बीकानेर जिले के ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में रहने वाले विद्यार्थियों को अध्ययन के लिए सुविधाजनक स्थान और सुविधाएं उपलब्ध करवाने के लिए नवाचार के रूप में लाइब्रेरी कम स्टडी रूम बनाए जा रहे है।

बीकानेर जिले के ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में रहने वाले विद्यार्थियों को अध्ययन के लिए सुविधाजनक स्थान और सुविधाएं उपलब्ध करवाने के लिए नवाचार के रूप में लाइब्रेरी कम स्टडी रूम बनाए जा रहे है। इन पुस्तकालयों में अध्ययन हॉल सहित कम्प्यूटर, प्रिंटर, इंटरनेट, पुस्तकों की सुविधा रहेगी। विद्यार्थी स्टडी रूम के शांत वातावरण में रोजाना पढ़ाई कर सकेंगे।जिला परिषद ने 9 पंचायत समितियों के 31 स्थानों पर इस प्रकार के लाइब्रेरी कम स्टडी रूम स्वीकृत किए हैं। इनमें से तीन स्थानों पर निर्माण हो चुका है व 27 स्थानों पर कार्य चल रहा है। प्रत्येक लाइब्रेरी कम स्टडी रूम पर 25 लाख रुपए खर्च किए जा रहे है। प्रत्येक का 1500 वर्ग मीटर क्षेत्रफल में निर्माण हो रहा है।
9 ब्लॉक में 31 पुस्तकालय
सीईओ जिला परिषद के अनुसार जिले की 9 पंचायत समितियों में 31 स्थानों पर लाइब्रेरी कम स्टडी रूम बनाए जाने है। इनमें कालासर, थावरिया और बंधड़ा में निर्माण हो चुका है। प्रत्येक में हॉल, दो कमरे, शौचालय, कम्प्यूटर कक्ष, बरामदा, कम्पयूटर, प्रिंटर, वाई फाई इंटरनेट, फर्नीचर, पेयजल, शौचालय आदि की सुविधाएं है।

पंचायत समिति कोलायत में झझू, कोलायत, हदां,
पंचायत समिति लूणकरनसर में शेरपुरा, शेखासर, ढाणी पांडुसर, धीरेरा, लूणकरनसर
पुस्तकों की कवायद
विद्यार्थियों के अध्ययन के लिए पुस्तकों की व्यवस्था करने का प्रयास भी जिला परिषद ने शुरू कर दिया है।
इनमें विभिन्न प्रकार की प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं सहित सामान्य ज्ञान, हिन्दी साहित्य, राजस्थान का इतिहास, भारत का इतिहास, जियोग्राफी, महात्मा गांधी साहित्य आदि की पुस्तकें शामिल है।
Good news for students, now they will get these new facilities
Library cum study rooms are being built as an innovation to provide convenient place and facilities for study to the students living in rural areas of Bikaner district. These libraries will have the facilities of computers, printers, internet and books along with study halls. Students will be able to study daily in the peaceful environment of study rooms. Zilla Parishad has approved this type of library cum study rooms at 31 places of 9 Panchayat Samitis. Of these, construction has been done at three places and work is going on at 27 places. Rs 25 lakh is being spent on each library cum study room. Each is being constructed on an area of 1500 square meters.

According to CEO Zilla Parishad, libraries cum study rooms are to be built at 31 places in 9 Panchayat Samitis of the district. Among these, construction has been done in Kalasar, Thawaria and Bandhra. Each has facilities like hall, two rooms, toilet, computer room, veranda, computer, printer, Wi-Fi internet, furniture, drinking water, toilet etc.

The Zilla Parishad has also started efforts to arrange books for the study of the students.
These include books on general knowledge, Hindi literature, history of Rajasthan, history of India, geography, Mahatma Gandhi literature, etc., including various types of competitive exams.
