दो युवकों ने विवाहिता का अपहरण कर, किया सामूहिक दुष्कर्म
श्रीडूंगरगढ़; अपने पीहर आई विवाहिता का अपहरण कर दो युवकों ने उसके साथ सामूहिक दुष्कर्म किया। दुष्कर्म के बाद युवक पीड़िता को रेलवे फाटक के पास पटक गए। मंगलवार को हुई इस घटना के बाद पीड़िता के अपनी बड़ी बहन के नंबर याद थे तो उसने फोन कर घर वालों को फोन किया। इसके बाद पीहर वाले पीड़िता को लेकर घर पहुंचे।
बुधवार सुबह विवाहिता ने अपनी मां व भाभी को आपबीती बताई। इसके बाद वह अपने परिजनों के साथ थाने पहुंची और सांवरमल जाट और एक अन्य के खिलाफ दुष्कर्म का मुकदमा दर्ज करवाया। पीड़िता के भाई ने पुलिस को बताया कि पीड़िता 14 नवंबर की रात करीब 7.30 बजे अपने ताऊ के घर से लौट रही थी। गांव के ही सांवरमल जाट व एक अन्य ने जबरन उसका अपहरण कर लिया।
रास्ते में एक दुकानदार ने देखा और परिवार को सूचना दी तो परिजन उसे ढूंढ़ने लगे व आरोपी के घर जाकर उलाहना दिया। वह रात 8.30 बजे थाने पहुंचे और पुलिस को घटना की जानकारी दी। इस बीच आरोपी पीड़िता को कहीं छुपाकर वापस गांव आ गया था। वह अपने साथी मुखराम, राजूराम, सुरेश व केसराराम जाट और तीन अन्य के साथ पीड़ित के घर में घुसे और मां व भाई के साथ परिजनों से मारपीट कर उन्हें चोटिल कर दिया। देर रात बड़ी बहन ने फोन कर घर में सूचना दी कि पीड़िता रेलवे स्टेशन के फाटक के पास है और रो रही है। परिजनों गांव से आए व घर ले गए।
पीड़िता से बुधवार सुबह तसल्ली से परिजनों ने पूछताछ की तो उसने बताया कि गांव के सांवरमल और एक अन्य युवक ने जबरदस्ती उसका अपहरण किया और लिखमादेसर फांटे के पास खड़े ट्रेलर में डाल दिया। ट्रेलर की ओर रवाना कर दिया व जान से मारने की धमकी देकर दोनों ने बारी-बारी से दुष्कर्म किया। बाद में रेलवे फाटक के पास रेत में पटक कर चले गए। पुलिस ने विभिन्न धाराओं में मामला दर्ज कर जांच सीओ गोमाराम जाट को दे दी है।

Sridungargarh; Two youths kidnapped a married woman who had come to their house and gang-raped her. After raping the youth, they threw the victim near the railway gate. After this incident that happened on Tuesday, the victim remembered her elder sister's number so she called her family. After this, Pehar's family reached home with the victim.
On Wednesday morning the married woman narrated her ordeal to her mother and sister-in-law. After this, she reached the police station with her family members and filed a rape case against Sanwarmal Jat and another. The victim's brother told the police that the victim was returning from her uncle's house at around 7.30 pm on November 14. Sanwarmal Jat and another person from the same village forcibly kidnapped her.
When a shopkeeper saw it on the way and informed the family, the family started searching for him and went to the accused's house and reprimanded him. He reached the police station at 8.30 pm and informed the police about the incident. Meanwhile, the accused had returned to the village after hiding the victim somewhere. He along with his associates Mukhram, Rajuram, Suresh and Kesarram Jat and three others entered the victim's house and beat up the mother and brother along with the family members and injured them. Late at night the elder sister called and informed the house that the victim was near the gate of the railway station and crying. The family members came from the village and took him home.
When the family members interrogated the victim calmly on Wednesday morning, she told that Sanwarmal and another youth of the village forcefully kidnapped her and put her in a trailer parked near Likhmadesar Phante. They sent her towards the trailer and after threatening to kill her, both of them took turns to rape her. Later they dumped him in the sand near the railway gate and went away. Police have registered a case under various sections and handed over the investigation to CO Gomaram Jat.
