जमीन बेचने के नाम पर दामाद को दिया धोखा, ससुर ने चार करोड़ नब्बे लाख रुपए लेकर की धोखाधड़ी

श्रीगंगानगर। ससुर ने अपने दामाद को ही धोखा देकर चार करोड़ नब्बे लाख रुपए की जमीन बेच दी। इसकी एवज में भुगतान भी ले लिया लेकिन जमीन दामाद के नाम नहीं की। घटना करीब दो साल पुरानी है। दामाद ने अब पुलिस में मामला दर्ज करवाया है। मामला श्रीगंगानगर के सदर थाना इलाका का है।

 सूरतगढ़ के रहने वाले दामाद गुरदर्शन सिंह पुत्र जसवीर सिंह ने पुलिस को बताया कि उसके ससुर बूटा सिंह पुत्र उत्तम सिंह की कृषि भूमि शहर के जस्सा सिंह मार्ग पर है। दो साल पहले एक सितम्बर 2021 को गुरदर्शन सिंह ने ससुर बूटा सिंह की जमीन खरीदने का फैसला किया। इसके लिए उसने बूटा सिंह को चार करोड़ 90 लाख रुपए जमा करवा दिए।

बूटा सिंह ने रुपए तो ले लिए लेकिन अपनी जमीन दामाद गुरदर्शन सिंह के नाम नहीं करवाई। गुरदर्शन सिंह ने कुछ दिन तक रुपए लेने का प्रयास किया। ससुर दो साल तक आनकानी करता रहा। जांच अधिकारी एसएचओ बलवंतराम ने बताया कि यह ससुर और दामाद के बीच का विवाद है। ससुर ने दामाद को ही जमीन बेचनी थी लेकिन ससुर ने रुपए लेने के बाद पीड़ित को जमीन नहीं दी।

Payment was also taken in return for this but the land was not given in the name of the son-in-law. The incident is about two years old. The son-in-law has now registered a case with the police. The matter is of Sadar police station area of Sriganganagar.

Son-in-law Gurdarshan Singh son of Jasveer Singh, a resident of Suratgarh, told the police that the agricultural land of his father-in-law Buta Singh son of Uttam Singh is on Jassa Singh Road of the city. Two years ago, on September 1, 2021, Gurdarshan Singh decided to buy the land of his father-in-law Buta Singh. For this he deposited Rs 4 crore 90 lakh to Buta Singh.

Buta Singh took the money but did not get his land transferred to the name of son-in-law Gurdarshan Singh. Gurdarshan Singh tried to take money for a few days. The father-in-law continued to hesitate for two years. Investigating officer SHO Balwantram said that this is a dispute between father-in-law and son-in-law. The father-in-law had to sell the land to his son-in-law but after taking the money, the father-in-law did not give the land to the victim.
