‘गांधी वाटिका’ का खड़गे, राहुल गांधी, CM गहलोत ने किया उद्घाटन, 85 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से बनी

राज्यसभा में कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष मल्लिकार्जुन खड़गे, लोकसभा सांसद राहुल गांधी और मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत ने शनिवार शाम जयपुर के सेंट्रल पार्क में बनी ‘गांधी वाटिका’ का लोकार्पण किया। गहलोत ने कहा कि इस दौर में गांधी दर्शन को जीवन में उतारना बहुत जरूरी है।

सीएम गहलोत ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार ने महात्मा गांधी के विचारों और मूल्यों से नई पीढ़ी को रूबरू करवाने के लिए यह अभिनव पहल की है। सीएम गहलोत गांधी वाटिका के लोकार्पण के बाद देशभर से आए 200 से अधिक प्रख्यात गांधीवादियों को संबोधित किया। कार्यक्रम के बाद मल्लिकार्जुन खड़गे, राहुल गांधी और मुख्यमंत्री गहलोत ने गांधी वाटिका में विजिट किया और वहां आयोजित प्रार्थना सभा में शामिल हुए। 

जन-जन तक पहुंचेंगे गांधीजी के विचार
खड़गे ने कहा कि गांधीजी के विचारों को जन-जन तक पहुंचाने की यह पहल सराहनीय है। अन्य राज्यों को भी इसका अनुसरण करना चाहिए। आज के दौर में जब वैश्विक स्तर पर लोकतंत्र पर प्रहार हो रहे हैं। ऐसे संस्थान एक आशा की किरण के रूप में देश को एक नई दिशा देने का कार्य करते हैं। आज हम सब को मिलकर गांधीजी के आदर्शो को जीवित रखना है।

डर का सामना करने की सीख
राहुल गांधी ने कहा कि गांधीजी को एक व्यक्ति के रूप में ना देखकर जीवन जीने के तरीके के रूप में देखना चाहिए। जीवन में भय का स्थान नहीं होना चाहिए। आज की युवा पीढ़ी को गांधीजी के जीवन से डर का सामना करने की सीख लेनी चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि व्यक्ति की आवश्यकताएं सीमित होने पर अहंकार भी समाप्त हो जाता है। उन्होंने कहा कि कोई भी परिस्थिति स्थाई नहीं होती और साहस के साथ उसका मुकाबला करने से बदलाव जरूर आता है। आज गांधीजी और अन्य स्वतंत्रता सेनानियों द्वारा गौरवशाली भारत के निर्माण के लिए बताए गए मार्ग के अनुसरण की आवश्यकता है। इस दौरान राहुल गांधी ने देश के कोने-कोने से आए गांधी विचारकों का नवीन पीढ़ी में गांधी दर्शन के संचार हेतु किए जा रहे प्रयासों के लिए आभार व्यक्त किया।

गांधी वाटिका से संरक्षित होगी राष्ट्रपिता की विरासत
सेंट्रल पार्क में 85 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से बनी गांधी वाटिका की विषय वस्तु गांधीवादी विचारकों की समिति के मार्गदर्शन में तैयार की गई है। वाटिका के भूतल पर अंग्रेजों के भारत आगमन से लेकर गांधीजी के दक्षिण अफ्रीका प्रवास तक के कालखंड को पांच हिस्सों में अंकित किया गया है। वहीं प्रथम तल पर गांधीजी के भारत में अंग्रेजों के खिलाफ आंदोलनों और उनके दर्शन को प्रदर्शित किया गया है।

 द्वितीय तल पर विशेष पुस्तकालय, सेमिनार हॉल और कॉन्फ्रेंस कक्ष निर्मित किए गए हैं। कॉन्फ्रेंस कक्ष को क्रमशः ‘राजस्थान ने पकड़ी गांधी की राह’, ‘गांधी : अपने आइने में मैं’ और ‘गांधीजी के सपनों का संसार’ तीन खंडों में बांटा गया है। भवन निर्माण में सादगी और पर्यावरण संरक्षण के लिए विशेष रूप से मिट्टी की दीवारें तैयार की गई हैं। वाटिका में केलू की छत लगाई गई है। साथ ही, वाटिका में 14 हजार पेड़-पौधे लगाए गए हैं। वाटिका में कैफेटेरिया, खुला नाट्य मंच, विमर्श कक्ष जैसी सुविधाएं भी उपलब्ध होंगी।

इस अवसर पर राज्यसभा सांसद के.सी. वेणुगोपाल, विधानसभा अध्यक्ष डॉ. सी.पी. जोशी, प्रदेश कांग्रेस प्रभारी  सुखजिंदर सिंह रंधावा, गांधी पीस फाउंडेशन के अध्यक्ष कुमार प्रशांत, पूर्व शिक्षा राज्य मंत्री गोविंद सिंह डोटासरा, मुख्य सचिव उषा शर्मा सहित मंत्रिपरिषद् के सदस्य, विधायक और उच्चाधिकारी मौजूद रहे।

In Rajya Sabha, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, Lok Sabha MP Rahul Gandhi and Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot inaugurated 'Gandhi Vatika' built in Jaipur's Central Park on Saturday evening. Gehlot said that in this era it is very important to implement Gandhi's philosophy in life.

CM Gehlot said that the state government has taken this innovative initiative to introduce the new generation to the thoughts and values of Mahatma Gandhi. After the inauguration of Gandhi Vatika, CM Gehlot addressed more than 200 eminent Gandhians from across the country. After the program, Mallikarjun Kharge, Rahul Gandhi and Chief Minister Gehlot visited Gandhi Vatika and participated in the prayer meeting organized there.

Gandhiji's ideas will reach everyone
Kharge said that this initiative to spread Gandhiji's thoughts to the people is commendable. Other states should also follow this. In today's era when democracy is being attacked at the global level. Such institutions act as a ray of hope to give a new direction to the country. Today we all have to come together to keep Gandhiji's ideals alive.

learning to face fear
Rahul Gandhi said that Gandhiji should not be seen as a person but as a way of life. There should be no place for fear in life. Today's young generation should learn to face fear from the life of Gandhiji. He said that when a person's needs are limited, his ego also disappears. He said that no situation is permanent and facing it with courage definitely brings change. Today there is a need to follow the path shown by Gandhiji and other freedom fighters to build a glorious India. During this, Rahul Gandhi expressed his gratitude to the Gandhi thinkers who came from every corner of the country for the efforts being made to transmit Gandhi's philosophy to the new generation.

The legacy of the Father of the Nation will be preserved from Gandhi Vatika.
The theme of Gandhi Vatika in the Central Park, built at a cost of Rs 85 crore, has been prepared under the guidance of a committee of Gandhian thinkers. On the ground floor of the garden, the period from the arrival of the British in India to Gandhiji's stay in South Africa has been depicted in five parts. On the first floor, Gandhiji's movements against the British in India and his philosophy have been displayed.

Special libraries, seminar halls and conference rooms have been constructed on the second floor. The conference room has been divided into three sections ‘Rajasthan has followed Gandhi’s path’, ‘Gandhi: Me in my mirror’ and ‘Gandhiji’s dream world’ respectively. Mud walls have been specially designed for simplicity in building construction and environmental protection. Kelu roof has been installed in the garden. Besides, 14 thousand trees and plants have been planted in the garden. Facilities like cafeteria, open theater stage, discussion room will also be available in the garden.

On this occasion, Rajya Sabha MP K.C. Venugopal, Assembly Speaker Dr. C.P. Joshi, State Congress in-charge Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa, Gandhi Peace Foundation President Kumar Prashant, former Minister of State for Education Govind Singh Dotasara, Chief Secretary Usha Sharma along with Council of Ministers, MLAs and senior officials were present.
