श्रीगंगानगर. जिले के सूरतगढ़ में नेशनल हाईवे-62 पर शुक्रवार को एक निजी बस और ट्रक की भिड़ंत हो गई, जिसमें 11 लोग घायल हो गए. सभी घायलों को सूरतगढ़ के सरकारी अस्पताल लाया गया, जहां उनका प्रथमिक उपचार किया गया. इन घायलों में से दो की हालत गंभीर बताई जा रही है, जिन्हें इलाज के लिए हायर सेंटर श्रीगंगानगर रेफर किया गया है.

3 महिलाएं सहित 11 घायल : सूरतगढ़ सिटी थाना प्रभारी चंद्रभान धुआं ने बताया कि एक निजी बस बीकानेर की ओर जा रही थी और बीकानेर से एक ट्रक सूरतगढ़ की ओर आ रहा था. पिपेरन रेलवे स्टेशन के पास ओवरटेक करते समय दोनों में आमने-सामने भिड़ंत हो गई. ट्रक पलटी खा गया और बस भी सड़क के किनारे पड़ी मिट्टी में धंस गई. इस दौरान आसपास के लोग मौके पर पहुंचे और बस के शीशे तोड़कर सवारियों को बाहर निकाला. इस हादसे में 11 लोग घायल हो गए, जिनमें 3 महिलाए भी शामिल हैं. घायलों को तुरंत निजी वाहनों से सूरतगढ़ के ट्रॉमा सेंटर ले जाया गया और उनका प्राथमिक उपचार किया गया. घायलों में से दो की हालत गंभीर होने पर उन्हें श्रीगंगानगर के लिए रेफर कर दिया है.

कांग्रेस प्रत्याशी डूंगरराम गेदर ने घायलों से की मुलाकात : घटना की सूचना मिलने पर सूरतगढ़ विधानसभा से कांग्रेस प्रत्याशी डूंगरराम गेदर भी ट्रॉमा सेंटर पहुंचे और घायलों के स्वास्थ्य की जानकारी ली. इस दौरान उन्होंने अस्पताल स्टाफ को बेहतर इलाज के लिए निर्देश दिए. घटना की सूचना मिलने पर बड़ी संख्या में लोग भी अस्पताल पहुंच गए. पुलिस घायलों की पहचान कर उनके परिजनों को सूचित किया है

During this time, nearby people reached the spot and broke the glass of the bus and took out the passengers. 11 people were injured in this accident, including 3 women. The injured were immediately taken to the Trauma Center in Suratgarh in private vehicles and given first aid. Since the condition of two of the injured is critical, they have been referred to Sri Ganganagar.

Congress candidate Dungarram Gaider met the injured: On receiving information about the incident, Congress candidate from Suratgarh Assembly Dungarram Gaider also reached the trauma center and inquired about the health of the injured. During this, he instructed the hospital staff for better treatment. On receiving information about the incident, a large number of people also reached the hospital. Police have identified the injured and informed their families.
