खेल मंत्रालय का बड़ा फैसला, कुश्ती संघ रद्द, नए अध्यक्ष संजय सिंह के सभी फैसलों पर रोक

दिल्ली। भारतीय कुश्ती महासंघ (Wrestling Federation of India) के नए अध्यक्ष के चुनाव के बाद शुरू हुए विवाद में केंद्र सरकार ने बड़ा फैसला लिया है। खेल मंत्रालय ने WFI को रद्द कर दिया है। नए अध्यक्ष की मान्यता रद्द कर दी गई है। नए अध्यक्ष संजय सिंह द्वारा लिए गए सभी फैसलों पर रोक लगा दी गई है।

WFI के नवनिर्वाचित अध्यक्ष संजय सिंह ने 2023 के अंत से पहले उत्तर प्रदेश के गोंडा के नंदिनी नगर में अंडर-15 और अंडर-20 राष्ट्रीय प्रतियोगिताओं के आयोजन की घोषणा की थी। इस आयोजन पर भी रोक लग गई है।

WFI ने नहीं किया नियमों का पालन
खेल मंत्रालय ने रविवार को भारतीय कुश्ती महासंघ की नई संस्था को निलंबित करने के फैसले की घोषणा की। मंत्रालय ने कहा कि WFI संस्था ने नियमों का पालन नहीं किया है। राष्ट्रीय प्रतियोगिताओं की घोषणा जल्दबाजी में की गई। इसके लिए उचित प्रक्रिया का पालन नहीं किया गया।

मंत्रालय ने बताया कि WFI के नए अध्यक्ष संजय कुमार सिंह ने 21 दिसंबर को घोषणा की कि जूनियर राष्ट्रीय प्रतियोगिताएं इस साल के अंत से पहले शुरू होंगी। यह नियमों के खिलाफ है। कम से कम 15 दिन के नोटिस की जरूरत है ताकि पहलवान तैयारी कर सकें।

Newly elected WFI President Sanjay Singh had announced to organize the Under-15 and Under-20 national competitions in Nandini Nagar, Gonda, Uttar Pradesh before the end of 2023. This event has also been banned.

WFI did not follow the rules
The Sports Ministry on Sunday announced the decision to suspend the new body of the Indian Wrestling Federation. The ministry said that the WFI organization has not followed the rules. National competitions were announced hastily. Proper procedure was not followed for this.

The ministry said that the new WFI President Sanjay Kumar Singh announced on December 21 that the junior national competitions will start before the end of this year. This is against the rules. At least 15 days' notice is needed so that the wrestlers can prepare.
