जयपुर में एक नाबालिग लड़की के साथ उसके चाचा और उसके बेटे तीन महीने से अधिक समय तक दुष्कर्म की वारदात को अंजाम देते रहे। इससे 16 वर्षीय पीड़िता दो महीने की गर्भवती पाई गई। एक वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधिकारी ने वारदात की जानकारी देते हुए कहा कि आरोपी फरार हो गए हैं। पुलिस उन्हें जल्द ही पकड़ लेगी। पीड़िता के माता-पिता को इस वारदात की जानकारी तब हुई जब लड़की दो महीने की गर्भवती पाई गई। परिजन गर्भपात कराने के लिए पीड़िता को अस्पताल ले गए। इसी बीच पुलिस को वारदात की सूचना मिली।

पुलिस के मुताबिक, लड़की के साथ पहली बार पिछले अक्टूबर में दोनों आरोपियों ने तब दुष्कर्म किया जब उसके माता-पिता घर पर मौजूद नहीं थे। लड़की के भाई की ओर से आरोपियों के खिलाफ शुक्रवार को प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराई गई। पीड़ित पक्ष की ओर से दर्ज कराई गई शिकायत में कहा गया है कि आरोपी पीड़िता को जान से मारने की धमकी देते थे। आरोपियों ने धमकी देकर बीते तीन महीनों में कई बार पीड़िता के साथ दुष्कर्म किया। 

पुलिस अधिकारी ने बताया कि सोमवार को लड़की ने पेट में दर्द की शिकायत की। इसके बाद परिवार वाले उसे पास के अस्पताल ले गए। मेडिकल चेकअप में पता चला कि पीड़िता दो महीने की गर्भवती है। इसके बाद परिजनों ने प्रतिष्ठा बचाने के लिए लड़की का तुरंत गर्भपात करा दिया। लड़की ने पहले तो घटना के बारे में बात करने से इनकार किया लेकिन बाद में उसने उन्हें रेप की घटना के बारे में बताया। अस्पताल से छुट्टी मिलने के बाद, लड़की के भाई ने शुक्रवार को दोनों आरोपियों के खिलाफ शिकायत दर्ज कराई। 

पीड़ित पक्ष ने सदर पुलिस स्टेशन में शिकायत दर्ज कराई है। पुलिस ने आरोपियों के खिलाफ भारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा 376 डी, 376 एन और यौन अपराधों से बच्चों के संरक्षण (POCSO) अधिनियम से संबंधित धाराओं में मामला दर्ज किया है। लड़की की मेडिकल जांच कराई गई है। मेडिकल रिपोर्ट का इंतजार है। पुलिस अधिकारी ने कहा कि हम जल्द ही अपराधियों को पकड़ लेंगे। मामले की छानबीन चल रही है।

In Jaipur, a minor girl was raped by her uncle and his son for more than three months. Due to this, the 16 year old victim was found to be two months pregnant. Giving information about the incident, a senior police officer said that the accused have absconded. The police will catch them soon. The victim's parents came to know about the incident when the girl was found two months pregnant. The family took the victim to the hospital to get an abortion. Meanwhile, the police received information about the incident.

According to the police, the girl was first raped by the two accused last October when her parents were not present at home. An FIR was lodged against the accused on behalf of the girl's brother on Friday. In the complaint lodged by the victim's side, it has been said that the accused used to threaten to kill the victim. The accused raped the victim several times in the last three months by threatening her.

The police officer said that on Monday the girl complained of stomach ache. After this the family took him to a nearby hospital. Medical checkup revealed that the victim was two months pregnant. After this, the family immediately got the girl aborted to save her reputation. The girl initially refused to talk about the incident but later told them about the rape incident. After being discharged from the hospital, the girl's brother filed a complaint against the two accused on Friday.

The aggrieved party has lodged a complaint at Sadar Police Station. Police have registered a case against the accused under sections 376D, 376N of the Indian Penal Code and sections related to the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act. Medical examination of the girl has been done. Medical report is awaited. The police officer said that we will catch the criminals soon. The matter is under investigation.
