जोधपुर। नवनिर्मित फलोदी जिले के चाखू थाने के एक पुलिसकर्मी ने आज शुक्रवार सुबह थाना परिसर में ही सुसाइड कर लिया है. घटना सुबह साढे छह बजे की है. पानी के टांके से शव निकाला गया है. मृतक पुलिसकर्मी के परिजन चाखू पहुंचे हैं. हेड कांस्टेबल चेनाराम के शव को पोस्टमार्टम के बाद उनके परिजनों को सौंप दिया जाएगा. फलोदी एसपी विनित बंसल ने बताया कि थाना परिसर के ओसियां के बाना का बास निवासी हेड कांस्टेबल चेनाराम ने आत्महत्या कर ली है.

इस मामले की विस्तृत जांच की जाएगी. इधर इस घटना की जानकारी मिलते ही मृतक के पुत्र व तिंवरी पंचायत समिति के उपप्रधान खेमाराम सहित अन्य लोग चाखू के लिए रवाना हो गए. पुलिस अधीक्षक ​सहित अन्य अधिकारी भी थाने पहुंचे हैं. चाखू थानाधिकारी समरवीर सिंह ने ही उच्चाधिकारियों को इस घटना की सूचना दी थी. एसपी बंसल ने बताया कि ​अभी किसी तरह का सुसाइड नोट नहीं मिला है.

बता दें कि ओसियां विधानसभा के तिंवरी पंचायत समिति के उप प्रधान खेमाराम बाना ने सरकारी निर्माण कार्य के शिलापट्ट पर उसका नाम नहीं लिखे जाने का विरोध किया था. जिसके बाद पुलिस ने बीते बुधवार रात को उपप्रधान खेमाराम बाना को शांति भंग की धारा में गिरफ्तार किया था. उसके बाद ओसियां थाना के बाहर भाजपा के नेताओं ने विरोध जताया था.

तब प्रदर्शनकारियों ने आरोप लगाया था कि ओसियां के कांग्रेस विधायक दिव्या मदेरणा के दबाव में पुलिस ने एकतरफा कार्रवाई की है. हालांकि भाजपाइयों के विरोध के मद्देनजर पुलिस ने उपखंड अधिकारी से जमानत करवाने की प्रक्रिया थाने में ही करवाकर खेमाराम को रिहा कर दिया था.

ओसियां विधायक दिव्या मदेरणा ने उपप्रधान पर कार्यक्रम का व्यवधान उत्पन्न करने का आरोप लगाया. जबकि ओसियां के पूर्व विधायक एवं संसदीय सचिव भैराराम सियोल ने कहा कि पुलिस विधायक के दबाव में कम कर रही है. उप प्रधान भी एक चुना हुआ प्रतिनिधि है.

उसके गांव में निर्माण कार्य हुआ था. सरकारी प्रोटोकॉल के अनुसार गांव के सरपंच, पंचायत समिति, सदस्य जिला परिषद सदस्य के नाम शिलापट्ट पर लिखे जाएंगे. लेकिन विधायक ने सिर्फ अपना और अपने जिला प्रमुख का ही नाम लिखवाया. जिसका विरोध जताने पर विवाद हुआ पुलिस उप प्रधान को थाने लेकर चली गई.

The dead body has been taken out from the water stitches. The relatives of the deceased policeman have reached Chakhu. The body of Head Constable Chenaram will be handed over to his family after post-mortem. Phalodi SP Vineet Bansal said that head constable Chenaram, resident of Bana Ka Bass of Osian in the police station premises, has committed suicide.

There will be a detailed investigation of this matter. As soon as information about this incident was received, Khemaram, the son of the deceased and the deputy head of Tinwari Panchayat Samiti and others left for Chakhu. Other officers including the Superintendent of Police have also reached the police station. Chakhu police station officer Samarveer Singh had informed the higher officials about this incident. SP Bansal said that no suicide note has been found yet.

Let us tell you that Khemaram Bana, Deputy Head of Tinwari Panchayat Samiti of Osian Assembly, had protested against his name not being written on the foundation stone of the government construction work. After which the police had arrested Deputy Chief Khemaram Bana on last Wednesday night under the section of breach of peace. After that, BJP leaders protested outside the Osian police station.

The protesters had then alleged that the police had taken unilateral action under the pressure of Osian's Congress MLA Divya Maderna. However, in view of the opposition of the BJP, the police had released Khemaram after getting the process of bail from the sub-divisional officer done in the police station itself.

Osian MLA Divya Maderna accused the Vice President of creating disruption in the programme. While former Osian MLA and Parliamentary Secretary Bhairaram Seoul said that the police is doing less under the pressure of the MLA. The Deputy Prime Minister is also an elected representative.

There was construction work in his village. As per the official protocol, the names of Sarpanch, Panchayat Samiti, Zilla Parishad members will be written on the plaque. But the MLA only got his name and that of his district chief written. On protesting against which there was a dispute, the police took the Deputy Chief to the police station.
