आज यानी गुरुवार से भारत में आईसीसी वनडे क्रिकेट वर्ल्ड कप 2023 शुरू हो गया है। दुनियाभर की टीमें भारत आईं हैं। पाकिस्तान की टीम भी भारत आई है। अब पाकिस्तान की सरकार ने भारत से उसकी राष्ट्रीय टीम को सुरक्षा प्रदान करने का आह्वान किया है। पाकिस्तान की ये अपील अहमदाबाद स्थित नरेंद्र मोदी स्टेडियम पर कथित आतंकी खतरे के बीच आई है।

पाकिस्तान विदेश कार्यालय की प्रवक्ता मुमताज जहरा बलूच से गुरुवार को इस्लामाबाद में एक साप्ताहिक प्रेस वार्ता के दौरान पाकिस्तानी टीम को सुरक्षा देने की बात कही। पाक अधिकारी ने कहा, ''मेजबान देश को आईसीसी विश्व कप 2023 में हमारी क्रिकेट टीम को सुरक्षा प्रदान करनी चाहिए।'' उन्होंने कहा कि अनुकूल माहौल बनाना भारत सरकार की जिम्मेदारी है।

खालिस्तानियों ने दी है धमकी

बता दें कि हाल ही में खालिस्तानी चरमपंथियों ने भारत में आतंकी हमले की धमकी दी थी। खालिस्तानी आतंकवादी गुरपतवन्त पन्नू ने अहमदाबाद के नरेंद्र मोदी स्टेडियम में भारत-पाकिस्तान के बीच खेले जाने वाले वर्ल्ड कप के क्रिकेट मैच में हमले की धमकी दी है। आतंकी पन्नू ने प्री-रिकॉर्डेड मैसेज वीडियो में कहा है कि पीएम मोदी शहीद निज्जर की हत्या के लिए जिम्मेदार हैं और सिख फॉर जस्टिस इस हत्या का बदला लेगा। इसने कहा कि अहमदाबाद में होने वर्ल्ड कप के मैच इसके टारगेट पर होंगे। पन्नू ने धमकी भरे मैसेज में भारत-पाकिस्तान मैच को निशाना बनाने और अहमदाबाद स्टेडियम में खालिस्तानी झंडा फहराने की बात कही है।

खालिस्तानियों की मैच में गड़बड़ी फैलाने की धमकियों के चलते गुजरात पुलिस ने केंद्रीय एजेंसियों से मदद मांगी है। अहमदाबाद के नरेंद्र मोदी स्टेडियम पर आतंकी खतरे के मद्देनजर भारतीय अधिकारियों ने सुरक्षा तैयारियां बढ़ा दी हैं और हाई अलर्ट पर हैं।

अधिकारियों ने आयोजन स्थल और उसके आसपास 3,000 से अधिक पुलिस कर्मियों को तैनात करते हुए सुरक्षा प्रोटोकॉल बढ़ा दिए हैं। यही स्टेडियम उद्घाटन मैच, पाकिस्तान-भारत मैच और टूर्नामेंट के फाइनल सहित कुल पांच मुकाबलों की मेजबानी करने वाला है।

वीजा के मुद्दे पर भी भड़का पाकिस्तान

पाकिस्तान का आरोप है कि भारत ने उसके कुछ नागरिकों और पत्रकारों को मैच देखने के लिए वीजा नहीं दिया। पाकिस्तान ने कहा कि भारत सरकार ने मीडियाकर्मियों को वीजा नहीं दिया है, जबकि उन्होंने मेगा टूर्नामेंट से काफी पहले इसके लिए आवेदन किया था। बलूच ने कहा कि वे भारतीय अधिकारियों के संपर्क में हैं और उम्मीद है कि वीजा जल्द ही जारी किए जाएंगे।

Pakistan Foreign Office spokesperson Mumtaz Zahra Baloch talked about providing security to the Pakistani team during a weekly press conference in Islamabad on Thursday. The Pak official said, "The host country should provide security to our cricket team in the ICC World Cup 2023." He said that it is the responsibility of the Indian government to create a conducive environment.

Khalistanis have threatened

Let us tell you that recently Khalistani extremists had threatened to carry out terrorist attacks in India. Khalistani terrorist Gurpatwant Pannu has threatened to attack the World Cup cricket match to be played between India and Pakistan at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. Terrorist Pannu has said in a pre-recorded message video that PM Modi is responsible for the murder of martyr Nijjar and Sikhs for Justice will avenge this murder. It said that the World Cup matches to be held in Ahmedabad will be its target. In a threatening message, Pannu has talked about targeting the India-Pakistan match and hoisting the Khalistani flag in the Ahmedabad stadium.

Due to threats by Khalistanis to create trouble in the match, Gujarat Police has sought help from central agencies. In view of the terrorist threat at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, Indian authorities have increased security preparations and are on high alert.

Authorities have stepped up security protocols, deploying over 3,000 police personnel in and around the venue. This stadium is going to host a total of five matches including the opening match, Pakistan-India match and the final of the tournament.

Pakistan also enraged on visa issue

Pakistan alleges that India did not give visas to some of its citizens and journalists to watch the match. Pakistan said that the Indian government has not given visas to the media persons, even though they had applied for it much before the mega tournament. Baloch said they are in touch with Indian authorities and hope the visas will be issued soon.
