जोधपुर की शादी का कार्ड सोशल मीडिया पर जबरदस्त वायरल हुआ था। इस कार्ड की वजह से दूल्हे को भारी भरकम जुर्माना भी देना पड़ गया था। जिसके पीछे का कारण है कार्ड में छपे नाम। इस कार्ड में 15-20 नहीं बल्कि पूरे 301 नाम छपे थे और कोरोना के समय शादी करने के लिए प्रशासन ने सिर्फ 50 लोगों को अनुमति दे रखी थी, लेकिन वायरल हुए इस कार्ड में 301 नाम छपवाए गए। सरकारी स्कूल के प्रिंसिपल के बेटे और बेटी की शादी का कार्ड सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल होने के बाद प्रशासन भी हरकत में आया और शादी में से कई व्यक्तियों को वापस भेजा और आयोजनकर्ताओं पर 25 हजार रुपए का जुर्माना भी लगाया।

राजस्थान के मारवाड़ ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में शादी के कार्ड पर बड़ी संख्यां में नाम छपवाने की परम्परा है। ऐसा कहा जाता है कि जितने ज्यादा लोगों के नाम कार्ड पर होंगे परिवार का रिश्ता उन लोगों से उतना ही मजबूत होगा। इसलिए सरकारी स्कूल के प्रिंसिपल ने अपने बेटे और बेटी के मुकलावा में 301 नाम छपवाए थे।
