बीकानेर। नगर निगम का वित्तीय वर्ष 2024-25 का प्रस्तावित बजट तैयार हो गया है। इस बार निगम का बजट 553 करोड 36 लाख 73 हजार रुपए का रहने वाला है। राशि के हिसाब से यह निगम के इतिहास का अब तक का सबसे बड़ा बजट होगा।
पिछले साल निगम का बजट 419 करोड़ रुपए का रखा गया था। इस बार 134 करोड़ रुपए के ज्यादा बजट प्रावधान होंगे। निगम बोर्ड की बजट साधारण सभा 14 फरवरी को वेटनरी ऑडिटोरियम में होगी। निगम प्रशासन इसकी तैयारी में जुटा हुआ है। इस साल के अंत में निगम में चुनाव होने है। ऐसे में भाजपा बोर्ड का यह अंतिम बजट होगा।
निगम महापौर अपने कार्यकाल का आखिरी बजट प्रस्तुत करेंगी। जानकारी के अनुसार अमृत योजना 2.0 के तहत होने वाले सीवरेज प्रोजेक्ट कार्य व प्राप्त होने वाली राशि से बजट की कुल राशि बढ़ी है। प्रस्तावित बजट में आवर्तक व अनावर्तक कुल व्यय 443 करोड 49 लाख रुपए और आवर्तक व अनावर्तक कुल आय 443 करोड 50 लाख रुपए है।
बजट साधारण सभा इस बार भी निगम कार्यालय परिसर से बाहर किराये के भवन में होगी। निगम पार्षदों की संख्या अधिक होने व गांधी म्यूनिसिपल सभागार की क्षमता कम होने से निगम वेटरनरी ऑडिटोरियम में निगम की आम सभा करता है। निगम अपने सभागार के निर्माण में ढ़िलाई बरत रहा है। पार्षद संख्या बढ़ने के बाद हर साल निगम बजट में सभागार निर्माण प्रस्तावित करता है लेकिन यह सिरे नहीं चढ़ा है।

According to the information, the total amount of the budget has increased due to the sewerage project work being done under Amrit Yojana 2.0 and the amount received. In the proposed budget, the total recurring and non-recurring expenditure is Rs 443 crore 49 lakh and the total recurring and non-recurring income is Rs 443 crore 50 lakh.
This time also the budget general meeting will be held in a rented building outside the corporation office premises. Due to large number of corporation councilors and less capacity of Gandhi Municipal Auditorium, the corporation holds its general meeting in the Veterinary Auditorium. The corporation is delaying the construction of its auditorium. After increasing the number of councilors, every year the corporation proposes construction of an auditorium in the budget but it has not come to fruition.
