जयपुर।  भांकरोटा में साल भर पहले सास-बहू से बलात्कार करने के मामले में आरोपी को अनुसंधान के बाद पुलिस ने बेकसूर माना है। हाल ही 19 अगस्त को कोर्ट ने भी पुलिस के अनुसंधान पर मोहर लगा दी।अजमेर रोड के पश्चिम विहार निवासी जयेन्द्र राजपुरोहित के खिलाफ 3 सितंबर 2022 को दो महिलाओं ने बलात्कार करने का मामला दर्ज कराया था। 

दोनों सास-बहू हैं। अनुसंधान में मामला झूठा निकला। वहीं युवक को पुलिस ने अब चरित्र सत्यापन प्रमाण जारी किया है। पीड़ित युवक बोला कि यह प्रमाण पत्र किस काम का है। मेरा कसूर इतना ही था कि सास-बहू के परिवार को 25 लाख रुपए उधार दिए थे। इसके सारे सबूत थे। परिवार से उधार रुपए दिए वापस लौटाने के लिए कहा तो झूठा मामला दर्ज करवाया दिया।

थाने में जमकर मारपीट
पीड़ित का आरोप है कि चार माह बाद थाने में समर्पण किया। पुलिस ने जमकर मारपीट की। थर्ड डिग्री टॉर्चर किया। तब पुलिस ने सास-बहू से अलग-अलग पूछताछ की तो उनके बयान विरोधाभासी आए। बाद में दोनों ने झूठा मामला दर्ज करवाना कबूल लिया।लाखों रुपए की दवा भी नष्ट करवा दी...पीड़ित ने बताया कि उसके खिलाफ मामला दर्ज हुआ तो भाग गया था। पुलिस ने पीछे से पीड़ित की दुकान में रखी लाखों रुपए कीमत की दवा नष्ट करवा दी।

हकीकत: आधे से ज्यादा मामले निकले झूठे
1. प्रदेश में इस वर्ष जुलाई तक बलात्कार के 3054 प्रकरण दर्ज हुए। इनमें 1814 प्रकरणों की जांच की गई तो 1027 प्रकरण झूठे दर्ज करवाना पाया गया। जबकि 48 प्रकरणों में अन्य कारणों से एफआर लगाई गई।

2. इस वर्ष पोक्सो के 1036 प्रकरण दर्ज हुए, जिसमें 161 प्रकरण झूठे दर्ज करवाए गए थे। इनमें 628 प्रकरण में अनुसंधान किया जा सका, जिसमें 161 प्रकरण झूठे दर्ज करवाया जाना पाया गया।

4 माह तक छिपा रहा जयेन्द्र
युवक ने बताया कि उसके खिलाफ झूठा मामला दर्ज होने के बाद वह घर से भाग गया। 4 माह दर-दर भटकते निकाले। पुलिस ने कई जगह दबिश दी। चार माह बाद सारे सबूत पेश करने के बाद थाने में समर्पण किया। पुलिस ने घर के आस-पास और परिवादी की मेडिकल स्टोर के पास अन्य दुकानदारों से भी तस्दीक की।

Recently, on August 19, the court also approved the police investigation. On September 3, 2022, two women had filed a case of rape against Jayendra Rajpurohit, resident of Paschim Vihar, Ajmer Road.

Both are mother-in-law and daughter-in-law. Research revealed the matter to be false. The police has now issued character verification certificate to the young man. The victim youth asked what is the use of this certificate. My only fault was that I had lent Rs 25 lakh to the family of my mother-in-law and daughter-in-law. There were all the proofs of this. When asked to return the borrowed money from the family, a false case was registered.

The victim alleges that he surrendered in the police station after four months. The police beat him fiercely. Committed third degree torture. Then the police interrogated the mother-in-law and daughter-in-law separately and their statements came out contradictory. Later, both confessed to having registered a false case. They also destroyed medicines worth lakhs of rupees... The victim told that when the case was registered against him, he had fled. The police destroyed medicines worth lakhs of rupees kept in the shop of the victim from behind.

Reality: More than half of the cases turned out to be false
1. Till July this year, 3054 cases of rape were registered in the state. Of these, 1814 cases were investigated and 1027 cases were found to be falsely registered. Whereas in 48 cases FR was imposed for other reasons.

2. This year 1036 cases of POCSO were registered, in which 161 cases were falsely registered. Of these, research could be done in 628 cases, in which 161 cases were found to be falsely registered.

Jayendra remained hidden for 4 months
The youth told that he ran away from home after a false case was registered against him. Spent 4 months wandering from door to door. Police raided many places. After presenting all the evidence after four months, he surrendered in the police station. The police also verified with other shopkeepers around the house and near the medical store of the complainant.
