राजस्थान के मुख्यमंत्री भजनलाल शर्मा ने पूर्व सीएम अशोक गहलोत के तीन साल पुराने फैसले को पलट दिया है। राज्य में अपराध रोकने के लिए सीएम भजनलाल शर्मा ने एक अहम कदम उठाया है। सीएम ने गुरुवार को राज्य में अपराधों की जांच के लिए केंद्रीय जांच ब्यूरो (सीबीआई) को सामान्य सहमति प्रदान कर दी है। यानी अब राजस्थान में किसी मामले की जांच करने के लिए सीबीआई को राज्य सरकार से परमिशन नहीं लेनी होगी। बता दें कि अशोक गहलोत सरकार ने सामान्य सहमति को साल 2020 में वापस ले लिया था। दिल्ली विशेष पुलिस स्थापना अधिनियम 1946 के प्रावधानों के तहत किसी भी राज्य में जांच करने के लिए सीबीआई को राज्य सरकार की सहमति की आवश्यकता होती है।
तीन साल पहले गहलोत सरकार ने लगाई थी 'रोक'
सीएम भजनलाल शर्मा की मंजूरी के बाद सीबीआई अब राज्य सरकार की पूर्व अनुमति के बिना किसी भी मामले में त्वरित कार्रवाई कर सकेगी। हालांकि राज्य के गृह विभाग ने अभी तक इस संबंध में आधिकारिक आदेश जारी नहीं किया है। साल 2020 में अशोक गहलोत के नेतृत्व वाली कांग्रेस सरकार ने राज्य में मामलों की जांच के लिए सीबीआई को दी गई सामान्य सहमति वापस ले ली थी। इस फैसले के बाद सीबीआई को किसी भी मामले की जांच करने से पहले राज्य सरकार की स्पष्ट अनुमति लेनी होती थी। इस फैसले को अब सीएम भजनलाल ने पलट दिया है।
अपराध के खिलाफ अहम ऐक्शन
गौरतलब है कि पिछले साल हुए राजस्थान विधानसभा चुनाव में भारतीय जनता पार्टी (भाजपा) ने शानदार जीत हासिल की थी। भगवा दल ने भजनलाल शर्मा को सूबे का सीएम बनाया। सीएम बनते ही शर्मा ने कहा था कि उनकी सरकार राज्य में अपराध और भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ सख्त ऐक्शन उठाएगी।
पलट दिया गहलोत सरकार का फैसला
गुरुवार को सीएम कार्यालय की ओर से जारी एक आधिकारिक बयान में कहा गया कि 'पिछली सरकार द्वारा सीबीआई से सामान्य सहमति वापस लेने से जांच में देरी होती थी और सबूत नष्ट होने की भी संभावना रहती थी। ऐसे में अब सीबीआई राज्य में करप्शन के खिलाफ तत्काल कार्रवाई कर सकेगी।'

Gehlot government had imposed 'ban' three years ago
After the approval of CM Bhajanlal Sharma, CBI will now be able to take prompt action in any case without prior permission of the state government. However, the state home department has not yet issued an official order in this regard. In 2020, the Ashok Gehlot-led Congress government had withdrawn the general consent given to the CBI to investigate cases in the state. After this decision, CBI had to take explicit permission from the state government before investigating any case. This decision has now been reversed by CM Bhajanlal.
Important action against crime
It is noteworthy that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) had won a landslide victory in the Rajasthan Assembly elections held last year. The saffron party made Bhajanlal Sharma the CM of the state. As soon as he became CM, Sharma had said that his government would take strict action against crime and corruption in the state.
Gehlot government's decision reversed
An official statement issued by the CM office on Thursday said that 'Withdrawal of general consent from the CBI by the previous government led to delay in investigation and there was a possibility of evidence being destroyed. In such a situation, CBI will now be able to take immediate action against corruption in the state.
