जयपुर: राजस्थान विधानसभा 2023 के लिए आदर्श चुनाव संहिता सोमवार से लागू हो गई है। मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त राजीव कुमार की ओर से प्रदेश में चुनाव की तारीखों की घोषणा की गई है। 23 नवंबर को प्रदेश में मतदान होना है और 3 अक्टूबर को नतीजे सामने आएंगे। आचार संहिता के लागू होते ही मतदाताओं के लुभाने में सरकारी मशीनरी का इस्तेमाल भी पूरी तरह से बंद हो गया है। इसी बीच भारतीय जनता पार्टी की ओर से चुनाव आयोग से प्रदेश की सत्ताधारी पार्टी के खिलाफ चुनाव आयोग से शिकायत की है। पार्टी की ओर से कहा गया है कि कांग्रेस सरकार की ओर से फ्री मोबाइल योजना के तहत बांटे गए फोन में अब भी मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत का फोटाे दिख रहा है जिसे कैसे हटाया जाए, आयोग इसपर कार्रवाई करे।

आचार संहिता लागू होने के बाद बीजेपी ने की शिकायतराजस्थान विधानसभा चुनाव की आचार संहिता लागू होने के बाद दोपहर में भारतीय जनता पार्टी की ओर से प्रदेश मुख्यालय पर प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस बुलाई गई। इसमें प्रदेशाध्यक्ष सीपी जोशी, नेता प्रतिपक्ष राजेंद्र राठौड़ और पूर्व प्रदेशाध्यक्ष सतीश पूनियां ने अपनी बात रखी। राजेंद्र राठौड़ ने कहा कि प्रदेश में आदर्श आचार संहिता लागू हो चुकी है। ऐसे में अब हम चुनाव आयोग से मांग कर रहे हैं कि कांग्रेस सरकार की ओर से बांटे गए फ्री मोबाइल में दिखने वाला मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत का फोटो आचार संहिता का उल्लंघन हैं। आयोग देखे कि ये फोटो मोबाइल से कैसे हटाया जाए। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री जी ने 7 करोड़ 16 लाख गारंटी कार्ड बांटे हैं, वो कैसे हटे।

भामाशाह स्वास्थ्य योजना में वसुंधरा के फोटो का किया था विरोध

राठौड़ ने कहा कि, इन्हीं मुख्यमंत्री जी ने जब भामाशाह स्वास्य योजना थी, उसके अंदर पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री (वसुंधरा राजे) की फोटो थी, उसपर एतराज किया था। इसलिए अब वो अधिकारियों के द्वारा जो लूट मचा रखी थी। उस लूट खसोट का अंत होगा। पैनी नजर रखेंगे। सचिवालय पर चलने वाली फाइलों पर भी और जिस प्रकार बंदरबांट कर रहे हैं उससे राजस्थान आर्थिक आपातकाल की ओर बढ़ रहा है।

गहलोत सरकार ने तीन ही काम किए- सीपी जोशी

राजस्थान की कांग्रेस सरकार पर हमला बोलते हुए प्रदेशाध्यक्ष सीपी जोशी ने कहा कि राजस्थान सरकार ने पिछले 5 साल में तीन ही काम किए है। कुर्सी बचाना, अपने विरोधियों को निपटाना और भ्रष्टाचार करना। इसके अलावा राजस्थान में कोई काम नहीं हुआ। उन्होंने कहा कि सारे काम सिर्फ घोषणाएं करना, कागज निकालना, जिनकी न तो हकीकत है न धरातल पर काम दिखता है। उन्होंने कहा कि अब आचार संहिता लग चुकी है, जनता भी तैयार है, खुला मैदान है और राजस्थान में पौने पांच सालों में किसाना और युवओं के साथ वादाखिलाफी की, नारी की सुरक्षा नहीं कर पाए। ऐसे लोगों को सबक सीखाने के लिए जनता तैयार बैठी है।

Jaipur: Model Election Code for Rajasthan Assembly 2023 has come into effect from Monday. The election dates in the state have been announced by Chief Election Commissioner Rajiv Kumar. Voting is to be held in the state on 23 November and the results will be known on 3 October. As soon as the code of conduct came into force, the use of government machinery to woo voters has also stopped completely. Meanwhile, the Bharatiya Janata Party has filed a complaint with the Election Commission against the ruling party of the state. On behalf of the party, it has been said that the photo of Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot is still visible in the phones distributed by the Congress government under the free mobile scheme, the Commission should take action on how to remove it.

BJP complained after the implementation of the code of conduct. After the implementation of the code of conduct for Rajasthan Assembly elections, a press conference was called by the Bharatiya Janata Party at the state headquarters in the afternoon. In this, State President CP Joshi, Leader of Opposition Rajendra Rathod and former State President Satish Poonia presented their views. Rajendra Rathore said that the Model Code of Conduct has been implemented in the state. In such a situation, we are now demanding from the Election Commission that the photo of Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot appearing in the free mobile distributed by the Congress government is a violation of the code of conduct. The Commission should see how to remove this photo from the mobile. He also said that the Chief Minister has distributed 7 crore 16 lakh guarantee cards, how could he move away.

Vasundhara's photo was opposed in Bhamashah Health Scheme

Rathore said that this same Chief Minister had objected to the photo of former Chief Minister (Vasundhara Raje) when there was Bhamashah Swasya Yojana. Hence now the loot that was being perpetrated by the officers. There will be an end to that looting. Will keep a close watch. Rajasthan is moving towards economic emergency due to the way they are distributing files on the secretariat and the way they are being distributed.

Gehlot government did only three things – CP Joshi

Attacking the Congress government of Rajasthan, State President CP Joshi said that the Rajasthan government has done only three things in the last 5 years. Saving the chair, disposing of his opponents and corruption. Apart from this no work was done in Rajasthan. He said that all the work is just making announcements and bringing out papers, which neither have any reality nor are visible on the ground. He said that now the code of conduct has been imposed, the public is also ready, there is an open field and in the last five and a half years in Rajasthan, they have broken their promises to farmers and youth and have not been able to protect women. The public is ready to teach such people a lesson.
