पति को कमरे में बंदकर जिंदा फूंका, कानपुर की है दिल दहला देने वाली वारदात, महिला ने प्रेमी और वकील के साथ...
पनकी में अवैध संबंधों के शक में सरकारी शिक्षक को अधिवक्ता ने अपने साथियों संग मिलकर कमरे में बंदकर जिंदा फूंक दिया। शिक्षक ने कमरे के अन्दर से फोन पर अपने छोटे भाई को घटना की जानकारी दी।
जब तक वह पुलिस को सूचना देकर साथ में मौके पर पहुंचा और पुलिस ने दरवाजा तोड़कर उसे निकाला, शिक्षक की जलने और दम घुटने से मौत हो चुकी थी। पुलिस ने घटनास्थल के पास से ही हत्यारोपित अधिवक्ता को हिरासत में लिया है। वहीं भाई ने मृतक की पत्नी समेत चार पर हत्या का आरोप लगाया है।
मृतक विकास इंटर कालेज में समाजशास्त्र के शिक्षक थे
मूलरूप से फतेहपुर जनपद के देउरी बुजुर्ग गांव निवासी 45 वर्षीय दयाराम कानपुर देहात जनपद के सिकंदरा रसधान के बुधौली गांव स्थित ग्राम विकास इंटर कालेज में समाजशास्त्र के शिक्षक थे। वर्ष 2009 में उनकी शादी फतेहपुर के भैसौली निवासी संगीता से हुई थी। जिससे 12 वर्षीय एक बेटा आद्विक उर्फ स्वास्तिक है। दयाराम बर्रा-आठ में पत्नी और बेटे के साथ निजी मकान में रहते थे।
अवैध संबंधों के शक में की गई हत्या
दयाराम के छोटे भाई अनुज ने आरोप लगाया कि तीन माह पूर्व दयाराम ने पत्नी को बिधनू के हरबसपुर गांव निवासी ढाबा संचालक पवन के साथ आपत्तिजनक हालत में देखा था।
पवन ने उनके बेटे स्वास्तिक के नाम पर ही रमईपुर में ढाबा खोल रखा था। इसे लेकर दयाराम ने गुजैनी थाने में प्रार्थना पत्र दिया लेकिन कोई सुनवाई नहीं हुई तो उन्होंने बीते अक्टूबर में तलाक का मुकदमा डाल दिया। इसके बाद से दयाराम अपने छोटे भाई अनुज की ससुराल गजनेर के पास स्थित जग्गू पुरवा में रह रहे थे।
फोन करके बहाने से बुलाया
पवन का एक दोस्त महेश भी रसधान के एक इंटर कालेज में शिक्षक है, और वह दयाराम का बचपन का दोस्त भी है। अनुज का आरोप है कि महेश का बहनोई पनकी के पतरसा गांव में रहने वाला संजीव कुमार पेशे से अधिवक्ता है वह पिछले एक सप्ताह से दयाराम को फोन करके बुला रहा था।
रविवार सुबह करीब साढ़े नौ बजे दयाराम जग्गू पुरवा स्थित घर से निकलकर पनकी के पतरसा में संजीव कुमार से मिलने पहुंचे। करीब साढ़े 11 बजे दयाराम ने छोटे भाई अनुज को फोन करके कहा कि पनकी में इन लोगों ने कमरे में बंद कर आग लगा दी है।
इस पर अनुज ने मौके पर पहुंचकर गुजैनी पुलिस को सूचना दी। मौके पर पहुंची पुलिस ने ताला तोड़कर जब तक दयाराम को बाहर निकाला उनकी मौत हो चुकी थी।
वहीं कुछ देर बाद अधिवक्ता संजीव कुमार मौके पर पहुंचा, जिसे पुलिस ने हिरासत में ले लिया। वारदात की सूचना पर डीसीपी पश्चिम विजय ढुल,एडीसीपी पश्चिम आकाश पटेल और फोरेंसिक टीम समेत मौके पर पहुंचे और जांच पड़ताल की।
पनकी में शिक्षक का जला हुआ शव मिला है मामले में मृतक के भाई ने उसकी पत्नी और उसके प्रेमी समेत चार लोगों पर हत्या का आरोप लगाते हुए तहरीर दी है। एक व्यक्ति को हिरासत में लिया है जांचकर कार्रवाई की जा रही है।

In Panki, on suspicion of having illicit relations, the advocate along with his associates locked a government teacher in a room and burnt him alive. The teacher informed his younger brother about the incident over the phone from inside the room.
By the time he informed the police and reached the spot and the police broke the door and took him out, the teacher had died due to burns and suffocation. The police have detained the advocate accused of murder near the spot. The brother has accused four including the wife of the deceased of murder.
The deceased was a sociology teacher at Vikas Inter College.
45-year-old Dayaram, originally a resident of Deuri Buzurg village of Fatehpur district, was a sociology teacher at Gram Vikas Inter College located in Budhauli village of Sikandra Rasdhan of Kanpur Dehat district. In the year 2009, he was married to Sangeeta, a resident of Bhaisauli, Fatehpur. From whom there is a 12 year old son Advik alias Swastik. Dayaram lived in a private house in Barra-8 with his wife and son.
Murder committed on suspicion of illicit relations
Dayaram's younger brother Anuj alleged that three months ago Dayaram had seen his wife in an objectionable condition with dhaba operator Pawan, resident of Harbaspur village of Bidhnu.
Pawan had opened a dhaba in Ramaipur in the name of his son Swastik. Regarding this, Dayaram filed an application in Gujaini police station but no hearing took place, so he filed a divorce case in last October. After this, Dayaram was living in Jaggu Purva located near his younger brother Anuj's in-laws Gajner.
I called with an excuse
Pawan's friend Mahesh is also a teacher in an inter college in Rasdhan, and he is also Dayaram's childhood friend. Anuj alleges that Mahesh's brother-in-law, Sanjeev Kumar, resident of Patsarsa village of Panki, who is an advocate by profession, was calling Dayaram by phone for the last one week.
On Sunday morning at around 9.30 am, Dayaram left his house in Jaggu Purva and reached Patrasa in Panki to meet Sanjeev Kumar. At around 11.30, Dayaram called his younger brother Anuj and said that these people had locked him in the room in Panki and set it on fire.
On this Anuj reached the spot and informed the Gujaini police. By the time the police reached the spot and broke the lock and took Dayaram out, he was dead.
After some time, advocate Sanjeev Kumar reached the spot and was taken into custody by the police. On receiving information about the incident, DCP West Vijay Dhull, ADCP West Akash Patel and forensic team reached the spot and conducted investigation.
Burnt body of a teacher has been found in Panki. In this case, the brother of the deceased has filed a complaint accusing four people including his wife and her lover of murder. One person has been detained and action is being taken after investigation.
