बीकानेर। राहगीरों के साथ लूटपाट करने वाले गिरोह का पुलिस ने भंडाफोड़ किया है। पुलिस ने दो सगे भाइयों को गिरफ्तार किया है, जिन्हें शनिवार को न्यायालय में पेश कर रिमांड पर लिया जाएगा। आरोपियों ने शहर में कई राहगीरों के साथ लूटपाट की वारदात को करना स्वीकार किया है। सदर एसएचओ सुरेन्द्र पचार ने बताया कि गंगाशहर हालपता उदयरामसर के गुर्जरों का मोहल्ला निवासी संजय पुत्र बलवीर सिंह बावरी एवं उसके छोटे भाई अर्जुन बावरी ने सप्ताहभर पहले पूगल निवासी भैरुंसिंह राजपूत के साथ की गई लूट की वारदात को स्वीकार किया है।
ऐसे की वारदात
पूगल निवासी भैरुंसिंह 18 सितंबर को बीकानेर पशुआहार व अन्य सामान खरीदने आया था। वह श्रीगंगानगर चौराहे से टैक्सी से फड़बाजार के लिए रवाना हुआ। यहां सूरसागर के पास फर्नीचर वाली गली में उतर गया। यहां से वह पैदल-पैदल जा रहा था। तभी एक बाइक पर दो युवक आए। उन्होंने उससे फड़बाजार का रास्ता पूछा। बाइक सवार कुछ दूरी पर जाकर रुक गए और भैरुंसिंह से पूछा कि आप कहां जाओगे। तब उसने कहा कि फड़बाजार। इस पर उन्होंने उसे भी अपने साथ बैठा लिया। आरोपियों ने बाइक को लहराया, जिससे भैरुंसिंह गिरने के डर से चालक की बांह को पकड़ कर बैठा। इस दरम्यान आरोपियों ने उसकी जेब में रखे रुपए निकाल लिए और उसे फड़बाजार के पास उतार कर रफू चक्कर हो गए।
ऐसे आए पकड़ में
एसएचओ ने आरोपियों की धरपकड़ के लिए उपनिरीक्षक महेन्द्र सिंह राठौड़ के नेतृत्व में टीम बनाई। टीम ने घटनास्थल के आसपास के सीसीटीवी फुटेज खंगाले। फुटेज में दोनों युवक व उनकी गाड़ी का नंबर आया। नंबरों के आधार पर पुलिस आरोपियों तक पहुंची। पुलिस ने पहले अर्जुन को पकड़ा और उसे थाने लाकर पूछताछ की, तो उसे सारा राज उगल दिया।

Bhairon Singh, a resident of Pugal, had come to Bikaner on September 18 to buy animal feed and other items. He left for Phadbazar by taxi from Sriganganagar intersection. Here I got down in the furniture street near Sursagar. He was going on foot from here. Just then two youths came on a bike. He asked him the way to Phadbazar. The bike rider stopped at some distance and asked Bhairon Singh where he was going. Then he said Phadbazaar. On this he also made him sit with him. The accused waved the bike, due to which Bhairon Singh sat holding the driver's arm in fear of falling. Meanwhile, the accused took out the money kept in his pocket and dropped it near Phadbazar.
This is how I got caught
The SHO formed a team under the leadership of Sub Inspector Mahendra Singh Rathore to arrest the accused. The team examined the CCTV footage around the incident site. The number of both the youth and their car appeared in the footage. On the basis of numbers, the police reached the accused. The police first caught Arjun and brought him to the police station and interrogated him, then he spilled the whole secret to him.
