बीकानेर जिला उद्योग संघ के अध्यक्ष द्वारकाप्रसाद पचीसिया, हनुमान मल भूरा, और भीखमचंद बाफना ने खाद्य और आपूर्ति मंत्री सुमित गोदारा से मिलकर दलहन पर कृषि मंडी शुल्क की दरों को समाप्त अथवा कम करने तथा कृषक कल्याण शुल्क को हटाने की अनुशंसा की है।
वर्तमान में राजस्थान में दलहन पर कृषि उपज मंडी शुल्क 1.60 प्रतिशत और कृषक कल्याण शुल्क 0.50 प्रतिशत है। इस प्रकार कुल 2.10 प्रतिशत का अधिभार लगता है। दलहन आधारित उद्योग पहले से ही अति रुग्ण है और पड़ोसी राज्यों में मंडी शुल्क कम होने के कारण उन्हें प्रतिस्पर्धा में पिछड़ रहा है।
इस समस्या का हल उन्होंने मंडी शुल्क की दरें कम करने और कृषक कल्याण शुल्क को हटाने की अनुशंसा करके दिया है। इससे दलहन उद्योग को संभाला जा सकता है और इससे कृषकों को भी लाभ होगा।
Existence of pulse industries is in danger due to market charges
Bikaner District Industries Association President Dwarka Prasad Pachisia, Hanuman Mal Bhura, and Bhikhamchand Bafna have met Food and Supplies Minister Sumit Godara and recommended abolishing or reducing the rates of agricultural market fee on pulses and removing the farmer welfare fee.
At present, agricultural produce market fee on pulses in Rajasthan is 1.60 percent and farmer welfare fee is 0.50 percent. Thus a total surcharge of 2.10 percent is imposed. The pulse based industry is already very sick and is lagging behind in the competition due to low market fees in neighboring states.
He has given the solution to this problem by recommending reducing the rates of market fee and removing the farmer welfare fee. With this, the pulses industry can be managed and farmers will also benefit from it.
