जयपुर. सरकार ने महात्मा गांधी अंग्रेजी माध्यम स्कूलों में पूर्व प्राथमिक कक्षाओं में बच्चों को पढ़ाने के लिए 2500 एनटीटी शिक्षकों की भर्ती को मंजरूी तो दे दी, मगर 2018 की एनटीटी शिक्षक भर्ती आज तक पूरी नहीं हो पाई है। भर्ती 1350 पदों पर निकाली गई थी। इनमें से पहली सूची के 833 अभ्यर्थियों को नियुक्ति दी गई। हालांकि दूसरी और तीसरी सूची में चयनित 307 अभ्यर्थी चयन बोर्ड और शिक्षा विभाग के चक्कर लगा रखे हैं।

दरअसल, भर्ती में अभ्यर्थियों ने बाहरी राज्यों से फर्जी डिग्रियां लगा दीं। इसके बाद भर्ती में शामिल योग्य अभ्यर्थी भी चयन से वंचित हो गए। अब चयन बोर्ड ने शिक्षा विभाग को तीसरी सूची के अभ्यर्थियों के दस्तावेज वेरिफिकेशन के लिए पत्र लिखा है। लेकिन अभी विभाग ने इसकी प्रक्रिया शुरू नहीं की है।

1719 पद पूर्व भर्ती से भरे, शेष को इंतजार
2500 पदों पर मंजूरी के बाद महिला और बाल विकास विभाग से मर्ज हुए करीब 1719 एनटीटी शिक्षकों को शिक्षा विभाग ने नियुक्त कर दिया। अभी भी करीब 781 पद रिक्त चल रहे हैं। ऐसे में अगर एनटीटी 2018 भर्ती की जारी की गई तीसरी सूची के अभ्यर्थियों का दस्तावेज सत्यापन का काम पूरा कर नौकरी की आस में बैठे अभ्यर्थियों का सपना पूरा किया जा सकता है।

फर्जी डिग्री वालों को डिबार
चयन बोर्ड की ओर से आयोजित की जा रही भर्तियों में फर्जी डिग्री और खेल सर्टिफिकेट के मामले खूब आ रहे हैं। इसको देखते हुए बोर्ड ने ऐसे अभ्यर्थियों को डिबार करने का निर्णय ले लिया है। हालांकि एनटीटी भर्ती में शामिल फर्जी डिग्रीधारियों पर बोर्ड ने एक्शन नहीं लिया है। अगर बोर्ड कार्रवाई करें तो भर्ती से बड़ी संख्या में बाहरी राज्यों से डिग्री लेकर आए अभ्यर्थी बाहर हो सकते हैं।

सही डिग्रीधारियों को मिले नियुक्ति
फर्जी डिग्रीधारियों ने हमारी मेहनत पर पानी फेर दिया है। हम पिछले 2 साल से नियुक्ति का इंतजार कर रहे हैं। लेकिन सरकार ना तो काउंसलिंग करवा रही नहीं न ही नियुक्ति दी जा रही है। ऐसे में सरकार राजस्थान से मान्यता प्राप्त डिग्रीधारियों को प्राथमिकता से नियुक्ति दे सकती है।

योग्य अभ्यर्थी वंचित न हों
सरकार को तीसरी काउंसलिंग करवा कर राजस्थान सरकार की ओर से मान्य और वैध डिग्रीधारी उन अभ्यर्थियों को नियुक्ति देनी चाहिए जिन्होंने प्रशिक्षण के दौरान स्काउट गाइड कैंप अटेंड किया है। बाहरी राज्यों से डिग्री लेकर आए अभ्यर्थियों के कारण योग्य अभ्यर्थी वंचित न हों।

Recruitment stalled by fake degree holders, candidates waiting for job for one and a half year

Jaipur. The government approved the recruitment of 2500 NTT teachers to teach children in pre-primary classes in Mahatma Gandhi English Medium Schools, but the NTT teacher recruitment of 2018 has not been completed till date. Recruitment was done on 1350 posts. Of these, 833 candidates from the first list were appointed. However, 307 candidates selected in the second and third list are making rounds of the selection board and the education department.

Actually, during recruitment, candidates presented fake degrees from outside states. After this, the eligible candidates included in the recruitment were also deprived of selection. Now the selection board has written a letter to the education department for document verification of the candidates of the third list. But the department has not started its process yet.

1719 posts filled through pre-recruitment, remaining awaited
After approval of 2500 posts, about 1719 NTT teachers who were merged with the Women and Child Development Department were appointed by the Education Department. Still about 781 posts are vacant. In such a situation, if the document verification work of the candidates of the third list released for NTT 2018 recruitment is completed, the dream of the candidates looking for a job can be fulfilled.

Those with fake degrees should be dismissed
There are many cases of fake degrees and sports certificates in the recruitments being conducted by the selection board. In view of this, the board has decided to debar such candidates. However, the board has not taken action against fake degree holders involved in NTT recruitment. If the board takes action, a large number of candidates with degrees from outside states may be excluded from the recruitment.

Right degree holders should get appointment
Fake degree holders have ruined our hard work. We have been waiting for appointment for the last 2 years. But the government is neither conducting counseling nor giving appointments. In such a situation, the government can give priority appointment to recognized degree holders from Rajasthan.

Eligible candidates should not be deprived
The government should conduct the third counseling and appoint those candidates holding valid and recognized degrees from the Rajasthan government who have attended the Scout Guide Camp during their training. Eligible candidates should not be deprived due to candidates coming with degrees from outside states.
