बीकानेर,अभी राजस्थान के नये मुख्यमंत्री के नाम पर दिल्ली की मुहर लगी नहीं है, उससे पहले ही बीकानेरी विधायकों ने मंत्री पद हासिल करने की तैयारियां शुरू कर दी है। नई सरकार के संभावित मंत्रियों में बीकानेर पूर्व की विधायक सिद्धि कुमारी का नाम भी चर्चा में है। इस बार वे जीतते ही एक्टिव नज़र आने लगी है। उन्होंने मंगलवार को सूरसागर का निरीक्षण कर उसकी दुर्दशा जानी। तीन बार की विधायक सिद्धि कुमारी पर एकमात्र आरोप निष्क्रियता का रहा है। वें पंद्रह साल तक विधायक रहीं, सारा बजट आवंटित किया मगर निष्क्रियता के मामले में भी काफी आगे रहीं।

सूत्रों के मुताबिक विधानसभा जाने के नाम से ही परहेज करने वाली सिद्धि कुमारी की विधानसभा में उपस्थिति भी बेहद कम रही। ऐसे में वे मुख्यमंत्री फाइनल होने से पहले ही एक्टिवनेस दिखाने की कोशिश में है। बहरहाल, बीकानेर पश्चिम से विधायक जेठानंद व्यास भी काफी एक्टिव नज़र आ रहे हैं। उन पर वादों का काफी दबाव है।

रिजल्ट आने के अगले दिन से पश्चिम की दुर्दशा देखने जा रहे़ हैं। मौके से निर्देश भी दे रहे हैं। सूत्रों के मुताबिक वे भी मंत्री बनने की चाह रख रहे हैं। इसी तरह जिले के अन्य चार विधायक भी कहीं ना कहीं मंत्रिमंडल में जगह पाने की चाह रख रहे हैं। विश्लेषण करें तो छ: में से तीन विधायक मंत्रिमंडल में जगह पाने की रेस में आगे रह सकते हैं।

वहीं ऑप्शन के तौर पर चौथा नाम भी आ सकता है।राजकुमारी सिद्धि कुमारी, सबसे छोटी उम्र के युवा विधायक अंशुमान सिंह व खाजूवाला विधायक डॉ विश्वनाथ मेघवाल का नाम इस सूची में सबसे आगे माना जा रहा है। राजनीतिक विश्लेषकों के अनुसार इस बार राजस्थान सरकार बीकानेर को भी मंत्रिमंडल में जगह जरूर देगी। इनमें सबसे अनुभवी विधायक के तौर पर विश्वनाथ का नाम मजबूती से आगे हैं।

अशोक गहलोत सरकार में कांग्रेस ने खाजूवाला से गोविंद राम मेघवाल को मंत्री बनाया था। खाजूवाला बेल्ट को 2024 की दृष्टि से और अधिक मजबूत करने के लिए भी विश्वनाथ का नंबर मंत्रिमंडल में लगाया जा सकता है। हालांकि मुख्यमंत्री का जातीय समीकरण भी विश्वनाथ के नाम को प्रभावित करेगा। दूसरा नाम पूर्व सिंचाई मंत्री देवीसिंह भाटी के पौत्र कोलायत विधायक अंशुमान सिंह भाटी का है।

कोलायत से कांग्रेस सरकार ने भंवर सिंह भाटी को मंत्री बनाया। कोलायत को आगे के लिए पक्का करने के साथ ही युवाओं को साधने के लिए भी अंशुमान को मंत्रिमंडल में जगह दी जा सकती है। वहीं तीसरा नाम राजकुमारी सिद्धि कुमारी का हो सकता है। सिद्धि कुमारी को मंत्रिमंडल में जगह मिलने के पीछे तीन कारण मुख्य तौर पर हो सकते हैं। पहला कारण उनका महिला होना, दूसरा कारण राजघराना और तीसरा कारण चौथी बार विधायक बनना है। इसके अतिरिक्त साफ सुथरी छवि भी कारण हैं, लेकिन उनकी निष्क्रियता उनको मंत्रिमंडल में ना लेने के पीछे बड़ी वजह भी है।

इन तीनों के अतिरिक्त पहली बार विधायक बने जेठानंद व्यास का भी हो सकता है। जेठानंद को महज इस कारण से मंत्री बनाया जा सकता है कि वे कांग्रेस सरकार में मंत्री रहे डॉ बीडी कल्ला के क्षेत्र से हैं। कांग्रेस सरकार के तीनों मंत्रियों के क्षेत्र में मजबूती के लिए नई सरकार अपने विधायकों को जगह दे सकती है।
