गृह क्लेश से परेशान व्यक्ति पहुंचा तांत्रिक के पास, टोना-टोटका के नाम पर लिखवा ली सारी प्रॉपर्टी

आधुनिक दुनिया में जहां एक ओर अंधविश्वास को खत्म करने की बात होती है, वहीं कुछ लोग आज भी इसके जाल में फंसकर अपना ही भारी नुकसान करवा लेते हैं. ऐसा ही एक मामला जोधपुर से सामने निकलकर आया है. जहां भोपालगढ़ थाना क्षेत्र में प्रॉपर्टी हड़पने का मामला सामने आया है. एक महिला ने तांत्रिक (Tantrik) के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज करवाया है. महिला ने बताया कि उसका पति घर वालों के साथ गृह क्लेश (home troubles) से परेशान होकर तांत्रिक के पास गया था.

तांत्रिक ने अपने नाम करावाई प्रॉपर्टी
तांत्रिक टोना-टोटका  करता है, उन्होंने गृह क्लेश की जड़ उसका प्लॉट व घर होना बताया. तांत्रिक ने कहा कि इसका उपाय यही है कि यह मकान व प्लॉट बेच दो. तांत्रिक ने विश्वास में लेकर उसे उनके नाम प्रोपर्टी करने की सलाह दी और कहा गृह क्लेश खत्म होते ही वह वापस दे देंगे. ऐसे में महिला के पति ने प्रॉपर्टी उसके नाम कर दी और उसे उसके एवज में एक भी रुपया नहीं मिला.

प्रॉपर्टी वापस मांगने पर 
कुछ दिन बाद भी जब गृह क्लेश खत्म नहीं हुआ तब उसका पति फिर से तांत्रिक के पास जाकर प्रॉपर्टी वापस मांगी तो कहा कि ऐसा करने से घर में मौत हो जाएगी. इसे और आगे बेच दिया जाए. ऐसे में उसके पति ने उस प्रॉपर्टी को तीसरे व्यक्ति के साथ बेचाननामा कर दिया. लेकिन उस समय भी उसे कोई पैसा नहीं मिला.

प्रॉपर्टी बेचने की दी सलाह
भोपागढ़ आसोप रोड रहने वाली सुषमा देवड़ा पत्नी चेतनराम देवड़ा ने अब्दुल कादिर पुत्र कालु खां, कालू खां, बीरबल व रामकिशोर के खिलाफ धोखाधड़ी का मामला दर्ज करवाया और बताया कि उसका पति चेतनराम टोना टोटका करने वाले भोपालगढ़ निवासी कालू खां और उसके पुत्र अब्दुल कादिर के पास गृह क्लेश से परेशान होकर गृह क्लेश खत्म करने के लिए गया. उन्होंने विपत्ति का कारण प्रोपर्टी बताया और उसे वह प्रॉपर्टी बेचने की सलाह दी. इस पर चेतनराम ने आसोप रोड स्थित 4905.92 वर्ग फीट खसरा नंबर 2895 को कालू राम ने 13 जुलाई 2023 को अपने नाम करवा लिया.

मकान खाली करवाने आए लोग
उसने बताया कि यह एक प्रकार का टोटका है इससे गृह क्लेश खतम हो जाएगा. ऐसा करने के बाद भी क्लेश खतम नहीं हुआ तो वह दुबारा कालू खां के पास जाकर बेचान नामा वापस उसके नाम करवाने को कहा. इस पर उन दोनों ने चतुराराम की दूसरी संपत्ति 1297 वर्ग फुट का मकान उसके नाम घर में किसी की मौत का डर बताकर 29 नवंबर को अपने नाम करवा लिया. और फिर दोनों प्रोपर्टी कालू खां ने 24 लाख 91 हजार रुपये में भोपालगढ़ निवासी बीरबल पुत्र हाथीराम जाट व रामकिशोर पुत्र गुमानाराम को बेच दी.

लेकिन चेतनराम को किसी भी तरह के पैसे नहीं दिए गए. 17 मई को यह दोनों चेतनराम का मकान खाली करवाने आए तब परिवार को पता चला और फिर चेतनराम की पत्नी ने थाने में मामला दर्ज करवाया.

Tantrik got the property in his name
Tantrik does black magic, he said that the root of domestic troubles is his plot and house. The Tantrik said that the only solution is to sell the house and the plot. The Tantrik took him into confidence and advised him to transfer the property to his name and said that he will give it back as soon as the family troubles are over. In such a situation, the woman's husband transferred the property to her and she did not receive a single rupee in return.

On demanding return of property
Even after a few days, when the domestic troubles did not end, her husband again went to the Tantrik and asked for the property back, but he was told that doing so would cause death in the house. It should be sold further. In such a situation, her husband deeded the property to a third person. But even at that time he did not get any money.

Advice given to sell property
Sushma Deora, resident of Asop Road, Bhopagarh, wife of Chetanram Deora, registered a case of fraud against Abdul Qadir son of Kalu Khan, Kalu Khan, Birbal and Ramkishore and told that her husband Chetanram is the son of Bhopalgarh resident Kalu Khan and his son Abdul Qadir, who practice black magic. Troubled by the family troubles, he went to end the family troubles. He attributed the problem to property and advised him to sell the property. On this, Chetan Ram got 4905.92 square feet Khasra No. 2895 located on Asop Road in his name and on 13 July 2023, Kalu Ram got it.

Even after doing this, the trouble did not end, so he again went to Kalu Khan and asked to get the endorsement deed returned to him. On this, both of them got Chaturaram's second property, a house of 1297 square feet, in their name on November 29, citing fear of someone's death in the house. And then Kalu Khan sold both the properties for Rs 24 lakh 91 thousand to Bhopalgarh resident Birbal son of Hathiram Jat and Ramkishore son of Gumanaram.

But Chetanram was not given any kind of money. On May 17, when both of them came to get Chetanram's house vacated, the family came to know and then Chetanram's wife registered a case in the police station.
