पत्नी से अवैध सम्बधों के शक में की दोस्त की हत्या,जानिए क्या है पूरा मामला

सीसवाली पुलिस अधीक्षक ने घटना स्थल का निरीक्षण किया गया व जांच अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए। मामले के खुलास के लिए एक टीम का गठन किया गया।क्षेत्र के सरकन्या गांव में हुई युवक की हत्या के मामले का पुलिस ने खुलासा कर दिया है। दरअसल, पत्नी से अवैध शक के चलते आरोपी ने अपने ही दोस्त की हत्या कर दी।

 पुलिस ने आरोपी को 2 सितंबर को ही डिटेन कर लिया था। गिरफ्तारी गुरुवार को दिखाई गई। जिला पुलिस अधीक्षक राजकुमार चौधरी ने बताया कि थाना सीसवाली पर 2 सितंबर को मोबाइल पर सूचना मिली कि ग्राम सरकन्या में नेमीचन्द पुत्र हीरालाल कुम्हार (39) निवासी सरकन्या का शव गांव के बाहर मिला है।

थानाधिकारी, वृताधिकारी अन्ता मय जाप्ता घटनास्थल पर पहुंचे। घटनास्थल का निरीक्षण किया तथा मौके पर एफएसएल टीम, डॉग स्क्वॉड टीम एवं साइबर टीम की मदद से साक्ष्य जुटाए गए। घटना के संबंध में मृतक के पिता हीरालाल ने नेमीचन्द की अज्ञात व्यक्ति द्वारा धारदार हथियार से हत्या करने के संबंध में रिपोर्ट लिखाई थी। इसके बाद मुकदमा दर्ज कर अनुसंधान प्रारंभ किया गया।

ऐसे खुला मामला
पुलिस टीम ने तकनीकी जांच व मुखबिरों से प्राप्त सूचनाओं एवं साइबर सेल के विश्लेषण के आधार पर अभियुक्त हंसराज माली निवासी सरकन्या थाना सीसवाली जिला बारां को 2 सितंबर को डिटेन किया। पूछताछ में आरोपी ने बताया कि नेमीचन्द व हंसराज की पहले शराब के नशे में मामूली कहासुनी हो गई थी।

 हंसराज को नेमीचन्द से उसकी पत्नी के साथ अवैध सम्बन्ध होने का शक था। इसके चलते हंसराज ने शराब पिलाकर धारदार हथियार से नेमीचन्द की हत्या कर दी। अभियुक्त को पूछताछ व अनुसंधान के बाद गिरफ्तार किया गया। अभियुक्त से हत्या में प्रयुक्त हथियार की बरामदगी के लिए और पूछताछ जारी है।

The police has revealed the case of murder of a youth that took place in Sarkanya village of the area. Actually, due to illicit suspicion of his wife, the accused killed his own friend.

The police had detained the accused on 2 September itself. The arrest was screened on Thursday. District Superintendent of Police Rajkumar Chaudhary said that on September 2, information was received on mobile at Siswali police station that the dead body of Nemichand son of Hiralal Kumhar (39), resident of Sarkanya village Sarkanya, was found outside the village.

Station Officer, Circle Officer Anta May Japta reached the spot. Inspected the spot and collected evidence on the spot with the help of FSL team, dog squad team and cyber team. In relation to the incident, Hiralal, the father of the deceased, had written a report regarding the murder of Nemichand by an unknown person with a sharp weapon. After this, investigation was started by registering a case.

this is how the case opened
On the basis of technical investigation and information received from informers and analysis of cyber cell, the police team detained the accused Hansraj Mali resident of Sarkanya police station Siswali district Baran on 2 September. During interrogation, the accused told that Nemichand and Hansraj had earlier had a minor altercation under the influence of alcohol.

Hansraj suspected Nemichand of having an illicit relationship with his wife. Because of this, Hansraj killed Nemichand with a sharp weapon after drinking him. The accused was arrested after interrogation and investigation. Further interrogation is on for the recovery of the weapon used in the murder from the accused.
