो उन पर लगाए गए सभी आरोप बेबुनियाद है। नैन के मुताबिक ना तो उन्होंने कोई चार्जशीट दी है और ना ही किसी इंस्पेक्टर को सस्पेंड करने के लिए पत्र लिखा है।

Jaipur: There is a feud going on between a woman inspector and an IPS officer in Jaipur Police Commissionerate of Rajasthan. DCP is getting some cases related to women inspectors investigated by different officers. On the other hand, according to the lady inspector, the DCP is conducting a conspiratorial investigation against her to harass her. This ongoing dispute between the lady inspector and the IPS officer has reached DGP UR Sahu. Sahu has instructed Police Commissioner Biju George Joseph to investigate.

Female inspector met DGP and made a written complaint
SHO of Chitrakoot police station located in West district of Jaipur Commissionerate, Kavita Sharma went to the police headquarters last week and met acting DGP UR Sahu. Inspector Kavita also gave a written complaint to Sahu against DCP West Sanjeev Nain. During the meeting, lady inspector Kavita accused DCP Nain of harassing her. According to the complaint, three different cases are being investigated against him. Instead of getting this investigation done impartially, they are getting it done as per their wish.

DCP gave charge sheet, DGP put a stay
According to the information, after the investigation conducted by DCP Sanjeev Nain against Inspector Kavita, two charge sheets have been handed over to him. After the lady inspector complained to the DGP and pleaded for justice, DGP UR Sahu has stopped further action on the charge sheet given by the DCP. Sahu has referred the complaint of the woman inspector to the Police Commissioner for investigation.

Female inspector on leave, mobile switched off
Chitrakoot police station SHO Kavita is on leave these days. His mobile is also switched off. Inspector Kavita has not presented her side to the media. On the other hand, DCP Sanjeev Nain says that he is not aware of any complaint. If any complaint has been given then all the allegations made against him are baseless. According to Nain, neither has he given any charge sheet nor has he written a letter to suspend any inspector.
