हाईकोर्ट के वकील का बेशकीमती पेन ढूंढ रही पुलिस,चैंबर से चोरी होने की FIR दर्ज,जानें मामला

जयपुर। ऐसा ही एक केस जयपुर पुलिस के पास पहुंचा है, जहां एक वकील ने अपना बेशकीमती पेन चोरी होने का केस दर्ज कराया है। अशोक नगर थाने में हाईकोर्ट के वरिष्ठ वकील प्रवीण बलवदा ने पेन चोरी की शिकायत दर्ज कराई है। 

मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स के अनुसार प्रवीण बदवदा ने अपने शिकायत में बताया कि कोर्ट परिसर के ए-ब्लॉक में उनका चैंबर है। चैंबर में उनके साथ वकील मनोज चौधरी भी बैठते हैं। 23 अगस्त की दोपहर करीब एक बजे उनका बेटा वकील मोहित बलवदा और पत्नी भावना लंच करने गए थे। वहां से वापस लौटने पर मोहित ने कुर्सी पर टंगा अपना कोट पहना तो उसमे रखा बेशकीमती पेन नहीं था। साथ चैंबर में बैठने वाले अधिवक्ता मनोज चौधरी भी वहां नहीं थे। 

मनोज चौधरी को कॉल कर पेन के बारे में पूछा तो वह गुस्सा हो गए। आमने सामने आने पर बात मारपीट तक पहुंच गई। इस दौरान मनोज ने जान से मारने की धमकी भी दे डाली। जिसके बाद वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता प्रवीण बलवदा ने थाने में शिकायत दर्ज कराई।   

जानकारी के अनुसार सी-स्कीम अशोक नगर के रहने वाले प्रवीण बलवदा राजस्थान हाईकोर्ट में एडवोकेट हैं। वे कोर्ट परिसर के ए-ब्लॉक में बने चैंबर में बैठते हैं। उनके साथ एडवोकेट मनोज चौधरी भी उसी चैंबर में बैठते हैं। पुलिस का कहना है कि केस दर्ज कर मामले की जांच की जा रही है।   

Police looking for valuable pen of high court lawyer, FIR lodged for theft from chamber,know the case

Jaipur. One such case has reached the Jaipur Police, where a lawyer has registered a case of theft of his valuable pen. At Ashok Nagar police station, Senior High Court advocate Praveen Balvada has filed a complaint of pen theft.

According to media reports, Praveen Badvada told in his complaint that he has a chamber in the A-block of the court premises. Advocate Manoj Chaudhary also sits with him in the chamber. At around one o'clock in the afternoon of August 23, his son advocate Mohit Balvada and wife Bhavna had gone for lunch. On returning from there, Mohit put on his coat hanging on the chair, so there was no precious pen kept in it. Advocate Manoj Chowdhary, who was sitting in the chamber with him, was also not there.

When Manoj Chaudhary was called and asked about the pen, he got angry. When they came face to face, the matter escalated into a fight. During this, Manoj even threatened to kill him. After which senior advocate Praveen Balvada lodged a complaint in the police station.

According to the information, Praveen Balvada, a resident of C-Scheme Ashok Nagar, is an advocate in the Rajasthan High Court. They sit in the chamber built in A-Block of the court complex. Advocate Manoj Chowdhary also sits with him in the same chamber. Police say that after registering a case, the matter is being investigated.
