बेशक मरने वालों के नाम,पता और शहर अलग-अलग हैं, पर इन तमाम कत्ल के लिए जिम्मेदारी लेने वाला शख्स एक ही है.हालांकि वो खुद कभी सामने आकर जिम्मेदारी नहीं लेता.लेकिन उसके गुर्गे हर बार उसके नाम पर ये जिम्मेदारी लेते जाते हैं.वो शख्स पिछले 9 वर्षों से जेल में बंद और इस वक्त देश का सबसे बड़ा गैंगस्टर लॉरेंस बिश्नोई है.

मंगलवार की दोपहर जयपुर में श्री राष्ट्रीय राजपूत करनी सेना के अध्यक्ष सुखदेव सिंह को उनके घर में घुस कर गोली मारने वाले शूटर भले ही अलग हों, पर ट्रिगर दबाने का हुक्म देने वाला इस बार भी लॉरेंस गैंग का ही गुर्गा निकला. इस गुर्गे का नाम है रोहित गोदारा. वो रोहित गोदारा, जिस पर एक लाख रुपए का इनाम है और 2022 में फर्जी पासपोर्ट पर देश से बाहर निकल भागने में कामयाब रहा. अब सवाल ये है कि लॉरेंस बिश्नोई या रोहित गोदारा की सुखदेव सिंह गोगामेड़ी से क्या दुश्मनी थी? उनके कत्ल की जिम्मेदारी लॉरेंस गैंग क्यों ले रहा है? आइए सुखदेव सिंह गोगामेड़ी मर्डर केस की इनसाइड स्टोरी जानते हैं.

आनंदपाल सिंह को समर्थन ने बनाया लॉरेंस का दुश्मन

कहानी 6 साल पहले शुरू होती है.लेकिन ये शुरुआत ही राजस्थान के कुख्यात गैंगस्टर आनंदपाल सिंह के एनकाउंटर में हुई मौत से होती है. आनंदपाल राजपूत था. सुखदेव सिंह राजपूतों के नेता. 24 जून 2017 को आनंदपाल सिंह की मौत के बाद सुखदेव सिंह आनंदपाल की लाश के साथ अगले 15 दिनों तक धरने पर बैठे रहे. उस वक़्त ये मुद्दा काफी गरमाया हुआ था. आनंदपाल की मौत ने एक तरह से सुखदेव सिंह को पहली बार राजस्थान के बाहर भी सुर्खियों में ला दिया था. वो हमेशा आनंदपाल की वकालत किया करते थे. जबकि दूसरी तरफ आनंदपाल गैंग का लॉरेंस बिश्नोई गैंग से 36 का आंकड़ा था.

इस वजह से लॉरेंस गैंग के निशाने पर आए गोगामेड़ी

ऐसे में अब जाने-अनजाने सुखदेव सिंह गोगामेड़ी भी लॉरेंस गैंग के निशाने पर आ चुके थे. लेकिन तब खतरा इतना बड़ा नहीं था. उस दौर में सुखदेव राजपूतों के संगठन राष्ट्रीय करनी सेना से जुड़े थे. लेकिन फिर संगठन के अंदर विवाद हो गया. आनंदपाल की मौत के बाद विरोध प्रदर्शन ने तब तक उनको सुर्खियों में ला दिया था. मौके और माहौल को भांपते हुए सुखदेव सिंह ने 2017 में ही अपना एक अलग संगठन खड़ा कर लिया. उसका नाम श्री राष्ट्रीय राजपूत करनी सेना रखा था. वो खुद इसके अध्यक्ष थे. उनके संगठन की युवाओं के बीच बहुत लोकप्रियता थी. ज्यादातर युवक उनके स्टाइल को कॉपी करने की कोशिश करते थे.

लॉरेंस के दुश्मन राजू ठेहट से थी गोगामेड़ी की दोस्ती

राजपूतों की राजनीति के अलावा सुखदेव सिंह गोगामेड़ी प्रॉपर्टी डीलिंग का भी काम किया करते थे. इसको लेकर भी उनके कई दुश्मन बन चुके थे. उधर, आनंदपाल सिंह की मौत के बाद राजू ठेहट नाम के एक गैंगस्टर के साथ भी उनकी करीबी रही. इत्तेफ़ाक से राजू ठेहट भी लॉरेंस गैंग के निशान पर था. 3 दिसंबर 2022 को राजू ठेहट की भी गोगामेड़ी की तरह ही उसके घर में घुस कर गोली मार दी गई थी. तब भी रोहित गोदारा ने ही उस कत्ल की जिम्मेदारी ली थी. इन तमाम दुश्मनियों के बीच सुखदेव की अपनी राजनीति और प्रॉपर्टी का कारोबार ठीक-ठाक चल रहा था. लेकिन इसी कारोबार ने उनको लॉरेंस गैंग के निशाने पर ला दिया.

राजपूतों को सपोर्ट किया तो भड़क गया रोहित गोदारा

दरअसल, रोहित गोदारा को ये लगता था कि सुखदेव सिंह सिर्फ राजपूतों की ही मदद करते हैं. जबकि जाट बिरादरी के साथ इंसाफ नहीं करते. ऐसे कुछ जमीन के मामले सामने आए थे, जिसमें सुखदेव ने राजपूतों को सपोर्ट किया था. इसी को लेकर रोहित गोदारा उनसे नाराज था. करीब डेढ़ साल पहले पहली बार रोहित गोदारा ने दुबई और पाकिस्तान के नंबरों से कॉल कर सुखदेव को धमकी दी थी. लेकिन सुखदेव ने तब इसे गंभीरता से नहीं लिया था. फिर इसी बीच लॉरेंस गैंग ने कई क़त्ल की ऐलानिया जिम्मेदारी ले ली. इसके बाद उन्होंने पहली बार राजस्थान पुलिस को इस धमकी की जानकारी दी और सुरक्षा की मांग की थी.

गोदारा की हिटलिस्ट में डेढ़ साल से थे गोगामेड़ी

मार्च से दिसंबर आ गया. सात महीने बीत गए. राजस्थान पुलिस ये फैसला ही नहीं कर पाई कि सुखदेव सिंह गोगामेड़ी को सुरक्षा देनी चाहिए या नहीं. इस बीच पुलिस से मायूस हो कर खुद की सुरक्षा के लिए उन्होंने तीन सुरक्षा गार्ड रख लिए. अब वो उन्हीं की सुरक्षा कवच में घर से बाहर निकलते या सभाओं में जाते. इस बात से बेख़बर कि उन्हें मारने की कहीं दूर साज़िश बुनी जा रही है. वो पिछले डेढ साल से गोदारा की हिट लिस्ट में थे. रोहित गोदारा लगातार मौक़े के ताक में था. वो ऐसा जरिया खोज रहा था जिसे सुखदेव सिंह सुखदेव जानते हो. उसी जरिए के जरिए वो अपने शूटर को उन तक पहुंचा सकता था.

गोदारा के बेहद खास शूटर हैं राठौर और फौजी

रोहित गोदारा की तलाश खत्म हुई, नवीन शेखावत पर जाकर. नवीन जयपुर में ही राजपूताना इलाक़े का रहने वाला था. कपड़े की उसकी दुकान थी. सुखदेव सिंह से अच्छी जान पहचान थी. ये बात रोहित गोदारा को मालूम थी. इत्तेफाक से नवीन के कज़न की अगले महीने शादी थी. रोहित को पता था कि नवीन शादी का कार्ड देने के लिए सुखदेव सिंह के घर जाएगा. जाल यहीं से बिछाना शुरू हुआ. उसके दो खास शूटर थे. एक रोहित राठौर और दूसरा नितिन फौजी. रोहित राजस्थान के ही नागौर का रहेने वाला है,जबकि नितिन फौजी हरियाणा के महेंद्रगढ़ का, लेकिन उसकी ससुराल राजस्थान के अलवर में है.

कार्ड देने के बहाने गोगामेड़ी के घर पहुंचे हत्यारे

पांच साल पहले ही नितिन फौजी की भारतीय सेना में नौकरी लगी थी. इसीलिए वो अपने नाम के आगे फौजी लगाता है. सुखदेव सिंह को गोली मारने के लिए इन्हीं दोनों को चुना गया. नितिन बाकायदा सेना से छुट्टी ले कर आया. इसके बाद दोनों ने नवीन शेखावत से मुलाकात किया. धीरे-धीरे उसे अपने भरोसे में ले लिया. फिर ये तय हुआ है कि पांच नवंबर को शादी का कार्ड देने के लिए वो तीनों जाएंगे. इसके लिए सबसे पहले नितिन फौजी तीन दिनों के लिए एक स्कॉर्पियो पांच हजार रुपये रोज़ाना के हिसाब से किराये पर लेता है. 5 नवंबर को दिन में ही गाड़ी में तीनों शराब पीते हैं. इसके बाद सुखदेव सिंह के घर पहुंच जाते हैं.

इत्तेफाक या साजिश, छुट्टी पर थे दो सुरक्षा गार्ड

इसे इत्तेफाक कहें या साजिश कि पांच नवंबर को ही सुखदेव सिंह के तीन में से दो गार्ड छुट्टी पर थे. एक अकेला अजीत ही सुखदेव सिंह के साथ था. उके घर पहुंचने के बाद सबसे पहले नवीन शेखावत अजीत से बात करता है. वो सुखदेव को शादी का कार्ड देने की बात बताता है. इसके बाद ही नवीन, रोहित और नितिन तीनों को घर में आने की इजाज़त मिलती है. घर के अंदर ड्राइंग रूम में सुखदेव सिंह सोफे पर बैठे थे. नवीन उन्हें शादी का कार्ड देता है. इसके बाद अब इधर-उधर की बातें शुरू हो जाती हैं. बातचीत का ये सिलसिला करीब दस मिनट तक चलता है. सुरक्षा की वजह से सुखदेव सिंह ने अपने घर के बाहर और अंदर सीसीटीवी कैमरे लगा रखे थे.

सीसीटीवी में कैद गोगामेड़ी के कत्ल का मंजर

मुलाकात का ये सारा मंजर उन्हीं कैमरों में क़ैद हो रहा था. क़रीब 10 मिनट बाद अचानक सुखदेव सिंह के मोबाइल की घंटी बजी. उन्होंने फोन उठाया और बात करनी शुरू कर दी. नवीन सुखदेव के बराबर में ही बैठा था. जबकि दोनों शूटर सामने बैठे थे. सुखदेव का ध्यान फोन की तरफ जाते ही दोनों शूटरों को मौक़ा मिल गया. वो फौरन खड़े हुए और एक साथ निशाना लेकर गोलियां चलानी शुरू कर दीं. ड्राइंग रूम में गार्ड अजीत भी मौजूद था. उन्होंने अजीत को भी गोली मारी. पर सबसे चौंकाने वाली बात ये थी कि सुखदेव और अजीत के साथ-साथ उन्होंने उस नवीन शेखावत को भी गोली मारी, जिनके साथ वो दोनों वहां पहुंचे थे.

लॉरेंस बिश्नोई गैंग के खिलाफ बेबस है कानून

बेशक लॉरेंस बिश्नोई जेल में हो, लेकिन जिस तरह से पिछले डेढ़ से लॉरेंस के नाम पर उसके गुर्गे बाकायदा ऐलानिया अपने टार्गेट को चुन चुन कर मार रहे हैं. उसकी वजह से वो तमाम लोग दहशतज़दा हैं जिन्हें लॉरेंस गैंग ने धमकी दे रखी है. ऐसे लोगों की एक लंबी लिस्ट है. अब सवाल ये है कि खुलेआम धमकी के इस खेल के बावजूद पुलिस और कानून लॉरेंस गैंग के खिलाफ हमेशा बेबस क्यों नजर आता है? जाहिर है इससे गैंग का हौसला लगातार बढ़ रहा है. सबसे बड़ा मजाक तो ये है कि लॉरेंस ये सब कुछ जेल के अंदर रहकर कर रहा है. यदि वो जेल के बाहर होता, तो न जाने क्या करता. फिलहाल, राजस्थान और हरियाणा पुलिस आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी कोशिश कर रही है.
