सूचना लीक होने से हो रहे एसीबी के ट्रेप फेल, पहले मांगी रिश्वत…कार्रवाई की भनक लगते ही लेने से किया इनकार

जयपुर। भ्रष्टों के खिलाफ भ्रष्टाचार निरोधक ब्यूरो (एसीबी) के अफसर भले ही कार्रवाई कर रहे हैं, लेकिन पिछले एक साल में एसीबी के सात मामलों में घूसखोर ट्रेप की कार्रवाई से बच गए हैं। सूचनाएं लीक होने से एसीबी के ट्रेप फेल होने के मामले लगातार बढ़ रहे हैं। हाल ही में जोधपुर पीपाड़ में कार्यरत पटवारी गोरधनराम व बूंदी के कोतवाली थाने में तैनात कांस्टेबल सूबे सिंह एसीबी के जाल में फंसने से पहले ही घूस लेने से इनकार कर दिया, हालांकि एसीबी ने दोनों के खिलाफ घूस मांगने का मामला दर्ज कर लिया है।

एसीबी की ट्रेप की कार्रवाई फेल होने से अफसरों की कार्यशैली पर सवाल उठने लगे हैं। इससे पहले भी सांभर डिप्टी एसपी के नाम से घूस मांगने वाले रीडर व सीकर एसडीएम के रीडर द्वारा स्टे हटाने की एवज में घूस मांगने के मामले में ट्रेप की कार्रवाई फेल हो गई थी।

पटवारी ने मांगी थी 5500 रुपए की रिश्वत
पड़ताल में सामने आया कि जोधपुर पीपाड़ तहसील में कार्यरत गोरधनराम ने जोधपुर निवासी अनिल से उसके पिता के नाम से जमीन का म्यूटेशन खोलने की एवज में 5500 रुपए की घूस मांगने की शिकायत की थी। पीड़ित की शिकायत पर एसीबी ने सत्यापन तो कर लिया, लेकिन तबादला होने के बाद आरोपी ने परिवादी से घूस लेने से इनकार कर दिया, जबकि जमीन का म्यूटेशन खोल दिया था। अब एसीबी ने गोरधनराम के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज कर लिया।

कांस्टेबल ने मांगी 10 हजार रुपए की घूस
बूंदी कोतवाली थाने में दर्ज एक प्रकरण में कांस्टेबल सूबे सिंह परिवादी रामचंद्र श्रृंगी से मामले में गिरफ्तारी करने की धमकी देकर 25 हजार रुपए की घूस ले चुका था। इसके बाद नाम निकालने की एवज में 10 हजार रुपए की घूस और मांग रहा था। परिवादी की शिकायत का सत्यापन कर लिया। सत्यापन के बाद आरोपी सूबे सिंह ने मामले से नाम निकाल लिया, लेकिन इस दौरान ही उसका तबादला हो गया और उसने घूस लेने से इनकार कर दिया। ऐसे में आरोपी के खिलाफ सूचना लीक होने पर एसीबी ट्रेप की कार्रवाई नहीं कर पाई।

Jaipur. Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) officers may be taking action against the corrupt, but in the last one year, bribe takers have escaped trap action in seven ACB cases. Due to leaking of information, cases of ACB trap failure are increasing continuously. Recently, Patwari Gordhanram working in Jodhpur Pipar and Constable Sube Singh posted in Kotwali police station of Bundi refused to take bribe even before falling into the trap of ACB, although ACB has registered a case of demanding bribe against both of them.

Due to the failure of ACB's trap operation, questions have started being raised on the working style of the officers. Even before this, trap action had failed in the case of a reader demanding bribe in the name of Sambhar Deputy SP and a reader of Sikar SDM demanding bribe in return for removal of stay.

Patwari had asked for a bribe of Rs 5500
Investigation revealed that Gordhanram, working in Jodhpur Pipar tehsil, had complained to Jodhpur resident Anil about demanding a bribe of Rs 5500 in exchange for opening the mutation of land in his father's name. On the complaint of the victim, the ACB did the verification, but after the transfer, the accused refused to take bribe from the complainant, even though the mutation of the land had been opened. Now ACB has registered a case against Gordhanram.

Constable asked for bribe of Rs 10 thousand
In a case registered in Bundi Kotwali police station, constable Sube Singh had taken a bribe of Rs 25 thousand from the complainant Ramchandra Shringi by threatening to arrest him in the case. After this, he was demanding a bribe of Rs 10,000 more in exchange for revealing the name. The complaint of the complainant was verified. After verification, accused Sube Singh withdrew his name from the case, but during this time he was transferred and he refused to take bribe. In such a situation, ACB could not take trap action when information was leaked against the accused.
