जिला कलेक्टर ने किया नगर विकास न्यास का औचक निरीक्षण, प्राइवेट व्यक्ति के पास न्यास की 9 फ़ाइल मिलने पर स्टोर प्रभारी निलंबित

बीकानेर। जिला कलेक्टर व नगर विकास न्यास अध्यक्ष भगवती प्रसाद कलाल ने शुक्रवार को यूआईटी में एक प्राइवेट व्यक्ति के पास न्यास की 9 फाइल में मिलने पर स्टोर इंचार्ज शिवकुमार को निलंबित कर दिया है। जिला कलेक्टर ने शुक्रवार को न्यास के विभिन्न सेक्शंस का औचक निरीक्षण किया। निरीक्षण के दौरान एक बाहरी व्यक्ति के पास से नगर विकास न्यास की 9 फाइल पाई गई। इस पर नाराजगी जताते हुए जिला कलेक्टर ने स्टोर के इंचार्ज शिवकुमार को निलंबित करने की कार्रवाई की।

न्यास अध्यक्ष भगवती प्रसाद ने कई कार्मिकों के सीट पर नहीं मिलने पर भी नाराजगी जताई और कहा कि इस तरह का रवैया बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा। जिला कलेक्टर ने कहा कि नगर विकास न्यास के विभिन्न सेक्शन्स में बाहर के व्यक्तियों के बैठे रहने और कार्य प्रभावित करने की शिकायत प्राप्त हुई थी इसके बाद यह औचक निरीक्षण किया गया है।

न्यास अध्यक्ष कलाल ने विभिन्न सेक्शन्स का निरीक्षण करते हुए प्रभारियों से कहा कि बाहर का कोई व्यक्ति नगर विकास न्यास परिसर में अकारण घूमता हुआ नहीं मिले, यह सुनिश्चित किया जाए।

अलमारी खोल कर देखी फाइलनगर विकास न्यास अध्यक्ष ने अलमारियों की चाबियां मंगवाई और अलमारियां खोल कर फाइलें देखीं । जिला कलेक्टर ने फाइलों से जुड़े दस्तावेजों की जानकारी ली। उन्होंने सेक्शन प्रभारी को वर्षवार फाइलें रखने के निर्देश दिए।

जिला कलेक्टर भगवती प्रसाद ने कहा कि यूआईटी का कोई भी कार्मिक बिना आईडी के कार्यालय में ना मिले, यदि ऐसा पाया गया तो सम्बंधित कार्मिक के विरुद्ध कार्यवाही होगी। जिला कलेक्टर भगवती प्रसाद कलाल ने भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा के प्रशिक्षु अधिकारी यक्ष चौधरी से इसे सुनिश्चित करवाने को कहा।

District Collector and Urban Development Trust Chairman Bhagwati Prasad Kalal on Friday suspended Store Incharge Shivkumar after finding 9 files of the Trust in the possession of a private person in UIT. The District Collector conducted a surprise inspection of various sections of the Trust on Friday. During inspection, 9 files of Urban Development Trust were found from an outsider. Expressing displeasure over this, the District Collector took action to suspend the store in-charge Shivkumar.

Trust President Bhagwati Prasad also expressed displeasure over many employees not being found on their seats and said that such attitude will not be tolerated. The District Collector said that this surprise inspection was conducted after complaints were received about outsiders sitting in various sections of the Urban Development Trust and affecting the work.

While inspecting various sections, Trust Chairman Kalal told the in-charges to ensure that no outsider is found roaming unnecessarily in the Urban Development Trust premises.

Action will be taken against personnel without ID
