नए जिले पर नया अपडेट, राजस्थान में 7 नए जिले हो सकते हैं रद्द!

राजस्थान में बनाए गए 17 जिलों में से 7 जिलों का फिर से विलय किया जा सकता है। बताया जा रहा है कि समीक्षा के दौरान 7 नए जिले ऐसे पाए गए है जो नॉर्म्स पूरे नहीं कर रहे हैं। साथ ही अब इन जिलों को लेकर अफसर आपत्तियां लगा रहे हैं। अशोक गहलोत सरकार ने राजस्थान को नए जिलों का तोहफा दिया पर अब नई भजनलाल सरकार के आने के बाद इन जिलों को लेकर तस्वीर साफ नहीं हो पाई है। 

खासकर इन तीन जिलों मालपुरा, कुचामन और सुजानगढ़ के बारे में। कांग्रेस विधायक हरीशचंद्र मीना ने 24 जनवरी को विधानसभा में इसका प्रश्न भी लगाया था। इसके साथ ही कुछ और जिलों पर प्रश्नचिन्ह उठाया जा रहा है। बताया जा रहा है कि सरकार ने ऐसे जिले भी बना दिए है, जहां पर सिर्फ तीन पुलिस थाने है। पुलिस सर्किल और उपखंड मुख्यालय भी नहीं के बराबर है। इससे अब सरकार का वित्तीय भार बढ़ेगा और साथ में आधारभूत संसाधनों की भी कमी रहेगी।

राजस्थान में नए जिले : हो रहा है मंथन
बताया जा रहा है कि पुलिस मुख्यालय और सचिवालय में प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों ने सरकार के सामने आपत्ति रखी और 17 में से 7 जिलों को विलय करने की सलाह दी। बताया जा रहा है कि अब इस पर सरकार और अफसर एकसाथ मिलकर मंथन कर रहे हैं।

राजस्थान के एक जिले में कम से कम 13 पुलिस थाने जरूरी
पहले पुलिस के 40 जिले थे, पर अब पुलिस के 57 जिले हो गए हैं। भिवाड़ी पुलिस जिला है पर सरकार ने भिवाड़ी को जिला नहीं बनाया। सात जिले तो ऐसे है जहां क्राइम दूसरे जिलों के मुकाबले 40 फीसदी से कम है। डीजीपी यूआर साहू ने कहा नए बनाए गए जिलों में से कुछ में 3 से 5 थाने ही हैं। जहां एसपी नियुक्त करने जरूरत नहीं है। इस बारे में सरकार से भी बात की जाएगी और राय मांगेंगे तो नए जिलों को लेकर रिपोर्ट देंगे। एक जिले में कम से कम 13 पुलिस थाने तो होने ही चाहिए।

राजस्थान में नए जिलों के बनने से वित्तीय भार बढ़ेगा
चर्चा में है कि नए जिलों के बनने से वित्तीय भार बढ़ेगा। कई कार्यालय व नए भवन बनाने होंगे। इससे सरकार पर वित्तीय भार बढ़ेगा। जिन जिलों के बारे में चर्चा है उनमें अजमेर रेंज के केकड़ी, भरतपुर रेंज के गंगापुर, बीकानेर रेंज के अनुपगढ़, जयपुर रेंज के दूदू व खैरथल, जोधपुर रेंज के फलौदी व बलोतरा, पाली रेंज के सांचोर व उदयपुर रेंज के सलूंबर जिले का विलय किया जा सकता है। इन जिलोेंं में पुलिस थाने नाममात्र के है। दूदू जिले में तो तीन ही पुलिस थाने हैं।

कांग्रेस विधायक हरीशचंद्र मीना के सवाल का जवाब
वहीं 24 जनवरी को विधानसभा में कांग्रेस विधायक हरीशचंद्र मीना ने अपने प्रश्च में पूछा था कि पूर्ववर्ती सरकार द्वारा 6 अक्टूबर 2023 को प्रदेश में तीन नए जिले मालपुरा, कुचामन और सुजानगढ़ बनाने की घोषणा की गई थी? यदि हां, तो क्‍या उक्त जिलों की अब तक अधिसूचना जारी नहीं की गई है? विवरण सदन की मेज पर रखें। साथ ही यह भी बताएं कि क्या सरकार उक्त जिलों की अधिसूचना जारी कर उक्‍त का सीमांकन करवाने का विचार रखती है यदि हां, तो कब तक व नहीं, तो क्यों? विवरण सदन की मेज पर रखें।

तब राजस्थान सरकार ने इसके जवाब में कहा
अधिसूचना जारी नहीं की गई है। उक्त घोषित जिलों के गठन एवं सीमांकन के संबंध में उच्च स्तर पर विचार-विमर्श करने के बाद ही निर्णय लिया जाना सम्भव होगा। प्रशासनिक सुधार विभाग के पत्र दिनांक 17.12.2023 में प्रदत्त निर्देशों के अनुसरण में राजस्व विभाग के 18 दिसंबर, 2023 को निकले आदेश से उच्च स्तरीय समिति (जिला गठन) को समाप्त किया जा चुका है। ऐसे में ये तीन जिले अस्तित्व में नहीं आ पाए हैं।

New update on new district, 7 new districts in Rajasthan may be cancelled!

At least 13 police stations are necessary in a district of Rajasthan
