केवल राजस्थान ही नहीं बल्कि पूरे भारत को अब इंतजार है तो 4 जून का। जब लोकसभा चुनाव का परिणाम घोषित होगा। राजस्थान में पिछले करीब 3 महीने से आचार संहिता लगी हुई है। ऐसे में कहीं ना कहीं आम जनता का काम भी प्रभावित हो रहा है।

100 दिन होगा सरकारी दफ्तरों में काम
लेकिन क्या आप जानते हैं कि ऐसा पहली बार नहीं हो रहा है। ऐसा तो हमेशा से होता आया है। वही बात करें यदि इस साल की तो केवल 100 दिन ही सरकारी दफ्तरों में काम होगा। पिछले 5 साल में टोटल 1826 दिनों में केवल 961 दिन ही सरकारी दफ्तर में काम हो पाए हैं। 235 दिन तो विधानसभा सहित अन्य चुनाव में लग गए।

वीकेंड सहित 5 साल में आई 630 छुट्टियां
जानकारी के अनुसार ​पांच साल में 630 दिन वीकेंड सहित अन्य छुट्टियां आ गई। यानी एक साल में करीब 126 छुट्टियां होती है। ऐसे में 365 दिन में 239 दिन ही काम होता है। उसमें भी चुनाव आदि आने के कारण पूरे साल में 100 दिन से अधिक काम नहीं हो पात। साल 2023 और 2024 इस मामले में सबसे ज्यादा प्रभावित रहा। क्योंकि विधानसभा चुनाव में 57 दिन और अब लोकसभा चुनाव में 83 दिन की आचार संहिता लगी है। वहीं अब नवंबर और दिसंबर में महीने में नगरीय निकाय के चुनाव होने हैं। ऐसे में करीब 1 महीने पहले उसकी भी आचार संहिता लग जाएगी।

सरकारी घोषणाओं पर काम नहीं होता
एक्सपर्ट के अनुसार आचार संहिता लागू होने के बाद सरकार द्वारा की गई घोषणाओं पर काम नहीं हो पता। इसके साथ ही न तो कोई नई भर्ती की घोषणा होती है और परिणाम में भी कई बार देरी आती है। वही आपको बता दे कि केवल इस साल ही नहीं 2025 की शुरुआत में भी प्रदेश में पंचायत के चुनाव होने हैं ऐसे में पंचायत क्षेत्र में भी आचार संहिता लागू होगी।
