राजस्थान में रेपिस्ट को फांसी की सजा: दरिंदगी की कहानी सुनकर कांप जाएगा कलेजा...

राजस्थान के भीलवाड़ा जिले से इंसानियत को तार तार करने वाली घटना के 10 महीने बाद कोर्ट ने अपना फैसला सुनाया है। कोर्ट ने दो आरोपियों को फांसी की सजा सुनाई है । उनके परिवार के सात सदस्यों को कोर्ट ने बरी कर दिया है । परिवार के सदस्यों में मां, बहन और अन्य लोग थे जो कोर्ट में हाथ जोड़कर बाकी दोनों व्यक्तियों के लिए भी माफी मांग रहे थे। लेकिन कोर्ट ने दोनों को फांसी की सजा सुना दी। मामला राजस्थान के भीलवाड़ा जिले का है।

4 घंटे तक दरिंदगी करने के बाद भट्टी में जला दिया था
भीलवाड़ा में पिछले साल 2 अगस्त को 13 साल की लड़की से गैंगरेप किया गया था। वह बकरियां चराने के लिए अपने पिता के खेत में गई थी। नजदीक के खेत में काम करने वाले लोगों ने लड़की का अपहरण किया और उसके साथ 4 घंटे तक दरिंदगी की । उसके बाद उसे जिंदा ही कोयला बनाने की भट्टी में फेंक दिया। उसकी मौत हो गई , लेकिन उसके कुछ अंग पूरी तरह नहीं चले। इन अंगों को भट्टी से निकलकर टुकड़े करके प्लास्टिक के कट्टों में भरकर नदी में फेंक दिया गया था।

470 पेज की चार्ज शीट और 40 गवाहों के बाद सुनाई फांसी
पीड़ित परिवार ने आरोप लगाया था कि रेप करने वाले कालू और कान्हा के परिवार के लोगों ने भी उनके साथ दिया। हत्या और शव को छुपाने में पूरी मदद की। लेकिन 10 महीने चली बहस और 470 पेज की चार्ज शीट के बाद कोर्ट ने 40 गवाहों की गवाही ली। अब जाकर कोर्ट ने सात आरोपियों को बरी कर दिया है । लेकिन कालू और कान्हा को फांसी की सजा सुना दी है।

देशभर में इस केस की चर्चा...दिल्ली तक के लोग पहुंचे
इस मामले ने राजस्थान की तरफ पूरे देश का ध्यान खींचा था। देश भर से कई राजनीतिक दलों के लोग , दिल्ली से महिला आयोग के लोग, राजस्थान से पुलिस, मीडिया के कई लोग कई दिनों तक भीलवाड़ा में ही मौजूद रहे थे । भट्टी और नदी में से बच्ची के शवों के टुकड़े निकले गए थे। भट्टी के नजदीक उसका कड़ा मिलने के बाद भट्टी में खुदाई की गई थी।
